GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel with my family for the second time. Compared to our previous stay, the service and overall experience have improved even more. We are truly very satisfied.
I would like to thank every staff member who took care of us during our stay. The breakfast had a good variety of choices and was very delicious. Most importantly, our children were very happy.
The reception staff were especially kind and friendly. In particular, I would like to sincerely thank the female receptionists who were working on the evening of March 13, 2026. They kindly helped us locate a Taobao package that had been delivered somewhere in the hotel but we could not find. They even called to check and helped us find it, which we really appreciated.
The lady who welcomed guests at the breakfast area was also very polite and kind. The food was tasty, the rooms were clean, and the service was excellent.
Another great advantage is that Wu Mart is very close to the hotel, which is very convenient.
This will definitely be our regular choice for future stays.

GGuest UserThe experience of this newly opened hotel in 26 years is particularly good, there is no decoration smell at all, the overall environment is quiet and comfortable, parking is particularly convenient, the room is cleaned, the layout is reasonable, the mattress is moderately hard and soft, the staff is warm and thoughtful, the details are in place, the price is super high, the stay is particularly satisfactory, I will choose this one next time I stay, not bad 👍, recommended!

AAnonymous UserGreat staff! Very clean and modern rooms with lots of space! Breakfast is a typical Chinese one. The airport transfer on my way back was very comfortable. Please note that the hotel is a approximately 30-minute-drive away from the airport.

GGuest UserThe room was a good size, clean, quiet, and comfortable. I travel frequently for work and used to stay across the street before it opened, but now that it's open, I decided to stay there. It's a Giorgio Morandi chain with branches in other cities. The hotel service was warm and attentive; they even gave me a gift. Parking was convenient.

GGuest UserIt is actually very difficult to choose a destination for a family trip, and it is also a very popular time during the May Day holiday. This time, we chose the Wen'an Ecological Resort, and I didn't expect it to be so much better than expected. Although everywhere outside is full, there are many people in the resort but it is not crowded, and the comfort level is just right

Environment: The ecological environment of the hotel is super good, parents and children are very satisfied, and it is super comfortable to walk around the lake
Service: Manager Zhang Shuai at the front desk is very enthusiastic, and introduced the programs and activities of the resort during the May Day holiday in detail. The two rooms are also arranged very well, which is convenient for interaction. In the end, I booked a package together, and the whole family had a great time

GGuest UserThe room was incredibly spacious and exceptionally bright. The breakfast spread was generous and absolutely delicious. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They even had a robot deliver breakfast vouchers and disposable cups to our room promptly. Even the housekeeping staff were attentive, proactively asking if we needed our room serviced. Complimentary parking was a huge plus. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers. Vienna Hotel will definitely be my top choice for future stays.

GGuest UserThis hotel was a truly wonderful surprise! The location is top-notch, super convenient for getting around, being so close to both the subway station and major attractions. The lobby is elegantly decorated and has a subtle, calming fragrance that instantly helps you relax. The front desk staff, especially the lady who assisted me, was incredibly kind. She upgraded my room for free and thoughtfully sent up fruit and a sweet soup. Service was very prompt. My room was spacious and bright, with soft, comfortable bedding, and a selection of pillows at different heights – I slept like a baby. The bathroom had a great dry/wet separation, brand-name toiletries, and excellent water pressure from the shower. Breakfast was abundant, offering both Chinese and Western options; the freshly made noodles and fried eggs were particularly delicious. Overall, the experience far exceeded my expectations. It's excellent value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit. Highly recommend it to everyone!

GGuest UserThe room and women's lockers were clean, but there were many dirty towels left in the resting area next to the hot springs pools. Customer service at the front desk wasn't very good this time when we wanted to go to the hot springs. The man working the front desk took a long time finding someone to accompany us to the hot springs, and when a lady finally came to accompany us there, she took us back to our rooms, instead, even though we had clearly told the man at the front desk we wanted to go to the hot springs. The employees didn't communicate with each other clearly,nor did they use common sense. When I first asked the front desk employee to accompany us to the hot springs, he said no and waved us away, but I knew it was complicated to get there and he had to tell the hot springs we were hotel guests, like what happened when I had stayed there before. It's only possible to communicate using a translation app here, since no employee speaks a single word of English, even. The restaurant's electronic menu is only in Chinese, too, so we needed to use a translation app to read the menu, also. They didn't light up all the lights in the hot springs area tonight, so it was much darker than when I had come here before. Regarding our hotel room, the refrigerator didn't work, even though it was plugged in, and the mattresses were hard.
