The apartment unit was spacious and clean, and we really enjoyed our stay here. The direct access to Paradigm Mall JB was very convenient and made getting around much easier. One small suggestion: if possible, it would be great to provide two lift lobby access cards instead of one. This would be more convenient for guests who may go out and return at different times during their stay. Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Thank you!

The accommodation is well equipped and very very clean. Checking in and out of the residence was well advised with full instructions, proper labelled access cards and keys. The owner was easy to reach out in case of emergency thru WhatsApp too. The car lot allocation was also easily accessible. Best part, the shopping mall is just below the residential area. Only downside was that the lift is super slow as it travels from level UG to 30… but best accommodation and worth every penny booked. Highly recommended 👍👍

Stayed with friends for our August birthday celebrations 🎂 and ended up having a small gathering at the apartment too. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and had a lovely view, with plenty of room for everyone to hang out, eat and chill. 🏠 📍 Location was convenient, with Paradigm Mall right next door, although we somehow didn’t even visit the mall! 😂 We mostly used Grab and getting around was pretty easy. 🚗 Check-in and parking instructions were slightly confusing at first, but the host was responsive and helpful. Overall, a good option for friends or families looking for a spacious place to stay and spend time together. It definitely felt more like a mini getaway than just a place to sleep.

Had a good short stay with my friends over at this Airbnb, location is just right beside Paradigm Mall. Easily accessible! Carpark is a challenge though, as we have to park at the designated parking lot.

Apartment is located just above the Paradigm mall. We were only given one access key card for our 2 bedroom unit. This caused much inconvenience as we can’t get in and out of the apartment freely as individuals. Unfortunately for us, the washing machine was leaking and unusable. We were only given one bath towel for each of us during our stay, without any hand towels. No toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner and only 2 trash bins/bags in the unit. There’s no microwave and no wine opener too. Every unit is allocated one fixed parking lot. Additional parking requires approval for parking in visitors lot from the guard house. There is no front desk to get help from even during the day. Everything is communicated thru WhatsApp.

the room is clean, the toilet is sufficient, bed is comfortable.... the only thing next time don't choose road facing rooms, they are quite noisy at night. plus the birds are chirping all night long.

1. Free but old and dimly lit parking lot. 2. Slow check-in process at the front desk. 3. Strong smell of soap in the hallway. 4. The room was okay, but there was no toothbrush or slippers. There were a lot of hairs and black spots on the bed, and the towels were dirty. I contacted the front desk to change the sheets and towels, and it took 20 minutes for someone to arrive. 5. You have to carry your luggage up the stairs from the parking lot to the front desk. A sign on the stairs says the door closes at 12, so you have to use the main entrance. 6. Very limited breakfast options, and the milk was sweet. Fried eggs cost extra.

They location was convenient for us. Many food places around us. The reception guy initially wanted to charge RM20 for the towel that we used- and it contains makeup up and eye liner stain, which is a genaral. Doesn’t make sense and it’s the first time I’m facing this. If a towel should return in a clean way and what’s the purpose of keeping towel in hotel.

The rooms on the second floor are okay. Some rooms have no windows. There are 5-6 food centers around for eating. There are also roasted pork, noodle restaurants, Japanese food, Malay local dining, you can taste it. The surrounding local Malaysian living area is better. Go out and turn right. There are 2 floors of row houses, like a villa. In front is a single-storey row house, ordinary residential in Malaysia. The overall sanitation facilities around the hotel are OK. There are also more shops opened by Chinese. You can also communicate. There are many shops for payment treasure. Try to bring some cash.

Location is great as it is right next to paradigm mall (2min walk). However registering process was abit troublesome, as you would need to register at the guardhouse with either an ID or passport before the door guard will scan their pass and let you could enter the building Only 2 towels provided although the room is meant for max 4pax. one bedroom with one queen size bed, and a single person mattress provided. Sofa cannot be pulled out, it is a regular sofa. Water dispenser is faulty as both cold and hot water dispensers dispenses hot water. Owner is relatively quick to reply Whatsapp messages
