GGuest UserOverall, this stay was mostly satisfactory, but some areas for improvement remain.
Pros:
* Clean and tidy environment: The hotel was kept very clean and comfortable.
* Delicious breakfast, excellent chef service: The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the chef's service was especially friendly and attentive, adding a significant bonus to the dining experience.
* Comfortable space: The room felt spacious and the overall stay was very relaxing.
Cons:
* Poor soundproofing, disrupting sleep: The noise from other guests moving around was very noisy, significantly affecting my sleep quality, which was quite unfortunate.
* Front desk service needs improvement:
When I first arrived at the front desk, the staff was speaking Japanese to the previous guest. Although I couldn't understand Japanese, the staff didn't seem to notice and continued their conversation. When he suddenly turned to me and spoke in Japanese, I assumed he was checking me in, so I naturally asked. Unexpectedly, he replied in English, ”You have to wait until the last guest is finished before you speak.” This feeling of being ”lectured” made me feel very uncomfortable, and the service attitude needs improvement.
Except for the small incident with front desk service and the sound insulation problem, other aspects are acceptable. I hope the hotel can pay attention to and improve these details to make the future accommodation experience more perfect.

GGuest UserThe location is excellent, but it's difficult to find from the outside and I ended up getting lost in the area. I asked someone at the supermarket in the same building, and they kindly and patiently showed me the way. The free bread served with breakfast is great. The building seems old, but it's well-kept and eco-friendly (they don't clean every day), which I really like.

WWinThe hotel is located in Kurume Ichibangai and is about an 8-minute walk from Nishitetsu Kurume Station. Although the hotel is old fashion and the decoration is old-fashioned, the overall hygiene and service are good. The hotel also has self-service laundry and drying services. Washing is 300 yen for 30 minutes, and drying is 100 yen for 30 minutes. The prices are reasonable. The room size is good enough for us to put two large boxes of 27 and 28 inches respectively and still have enough space to move around. However, the hotel is a 30-minute walk from JR Kurume Station, so it will be quite far if you take the JR.

It seems to be 5 stations. Get off and walk for a few minutes. The hotel is a bit old, but the room is big and has four beds. There is a supermarket nearby, and it is not far to walk to the commercial street.
