Hotel is perfectly located for exploring Ortigia. Francesco was very welcoming and helpful with information on the accommodation, parking and recommendations for things to do/see and places to eat.

The door is not very obvious. After the car drove in, it suddenly became clear. The management was very careful. The garden plants and swimming pool are very beautiful. The environment and service are good. If you have time, you can stay for two days and enjoy it. The bread for breakfast is made by the hotel. It is delicious. When I left, I was also given a bottle. Olive oil. Worth recommending!

In the relatively central location of Otigu Island, the service is very good and very warm. I feel that the hotels here are equivalent to a homestay, but the price is not cheap.

The hotel would have all cards to be a more than excellent 4-star hotel Location in the historical center, in front of the Jewish bathroom,in a beautiful historic palace.The area is very quiet, but not far from locals and moved. A museum in the museum with cinema, films and old-fashioned cartridges. With so much care, they lose in the small details, which, however, make the difference: The safe door, the shower tube and the bed head were roughly rough and the tent broken. We reported at the reception but nothing was done. I hope, just because we stayed for one night.

Beautiful views from room & roof terrace where breakfast is served daily. Loved the bruschetta & cappucino. Hospitable and responsive staff (even via WhatsApp when they aren’t around). About 25 mins leisurely walk from Siracusa train station. Oritigia is a clean and safe island, highly walkable.

Poor response from the management during our stay. We had a WhatsApp number to reach out to dor questions but never actually got a single response from them

The hotel environment is quite good, located in a large courtyard, the garden in the courtyard, the pool is very beautiful, the breakfast provided by the restaurant is very rich, the dinner is delicious, the service is first-class, relatively speaking, the room facilities look old.

4 star hotel in great location 500 meters south to Ortigia Island 2km to the north to reach the archaeological site park Rich variety of breakfast There is free parking on the side of the road at the entrance. There is an enthusiastic uncle in the shop opposite to tell me how to park better The roadside room is noisy due to the sweeping work in the early morning, but the balcony is great. There are gains and losses, right?

We start with cleaning the rooms and the rooms, I have rarely found such a high level, all ”clean and fragrant”. The hotel is very well located, is in the centre of Siracusa and within 10 minutes' walk from the beautiful Ortigia. Highly professional staff, very available and kind. Breakfast is particularly varied and quality. The building is a perfectly renovated and refurbished building for the hotel, with few rooms (I think about 15) and common space with the right colors and the right lighting. We will return and next time we will also dine at the restaurant, which reserves, among other things, 10% discount for hotel customers.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Palazzo Cavalieri. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, and I appreciated the complimentary tea, coffee, and pastries available throughout the day. Its location is another highlight, just a short distance from Ortigia, making it easy to explore the area. The only downside is that it can be difficult to find free parking around the hotel. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay that I would happily recommend.
