The room clean

Upon check in at 3pm, the room was having a very strong foul smell hence we request for a change. However they told us to wait till late afternoon then other rooms are available hence we waited. I followup 3times for the availability to exchange room via call, to no avail i went to the lobby at 5:30pm to ask again. A different receptionist attend to me and directly i got the exchange of our room. To my Dissppointment again, the room we next check in, the airconditioner was not cold. We requested again to check the aircond. As my toddler was sweating while just watching tv. However after they check, the aircond only slightly cold. Anyways hope the management of the hotel look into this issue seriously as we are not only booking one room, we took 2room. The room for my mom in law was also same issue on the airconditioner - not cold. Toilet door hinges was loosen. Toilet couldnt flush after the second day. Location wise, walking distance to Sarinah only. Breakfast was acceptable.

Located in the city center, there are many delicious culinary places around, unfortunately there is only one key card so when we want to find food and go up again we have to ask the bellboy for help to access the room. The bathroom is super cute, it is difficult to move and the shower is not smooth so the water does not flow towards our body, the sink water hole is very close to the table so it overflows from the back hole but overall it is good, recommended

Very happy for children swim front of room, but water to cold. for food restaurant just low budget buffet, only rice, noodle, chicken, bread, coffe, tea, so it's bad for breakfast.

Location is perfect. Staff is friendly and humble but when there was blackout middle of the midnight there was nobody around in charge. Also they definitely need to have long shower towel. Bed was old and i need to get rid of one small bug. I hope they pay attention these problems.

the room they gave me was a non smoking room with a connecting door connecting to the next room. however, the guests that night was a huge pain. they talked loudly, and smoked so much that my room smells so bad from the smokes. they kept talking until 3am+. i hope you ban those ******. people paid room to get rest. not to hear loud chattering until 3ish in the morning and smell cigs.

The list is not strong, but the water is broken, the parking is 3 thousand thousand, there is no wifi

Clean and friendly hotel. Good location. But a little far from the city center.
