GGuest UserThe house is large and in a great location. When we arrived the heating was off, the chimney flue was closed and the dishwasher was completely turned off. The beds are very narrow and it only has one shower, which is not enough for 8-12 people. All inform

KKoupipiiThe hotel is located within walking distance from the station (but NOT with ski equipment) at the Ylläsjärvi side of the resort. I have to say that the reception staff was friendly beyond expectations and the breakfast was also better than average (especially when compared with other Finnish hotels).
I could go again. We had a room with in room stairs to the loft and those were extremely steep and hard to climb for an adult. Anyway, kids were happy to get their own nest from the upper level. As always, Finnish hotels rarely are equipped with decent cooking during the summer months. I have no doubts that during the winter the rooms will be warm but during the hot summer days they could be cooler.
