Very beautiful place and super clean. Check in was hassle free and Stephano and his kindly mum are the greatest hosts. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to anyone! Stephano is most helpful and the much raved about breakfast lives up to its name. Thank you Stephano for helping us so much with the item we left behind, so blessed!

This homestay is a large apartment, our bedroom is not small, with a balcony. The location is in the center of the city, it is more convenient to go to all the attractions, and it can be reached on foot. The host is extremely enthusiastic, providing maps, detailed introductions, recommending restaurants, very talkative. The overall price is quite high and it is recommended.

The house like our home and the host must love art or maybe is artist. We go to sightseeing places which we plan to are conveniently and walkable.we saw wonderful show in opera of Greece.we like the house and host. We had breakfast nearby bar.

Single sea view room, cost-effective, large room size, comfortable bed and sofa. The balcony sea view is invincible. Breakfast is free. The hotel is about ten minutes walk from the cathedral and the scenery is beautiful along the way. Can pass the goddess fountain.

Excellent Stay with Great Location and Stunning Views I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic—just a 16-minute walk from the train station and about 15-20 minutes on foot to the island’s main attractions. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean， with the added bonus of being close to the sea. It even had two balconies, allowing us to enjoy the lovely views and fresh air. What made our stay even better was the friendly and helpful staff. They were always welcoming and went out of their way to assist us whenever needed. The location is excellent—just a **16-minute walk from the train station** and **15-20 minutes to the island’s main attractions**. The room itself was **spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated**, with the added benefit of being **close to the sea** and featuring **two balconies**. The staff were also **very friendly and helpful**, which enhanced our experience. However, there was one major downside: the walls are extremely thin. We could easily hear noises from the hallway and stairwell. On our last night, the neigh-boring room was very loud, which disrupted our sleep and unfortunately put a damper on an otherwise great trip.

The location is excellent, about 5 minutes from both the train station and the bus terminal, and about 10 minutes from Ortigia Island. I arrived from Taormina and made a day trip to Noto during my stay. After Syracuse, I went to Palermo, and this location was very helpful. The staff are warm and have a homely atmosphere. The facilities are old, but the hot water was good and the room wasn't cold, so I was very satisfied. I would like to stay again next time.

We had a great stay here. The room was wonderfully spacious, with a separate living room area that gave us plenty of space. Everything was simple, and most importantly, spotlessly clean. The absolute best part, however, was the location—it's just a quick three-minute walk to the famous local swimming spot, which was incredibly convenient.

Very friendly staff. Rooms had multiple dead bug smudges on the wall. The toilet had some pretty terrible sewage smell coming out of it during our stay.

The room is small but clean, and you get what you need (hairdryer and shower stuff). The breakfast time is very early and not much a variety of food so we skipped mostly. The location is very close to the Neapolis Archaeological Park but I would prefer to live somewhere closer to Ortigia next time as there are more restaurants and activities going on there. Especially if you don’t have a car, you will have to walk 20+ minutes there which is a torture to walk during the cruel summer. If you want to do laundry, nothing nearby. Also no reception so you will have to call the number upon arrival and wait for the lady to come.

Very comfortable and great location and price. The trouble is getting inside the main front door No door bell No reception No one onsite No phone number to call No instructions after booking (other than go to the reception once inside the main front door 🤷🏻♂️) Has potential to be a great place to stay though
