"The hotel's rooms are all spacious and bright sea view suites, with independent balconies and swimming pools. The room facilities and bedding are all five-star hotel standards. The service at the front desk and restaurant is absolutely top notch, pretty much the best I have ever experienced. The location of the hotel is also very good in Oia, and the restaurant next to the pool has a great view for breakfast and dinner. The quality of breakfast and dinner is also very high. If you want to experience a high-end vacation in Santorini, it is definitely worth a try."

"The overall experience of this hotel exceeded my expectations, the service was excellent, the scenery in front of me was extremely beautiful, and I lived very comfortably every day. "設施：入住時洗手間桑拿設施壞了，浴缸熱水一直上不來不能泡浴缸。 衞生：衞生打掃還是相當不錯的。 環境：環境還是要吐槽一下，地理位置相當不錯佔了整個懸崖，但是距離遊輪的穿梭小船太近太近，遊輪排出的廢氣會飄到我們酒店，導致空氣質量特別差，無論是泡私人浴缸還是私人泳池都要忍受廢棄味道。有點像對着汽車尾氣在泡澡，嚴重影響體驗，覺得酒店這一點配不上幾萬的價格。但是風景還是相當優美的，看風景不錯。 服務：服務過關，但我住過同級別上萬一晚的酒店，對比下來還是覺得這個酒店配不上上萬一晚的價格。提供豪車免費接送服務，這一點還是很不錯的。前台和服務人員感覺專業上不如中國大陸同級別上萬一晚酒店的服務人員專業。但是總體島上大概也是比較chill的風格所以應該是普遍情況。 個人認為我的評價非常中坑客觀，由於住過很多高端酒店，對酒店要求高，因此對比下來這個酒店整體沒達到預期。不過每個人心理預期不一樣，所以我的評價僅供參考。"

"Traveling with children, those cliff hotels with charming scenery do not accept children (when we arrived at the destination, we found that they were indeed not suitable for children because the hotels were built on cliffs). We were forced to choose this hotel that welcomes children, and booked this hotel with regret. Unexpectedly, it was a big surprise. It took about 25 minutes to get to the hotel from the airport by taxi. The taxi driver said that this was a very good hotel. As soon as we arrived at the hotel parking lot, the beautiful staff greeted us, helped us open the door and take our luggage, and immediately served us ice-cold lemonade when we took us to the lobby. The sea view was so beautiful that we took pictures while going through the formalities. We got the room card and were sent to the room. Along the way, the olive trees with fruitful fruits and the five-pointed plums of various colors were particularly beautiful. The warm sunshine sprinkled on our bodies, and it felt like the whole world was quiet, and the 26 hours of travel fatigue disappeared. Back to the room, the child happily jumped into the swimming pool in the yard of the room. The sunset of the hotel in the evening was very beautiful. Many people dressed up to eat at this hotel. We stayed for three days and dined in the hotel restaurant for two days. The products of both restaurants were very good, especially the grilled squid was delicious. The service was also attentive and thoughtful. Breakfast is ordered, you can choose a set meal or order what you like. The hotel room is designed in a casual style. You can see the scenery while lying on the bed. The hygiene is very good. Twice a day, the night bed is made, and the children's slippers are painted with hearts. There is also a welcome card with the children's name. The daily drinking water is also replenished, and there is no need to call for it. You can feel the sincerity and enthusiasm of the hotel. The hotel is very close to the town of Oia. It is within a ten-minute walk to the Internet celebrity check-in point. We went to the town at 7 o'clock in the morning to watch the sunrise. There was no one and it was very quiet. If it was after 7:30, the Internet celebrity photo-taking point would have to line up, and then go back to the hotel for breakfast. It feels so good to drink coffee in the hotel (there is a coffee machine in the room)."

"First off, the entrance to the property is a bit confusing, and it's not clear where you're supposed to go in. Once inside, we had to wait 20 minutes to get our key and access our room. The guy working there was very nice, though; he's the only one doing everything, so I understand he can't always be available. He recommended several things and gave us some tips for the island. We also booked an excursion through the hotel, which was cheaper, so that was great. The location is a 10-minute walk from Fira town, and parking around the hotel is very easy. The room is small but very comfortable and extremely clean. The mattress is large and quite comfortable. Regarding breakfast, I have mixed feelings. The concept is that you choose two items from a list the day before, and they deliver it to your room within a specified time slot. Personally, I find eating in the room uncomfortable; it restricts you to a schedule and doesn't allow for flexibility. It's plentiful, yes, but often I don't like it that much because I feel bad throwing food away. I prefer to choose what I'm actually going to eat. So, if I had to choose next time, I wouldn't opt for the breakfast option. It so happened that the pool wasn't operational during our stay, so we couldn't use it."

"A very large hotel; our tour guide mentioned it's part of the InterContinental group. The rooms are quite spacious, which is perfect for families with kids. Everything in the minibar is chargeable except for the complimentary bottled water. The croissants at the breakfast buffet were delicious; while the overall breakfast selection wasn't vast, the quality was exceptional. We had a very pleasant three-night stay here. It's a shame we didn't get a chance to experience the hotel's pool. One night, guests in the adjacent room were quite loud late into the evening, and the soundproofing wasn't great, which unfortunately disturbed our sleep. The front desk was very helpful, offering to arrange taxis and make reservations at restaurants in nearby towns. This was a very thoughtful touch!"
