BBR707This was my first time booking a hotel with very few reviews, but the stay was actually quite good.
**Transportation:** You can get here from Terminal 1 by taking the free shuttle bus for just one stop. The hotel is very close to the bus stop, and the buses are frequent, so it's easy to catch one. Note that the shuttle bus stop for getting *to* the hotel and the stop for getting *back* to the terminal are different. Just follow the hotel's instructions. If you do go to the wrong stop, you can still get to the terminal because it's a loop, but it will take a lot longer and be a detour.
**Check-in:** The hotel has no front desk, not even a sign, or anything that typically looks like a hotel. The entire building looks like a school dormitory. The hotel only leases a few apartments within it. You just use a code provided by the hotel to open the door and check yourself in.
**Environment and Facilities:** The room was very spacious and clean, with complete facilities. It had Wi-Fi, a refrigerator, TV, microwave, washing machine, hairdryer, kettle, toothpaste, toothbrush, towels, and toiletries – everything! There was also a large power strip, so Chinese plugs don't need an adapter, which was incredibly convenient. The water pressure in the sink and shower was excellent; half-open was more than enough. Downstairs, there's a convenience store and a few restaurants. If nothing there interests you, taking the shuttle bus back to the terminal for food is also a good option.

GGuest UserLove the view and the room was clean. Stayed here 1 night for a early flight in ICN Airport. Overall good and relaxing experience. Had to book an Uber to go here and book another one when going to the airport since the bus stop is far.

AAnonymous UserThe location is great, not too far from the station, and there are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. However, there's a gentle slope between the station and the hotel, so it might be a bit challenging if you have very large luggage.
Also, if you're staying on a weekend, there's an additional 30,000 won charge. This was mentioned on the Korean page but not on the Japanese page, so they issued a refund.
The shower and toilet were in one room, but it was spacious enough that the toilet area didn't get wet. The hot water was consistently warm, and the water pressure was excellent. The room was also spacious and clean, and the bed was large, so I was able to relax comfortably.

SSheshouzuoThe hotel's location is excellent, right in the Transit area. You just take the escalator next to Gate 252 up to the 4th floor. The next day, you only need to get to your boarding gate before your flight, completely avoiding the hassle of immigration and customs. This is especially convenient for those who arrive late and have an early flight the next day. The price is a bit on the higher side. Remember to bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush. Across from the hotel is a food court with several different eateries (A-F). You can order from the corresponding vending machines and pick up your meal with your number.

RROGATIONS/GAELLE REINE JEANNEWe stayed one night at Zeumes on our way to ski in Kazakhstan, so we needed a convenient hotel to transit with our ski bags. Not only the location is awesome right at UNSEO station, but the ajussi who is at counter was absolutely the nicest person who even made extra effort to offer it the possibility to take the 8am shuttle with our ski bags, when not supposed to be possible.
We'd definitely chose this hotel for transit time again.
Another +: the ajussi speaks could english and makes things easy even over the phone.

GGuest UserStaying overnight during an ICN layover, the location is a 10-minute walk from Exit 2 of Unseo Station. The road isn't great, but it's still pretty convenient. There's an Emart convenience store downstairs, and a CU just a 2-minute walk north, so you definitely won't go hungry. Check-in can be done at a self-service machine, and the front desk opens at 9 AM. The morning shift is a Korean gentleman, and the evening shift is a Chinese gentleman. There's also a rooftop garden on the top floor with distant views of the airport. I can't believe I never realized how convenient Seoul was for visa-free layovers before; I've been missing out!

JJiuyinniI booked this hotel to see a show at Inspire. The room was much more spacious compared to hotels in downtown Seoul, and all the toiletries were provided. There's also a CU convenience store nearby, and it's about a 40-minute walk to the venue.
The hotel staff (specifically, an older gentleman) was also incredibly kind. When I didn't know how to get to the convenience store, he even used Naver to help navigate and drew a map for me. When I checked out, he also helped call a taxi to the airport. I'm really grateful!

MMagnus TanI had a basic single room and it was basic, but got the job done for an overnight layover between flights. The free shuttle to the airport was the biggest perk, just write your name down on a list at the front desk during check in. That said, the hotel staff really need to take better care of the room facilities. The secondary lock to my room door was broken and the cup in the bathroom for brushing teeth was really dusty, so I didn’t use it. Finally, I had trouble checking in because my reservation was supposedly not captured, but it was, on *******! The staff told me that was an unusual glitch, but worth sharing. He was helpful throughout that 15-min ordeal though.
