This stay was a perfect 10/10! 💯 The receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful, even assisting with my luggage during check-in – the attention to detail was impeccable. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft, and the pillows were the perfect height; I slept soundly until morning. The staff spoke softly and gently, ensuring I didn't disturb my rest; their professionalism and attentiveness were evident in every aspect. You can tell the hotel truly puts its heart into providing excellent service. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to my friends!

Booked family room, three beds, comfortable bedding, is the most comfortable hotel all the way from Ningxia. The bath water is also comfortable. There are children's Mongolian costumes in the lobby. There is also free tea and coffee, and breakfast is quite rich. The staff is also very kind. It is very convenient to eat and buy things at the door. Wuhai stayed for one night, the weather was too hot to play. Come to Wuhai next time.

The business room was spacious and bright. After viewing the room, we upgraded for an extra fee.
