GGuest UserThe room facilities are OK, the bedding is comfortable, the swimming pool is heated but small, the breakfast is a menu, the taste and ingredients are good, and there are slight differences every day. There is a turndown service, and different bedtime gifts are given every day. The scenery is also nice, facing the volcano. The only downside is that there is a charge for carrying luggage, and it is a long way from the parking lot to the hotel. I have to climb up and down every day, which is not suitable for people with bad legs and feet.

GGuest UserGreat stay. We love this hotel and the service and the room is top notch. We have to eat gluten free and the kitchen cook our meal specific to our dietary restriction. We also snorkeled here, the water by this beach is very shallow, good for kids to swim too but make sure to wear aqua shoes due to volcanic rocks along the beach area. Food was great, the vibe is so relaxing and chill. I have many choices of hotel but I picked this one, because of beach access. Even I have to drive 25 min to go for dinner or town of Fira, or else where. I find it is worth it because I can swim in the ocean without jamming with the crowd in Red Beach or some other beaches. Or you can take a boat tour.

GGuest UserThis property was absolutely stunning. It was situated on the sunset street, which gets crowded each evening but the property affords you a stunning rooftop view away from the crowds. Inside was beautifully furnished and comfortable. The swimming pool / spa downstairs was just delightful but don’t expect privacy—the window opens to the street where passersby look in.
When the crowds disappear at night and in the morning the location is peaceful and the views are unabated.
We were assisted by friendly staff who met us at the vehicle to take us to the property. They were a little slow at times to respond to WhatsApp but overall the communication and assistance were very good.

NNEIL-DEVONThe staff were extremely attentive, from arrival, they were always available to assist.
The standard room was quite cramped, but the facilities on the premises were great!
The breakfast buffet was absolutely wonderful, high quality and quantity of food.
The gym was adequate, enough equipment to keep fit, with someone to help if you needed instruction.
The room service was average, they were always willing to clean but when they did clean it wasn't the best job done.
The location in Messaria is quite convenient, although the hotel could help arrange taxis but they failed to suggest using the bus which is just down the road. It works out to much cheaper and goes to all the key locations on the island.
I would definitely recommend this hotel when going to Santorini, just be smart about it.

GGuest UserThe hotel is fantastic. First line on the beach is amazing. The rooms are clean, well equiped, the service is really significant, they thy to do whatever you ask. The private pool imho is overated in general, when you have a beach and water line 10 meters from the door you dont really need it, in addition to 5 pools around the hotel. Highly recomended!
Be aware that the hotel is on the route of landing jets, they are probably not flying berween 00:00 and 6:00 +-, but the noise during the day, not dramatic but indeed notebale...

GGuest UserThis place is a steal. Spacious rooms, excellent service, wonderful facilities and great vibes in general. However, it is misleading to say that it is near Fira. It is physically near, true, but it is impossible to walk. It is an uphill hike with a lot of cars sharing the same path with countless sharp bends. Not advisable at all. It is also quite a distance to the beach. Otherwise, this is an excellent place to stay if you are renting a car. Had a great time there.

GGuest UserSuitable for a family of four, the two rooms are independent and very spacious. The room downstairs is slightly smaller~
The room is very new!
It's very close to the station when you go out.
Moving boxes is a bit laborious for this room type, as there are many stairs!
The hygiene is very good, and the cleaning lady is very serious. Before leaving, she even discovered our Invisalign ~ a life saver!
The girl with eyes in the restaurant is also quite enthusiastic ~ a little unfamiliar
There are a little less choices for breakfast, but it’s enough!
If I have to talk about a shortcoming, it is that there are no dental appliances! Fortunately, I brought my own!

GGuest UserThe hotel is generally good. Health and facilities are good. The service is also satisfactory. The hotel has cooperative partners: I have used yacht appointments, airport pick-up and drop-off services, and private chartered cars upstream of the island. They are very good and I am very satisfied. Even if there is a small problem in the middle, Sadian will help to contact and communicate to solve it. There is a shuttle bus in Sadian to pick up Huangla Town, the main town, which is very convenient.

GGuest UserThe staff were absolutely incredible! They were accommodating, attentive, and made sure that we had the best time in Santorini, which we did! The location is excellent if you don’t mind a 15 minute walk into Imerovigli as it’s just outside of that village. Perfect for couples! They also treated us to a surprise on my birthday, which was lovely added touch. The view of the sunset from our balcony was equally amazing. We would definitely stay again!

GGuest UserWe are mature second marriage honeymoon guests for 9 days at Nikki Beach Hotel and Resort. We loved our time, the service was always attentive and rapid. We own a Destination Wedding Venue INOLA Blue Ridge in the U.S. and understand luxury and service.
The pool design and lighting is spectacular, room views great. Word of caution, if you dont like loud party music 11:30am to 7pm. Do not book a room near the main pool. The small pools at the rooms need more plantings and decor to make them more intimate. Also for about 80% of the pool rooms, other rooms look down into your pool. Go for the view and not the small pool.
