Good breakfast and buffet dinners with large choice. What was missing is a spa and perhaps a swimming pool, although the expanses of water outside make it all up. Excellent and attentive service. I received a full support from staff, with Mi Jia being particularly helpful , giving me close support during my two-day stay, with finding local attractions as well as transportation (I particularly value it since I do not speak Chinese so we had to rely on apps). Overall I had a relaxing and smooth time in the hotel."

The hotel was clean and tidy, elegantly decorated, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and comfortable, making me feel relaxed as soon as I entered. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to help and providing excellent service throughout, making me feel right at home. The breakfast was also fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options—fresh ingredients and great taste—I was extremely satisfied. From the ambiance and service to the breakfast, everything was impeccable. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time; highly recommended!"

It is recommended that the floor in the elevator remind the lobby that it is a breakfast restaurant, and get off when someone is found on the second floor (the target restaurant is easily misleading as the breakfast restaurant)."

"Wuhai is an unexpected harvest of this trip. The scenery is not to mention (there is sand and sea, rough atmosphere). This hotel is worth living. The room sparrow is small and complete, clean and tidy, and the bedding is comfortable. There is food downstairs, and there is a first-dew milk shop in two steps. It takes about 15 minutes to reach Wuhai Lake. Parking is also convenient, suitable for self-driving (self-driving is also recommended to go to Wuhai Lake in winter), it is recommended!"

"Overall it's good. All the smart devices are broken, they are just for decoration, but it doesn't matter. The breakfast is rich and the service attitude is very good. In particular, there is a man in a suit, who is very enthusiastic and proactive. When I swipe my card at the front desk, he immediately comes to handle it while others are busy. The next day when I had breakfast, I saw him busy running around and following the guests. He took the initiative to guide them with plates and chopsticks, etc. If anything is missing, he will immediately find the kitchen to make up for it. It's very good."

Starway Hotel (Wuhai Xinhua Street)
"The room facilities are quite old, the lighting is dim and the hygiene is average, which does not match the Starway Hotel brand. The buffet breakfast at 28 has no choice and is not as good as the service level of new hotels. Since I checked out a hotel and booked Starway on the same day, I forgot to tick the box to enjoy the Ctrip member's extra breakfast benefit (the standard room order only includes breakfast). I communicated with the front desk whether I could add one for free. The front desk said no, the restaurant is outsourced, and the hotel has to pay for each person to eat. When I arrived at the restaurant and talked to the waiter, he replied that I should remember to tick it next time. I think I will not stay here next time. Such software and hardware will soon be eliminated by society and it has damaged the reputation of Starway Hotel."
