GGuest UserThe room was spacious, the service was exceptional, and the hotel boasted ample parking and great facilities. A special commendation goes to Manager Yan and Ms. Gao at the front desk, whose service truly exemplified five-star standards. As a frequent guest at five-star hotels, I found this to be a very positive experience. My only minor suggestion is for breakfast – it would be perfect if guests were allowed to take some items with them.

Environment: The room was very clean and the cleaning was also very good after staying for 2 days.
Facilities: There is a self-service laundry room on the second floor. If you want to wash your clothes, go there yourself. Breakfast is in the lobby on the first floor and takes a long time.

Unexpectedly, I stayed in a very cost-effective five-star hotel with first-class facilities, swimming and fitness, and first-class service. I felt at home. This time, we chose the Wen'an Ecological Resort, and I didn't expect it to be so much better than expected. Although everywhere outside is full, there are many people in the resort but it is not crowded, and the comfort level is just right

GGuest UserThe swimming pool, breakfast and dinner of this hotel are all good! It is very close to Tongzhou, so our family has stayed here many times.
During the holiday, the hotel was almost fully booked, and the waiter was a little too busy. The hotel manager personally carried our luggage to the room, which was very enthusiastic! There was a shy Allen at the front desk (I think the name of the brand name is this) who felt like a newcomer and was serious! There was a waitress in a black suit in the restaurant who worked after breakfast and dinner, but the service was always enthusiastic and patient!
The above are my own observations as a guest staying here. My family will stay here again~

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to Beijing Wildlife Park, and it only takes 10 minutes by taxi in the morning. For the same price, you can only stay in a cramped express hotel in the center of Beijing, but here you can enjoy a spacious family suite. The hotel also has a children's playground where you can feed small animals and pet capybaras. Remember to bring your swimsuit when you go. The hotel's swimming pool is large and clean. You can go to the zoo in the morning and relax in the swimming pool when you come back in the afternoon. It is very suitable for those who go to the wildlife park to stay here.

AAnonymous UserTwo big and one small hot spring tickets: The hot spring is really bad. It is very small. It will be frozen to death when you enter the dressing room. After changing your clothes, you will see a lot of uncles and aunts. In each different big pool, there is no staff management.
Facilities: Hotel facilities are good, there is a private soup in the house. Breakfast is an ordinary box lunch. We have two large and one small rooms, but there is no child for breakfast.
Hygienic: Very good, plenty of sunshine
Environment: very quiet, very warm
Service: thoughtful, very meticulous
