"The hotel room is spacious. The location is a bit hard to find at first as the route from Google map is not reliable. The day I checked in is a bit busy, so it was not easy to find a staff to handle my inquires. The hot bath of the room next door is not working and the staff just told them to use mine directly. The room is quite dark, I even needed to use the torch from my phone when I showered."

AAha Alison!We had the gold suite for our stay and absolutely loved it. It came with two bedrooms and two bathrooms for my friend and I which was very convenient. The breakfast was served to us upon our request of time with a great variety of choice of food!! It was really amazing… the view, the rooms, the facilities and the food, everything was fantastic!! And the staff Nana was sooo friendly and helpful on giving us suggestions on restaurants and places to go!! We stayed 3 nights here and didn’t want to leave!!! Strongly recommended!!

The staff is willing to help me with my luggage after four o'clock..! I am not very embarrassed, in short, thank you so much. The second is that I originally stayed for one night. The next morning, the plane was more than 11 o'clock. I thought I could leave after breakfast on the balcony, but the airline changed my plane to 6 o'clock in the morning. YYIThe hotel is in Fira Plaza. There are a lot of shops downstairs. Very lively but! There are only 4 rooms in the entire hotel. There is no reception. Only when you press the doorbell to call the manager will you come to check in! I moved my luggage to the second floor. There was an aunt who cleaned the room. The manager came over and checked her passport and checked her name. It was ok. Then she explained in detail the facilities in the room, including computers and stereos. To be honest, I was disappointed at the beginning of this hotel. Compared with the facilities and services of the previous accommodation, the price is a bit expensive! I thought it was the last night on Holy Island anyway. I didn’t have any hope for the breakfast the next day. I never expected that when we went out and opened the door the next day, the breakfast was quite hearty: fried eggs boiled. Eggs, bread, cake, salad, juice, milk, coffee, but we have already had instant noodles in the room, the aunt greeted us warmly for breakfast...but we rushed out and took some small snacks. Aunty was really super enthusiastic and kept let us take more Order this delicious and that delicious... To be honest, we really regret that we solved the breakfast by ourselves. GGuest UserThe service was great. They gave me a bottle of red wine and upgraded the room for free. The room was very clean and the breakfast should be good. Because we needed to leave at 6 o'clock to catch the ferry to Santorini, the hotel also thoughtfully prepared breakfast. It's really a great hotel with a good location.
