It's safe and located in a place where you can eat and shop nearby. There's a steakhouse nearby for meals and Liverpool for shopping. The facilities are clean so there was no inconvenience during my stay.

The hotel is very new and clean. The staff were all very nice and supportive to non-spanish speakers.

The hotel overall feels good! The surrounding environment and facilities are average, and the service and sanitary conditions are good. It would be better if the reception desk could provide Chinese or English translation services.

There are few sockets in the room and the hot water is not very hot

The room is large, but the air conditioning noise is also very loud. Safety is the biggest plus item.
