GGuest UserThe hotel environment is very good, upgraded the viewing bed room, both sides are floor-to-ceiling windows, Bazhou place is relatively small, Haiyue Hotel should be regarded as the best hotel in Bazhou.
The decoration of the hotel and the service of the staff are very good. Will help with luggage, very polite to the guests, dress very well, there are welcome fruits, there is a five-star hotel tone.
The hotel has a swimming pool water temperature of about 30℃. There is a little wind in the morning and no one swims, and there will be people playing in the afternoon.
The breakfast is very rich, Chinese food, Western food, fruit, juice, sushi, desserts are all available, and the taste is very good.
Bringing children over will also have children's toiletries, children like it very much.
In short, this hotel stay is very satisfied, it is recommended!

GGuest UserVery good hotel service, after arriving, the lobby manager Luo directly gave us a free upgrade to the family suite, high-end atmosphere, low-key luxury and connotation. The hotel's Chinese restaurant has a super sufficient amount of dishes. The breakfast western restaurant is very rich, every service staff is very enthusiastic, when leaving, the front desk sister also presented us with a wish bag and a bucket of fruit, the experience is superb. Next time I bring the whole family to Zheng'an Palace

GGuest UserWen'an Luneng Resort is simply a holy place for walking dogs. Driving here for 2 hours from Beijing North Second Ring Road. The lake and grass in the resort account for most of the area. Because the hotel has no room, I chose a homestay, and I didn't choose the wrong one. Pushing the balcony door is the lake. You can also fish next to 🎣 The whole grass dog runs 🙃 Breakfast is still delivered to the room in the morning. The suite is better, at least more comfortable! !

Ccelina423May 1st chose Hebei Wen'an, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and brought the baby to Wen'an Luneng Hilton Hotel for vacation. The hotel has a comfortable and pleasant environment and many play projects. There are also camping bases, sun grass tents, and children play wantonly. It is really a good place away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Of course, I also want to praise the hotel staff. Although May Day is busy, every service staff is very warm and friendly. The lobby manager Miss Meijiao helped me change the room with a balcony facing the lake. Children like to play on the balcony. The breakfast room manager Allen has been helping me take care of the children for breakfast, and the service attitude is super good! I look forward to coming back to see the park scenery next time!

The children like this ancient bunk bed, and the elderly have fully rested. The bath water is hot and the water temperature is constant. The experience is excellent after check-in, and the most important thing is that the price is fair and reasonable. Affordable and clean. The next morning we had a family meal, I accidentally left my slanted bag on the restaurant seat, when we had already set off on the high speed only found out, immediately called the front desk to ask, the front desk immediately helped find the room and restaurant. About five minutes, call me back and say I found it. Thank you very much, I hurried back. When I returned to get the bag, I wanted to thank the store with some coins, but I refused. Kkaren_chJinhai Hotel brand has excellent hardware and a beautiful hot spring resort environment. It is my first time to stay in an executive suite. The area is large and the layout is not good. I could have added an extra single bed. It is a pity to waste space in the room. There are many sofas. There are not many varieties of breakfast in the hotel, which is rather average. Some varieties have already bottomed out around nine o'clock. The hot spring swimming pool and sports and fitness facilities are relatively high-end. Generally speaking, it is a good place for short-term relaxation.

The surrounding scenery is quite nice, and it's pleasant to take a stroll outside. The parking lot isn't very large, so it can be tight during peak times, but access is very convenient.

MMichael Exploring China and BeyondWe visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often.
This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate.
Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period.
This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well.
The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel.
I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success.
The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel.
His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer.
Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful.
Especially, in the current highly competitive market.
As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses.
Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service.
The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication.
True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff.
As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor.
The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor.
Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels.
Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay.
Lydia is always courteous and professional.
As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality.

Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”.
As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard.
The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard.
We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay.
The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of.
They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable.
We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”.
This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas.
