GGuest UserIdeal location; our room was beautiful and comfortable. However, the hotel is not luggage-friendly due to the lack of elevators and abundance of stairs - there were even steps in our room, and no one helped us with our heavy luggage. Soundproofing could be improved, and the room (curtains) could be darker during sleeping hours. But otherwise we enjoyed our hotel experience!

FFrance HZHotel more than affordable compared to the price of other hotels
The hotel is super well located there are restaurants next door and Pyrgos if you want to move around right next door and not necessarily go to Fira or Oia.
You can relax in peace and recharge your batteries so as not to be constantly in town where there are a lot of people.
The staff is super nice, a little comment also for Anastasia who has always been attentive and available at any time as well as all the staff present.
In terms of cleanliness everything was cleaned and clean plus cleaning every day.
And the view is incredible
You can also book quad, car or excursion via the hotel and they can advise you on your trip and the organization and advice for it
This is now the best hotel I have done. I recommend this establishment 100%.
If I return to Santorini I would book again in this establishment without a doubt.

AAnonymous UserI like the place because it was more like a villa type. Only one floor and the door opens to an open space in front of the gate. It has seats outside that make you feel like it’s tropical. It is quiet in the area and it is close to the square. About 15 mins from the airport. Faster without traffic. Actually there was almost no traffic. There are many restaurants at the square like typical Greek restaurants, Turkish and even Chinese.
The owners are very accommodating. They offered me some coffee one morning. They gave me the information I needed to get around the place. They also fixed my heater while I was out. They arranged airport pick up and drop off for me even when I had to leave at 4:30 am. Well appreciated.
Downside: Just the floor is cold and they did not have any slippers available. I ran out of bottled water and it was not replaced. I could have asked but the reception closed a bit early so I did not bother. It was not a big deal though.
Thank you for the warm welcome! I would stay again if I’d come back.

LLoThe hotel staff will help carry luggage on and off, the environment location is very good, the room is located facing the Aegean volcanic island, and can watch the sunset without obstruction, breakfast is rich, staff according to the time chosen by the guests to deliver the room on time.

VVeronica FrimpongThe hotel is located very close to the airport and you can get a bus from the airport to the hotel upon arrival.
1. There is a bus stop just 20 seconds walk from the hotel.
2. Traveling to Fira is just 10 minutes on the bus and it costs €2 per person each way. You can get a bus to all the other islands from Fira for the same fare.
3. There are a lot of restaurants around the hotel and supermarket where you can get everything you need.
4. The hotel is very very clean, the rooms get cleaned every day by the friendly hardworking staff.
5. The breakfast is very nice.
6. The pool gets cleaned every day
7. The staff members are super hard-working and super friendly and extremely supportive.
8. My birthday was the day after my arrival and I got the best birthday cake with a birthday song in the Greek language which was so beautiful.
The owner is very humble, and respectful and speaks fluent English and French.
I will recommend this hotel to everyone. It is suitable for families, couples, groups etc.
My flight was in the night and the owner gave me an office to keep our baggage and provided towels for us if we needed to have a shower.
I will surely come back to such a beautiful hotel.

BBritKoThe hotel is located about a 30 minute drive from the airport. The hotel provides a pick up and drop off service for 30 Euros. It is less than a minute's walk to the beach. There are multiple options for eating and drinking.
The hotel is quaint and beautifully decorated. The family room we stayed in was the ideal size for 2 adults and 2 children. We had a private balcony to enjoy the view from in the evening. There is a good looking pool at the hotel. We didn't use it as we spent most of our time at the beach.
The hotel is a family-run business and the service is excellent. The lady waited up late for our late check-in and they provided an early breakfast for our early check-out. We only had a few days here, but my wife, my children and myself all wish it could have been longer.
Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will definitely return here if we get the chance.

GGuest UserThe location is good as it is very near the bus station to catch public buses to places of interest. It is also walkable to restaurants and shops. Service is average as the reception will always remind you it is just 3 star hotel. They will do housekeeping and change towels daily. My friend's room the pillowcase/bedsheet has stain. They only provide a bottle of water throughout your stay. No water kettle to boil water, however you can get hot water from the cafe where breakfast is served. Breakfast else is basic with bread, jams, corn flakes, apples, oranges, some cakes and pastries.

TTSFIt is located on the plains of Santorini. There was a problem with my reservation (not being confirmed) and the reception staff had difficulty communicating in English, but they kindly responded. The room is fine as long as you are satisfied with the basic equipment (you may find the shower room small).You can go to Fira town in 10 minutes on foot, and Fira Mart is a small supermarket substitute.
