It far exceeded my expectations; I didn't expect such a wonderful environment and experience. It's perfect for relaxing on the weekend. The lobby is also quite luxurious. Facilities: Huge floor-to-ceiling windows offering a cloud-like experience. Environment: Unlimited swimming in the infinity pool. Service: Very welcoming; breakfast was delicious.

Good service, convenient parking, ️⃣ Must praise this service attitude! From entering the door to the checkout, it is like a friend. Even my social fear is happy. 😆 The parking lot is oversized and free. The navigation can go directly to the door. You don’t need to take an umbrella to walk over on rainy days. The details control is directly pinched. 👌

Very very very good! High cost performance First of all, the hotel is very stylish, there are two particularly large Chinese gardens, superb film Secondly, the hotel lady is very good, always on-the-go, and provides us with super intimate service. The overall experience at this hotel far exceeded my expectations. The only minor drawback is its relatively remote location; otherwise, it was commendable. The hotel boasts comprehensive facilities, including a dedicated play area for children, making travel with kids much easier. The rooms were exceptionally spacious, with no feeling of crampedness, and each room was equipped with a washing machine, making it easy to manage laundry for extended trips and providing exceptional convenience. The overall decor and service were of a high standard. With few guests during off-peak hours, the environment was remarkably tranquil. If you dislike crowds or are easily frightened, you might find it a bit too quiet. The breakfast selection was plentiful, ranging from local specialties to refined Western-style light meals, all with excellent taste and quality. Overall, it was a very good choice for a stay and deserves high praise.

The park is huge with beautiful scenery and plenty of entertainment facilities. Even during the National Day holiday, it didn't feel crowded. We booked a 3-day, 2-night stay. We had purchased a voucher on Ctrip for 1500 RMB in advance, then paid an additional 650 RMB upon reservation. However, when we arrived that day, the price was just over 1400 RMB without needing to pay the difference. The pool is located outside the hotel, requiring a walk across an open area. The water temperature was a bit chilly in the mornings and evenings for this season. Most of the activities included in the package were limited to two people, and children's height and age also had restrictions. Activities like real-life 'chicken' game (likely a type of laser tag/paintball) and boat rides to see geese were unavailable due to weather or height restrictions. Popular activities like go-karting and rock climbing required separate payment. The room's soundproofing was mediocre; we were often woken up by our neighbors in the morning. Housekeeping for the hallways and rooms was not very timely. The meals included in the package were terrible. The pizza was just a flatbread with tomato sauce and no toppings, and the fries and pasta were dry and mixed with just tomato sauce.

In winter, hot springs are a better choice, not many people. Good location, rich breakfast. The environment is OK, the facilities are relatively new, and there are many places to eat around.

The rooms have high ceilings and a grand American style. The facilities are new and of high quality. There's a rich selection of indoor and outdoor hot springs, plus a huge pool with seemingly seven or eight lanes. The sports facilities are beyond words – spacious and bright. Just for these, it's already worth the price. I'll definitely go again; it's especially suitable for families, friends, and team-building gatherings.

This is a belated thank-you note. I was traveling with my parents and we passed through Xianghe. It felt like fate that led me to choose Lao Shu Hotel. The children loved the charming old-fashioned bunk beds, and the elders got plenty of rest. The shower water was warm and the temperature was consistent. Our stay was excellent, and most importantly, the price was fair and reasonable. It was economical and clean. The next morning, while we were having breakfast, I accidentally left my small crossbody bag on the restaurant table. We only realized it when we were already on the highway. I immediately called the front desk, and they promptly helped us find our room and the restaurant. They called me back within five minutes to say they had found it. I was incredibly grateful and rushed back. When I got my bag back, I wanted to offer some money as a token of my appreciation, but they refused. The hotel's professional service made me feel their sincerity and warmth. They truly are a conscientious establishment. If I ever pass through Xianghe again, I will definitely choose to stay here. We stayed at the Sheraton Chaobai River with our child for a weekend, and the overall experience was incredibly pleasant. The hotel service was very thoughtful; they proactively offered children's snacks during check-in, which made our child very happy. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of dishes and tasted great. The rooftop swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, with a separate children's pool where the water temperature was just right for kids to play. The lobby staff were kind and enthusiastic, providing meticulous and attentive service. It's truly an ideal place for family travel, and we'll definitely choose to stay here again.

I've stayed here twice already. The hotel is conveniently located close to the highway exit, it's quiet, and the rooms are spacious. The lady at the front desk was excellent, very service-oriented. It would be even better if the breakfast offered more variety. I hope the hotel continues to improve!
