"Location is perfect, as it is located inside Patan Durbar - a heritage site of Kathmandu. It's also convenient, near a lot of restaurants from Western to Japanese and Korean, a cafeteria, and more. There's a square where you can enjoy local street food, bobatea, and fast food at very cheap price.
Staff are friendly and supportive. They’re a family with 2 sons and their father. If you want to go out after 10pm, you have to tell them so they can wait and open the door for you cause they’ll lock the door at 10pm. For me, it's a lot safer.
I booked only 1 week at first for testing, but everything is ok for me so I extended it."
SSHARMILAI had a wonderful one-night stay at Suite Homes Service Apartment. The room was spotless, well-furnished, and offered a beautiful valley view that made the experience feel peaceful and refreshing. The highlight of my stay was enjoying a yummy breakfast on the terrace, overlooking the stunning scenery — such a perfect way to start the day! The food was fresh, tasty, and served with warm hospitality.
The staff were friendly and efficient, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Even for just one night, it felt like a mini getaway. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends!
SSylviaKeThe hotel facilities are very new; the hygiene is very good; the bedding is dry and clean; the shower water is large and comfortable; the service of all employees is also very good, and every employee is always smiling and actively providing services, which gives people a very good feeling. The only small flaw is that it is between Patan attractions and the city. It takes about ten minutes to walk to both sides, which is within an acceptable range. There are no other problems. It is a very cost-effective hotel.
GGuest UserThe most wonderful hotel! Very attentive staff, wonderful, calm, even peaceful place. From the point of view of visiting for a couple of days, Lalitpur is an ideal location, next to Durbar Square, but not noisy and - importantly - not dusty.
Be careful - this is a heritage hotel - a low ceiling right in the room according to the best traditions of Newar architecture. Delicious food in the restaurant (both breakfast and dinner).
AAnonymous UserStayed at this hotel for the second time
If you are in Patan, recommend this.
About 15 minutes walk from Patan Duba, I would like to walk and sit at night
Then the hotel is on the main road. It will be much more convenient to take a taxi than the inside. This is a point I like very much.
The hotel staff will speak English well and will try their best to help. I will go to change money and give me directions and find that I have gone wrong. I will go out a long way to chase me and take me to the right place.
GGuest UserThe place is a bit off road and was difficult to locate. The rooms are neat and clean. Towels have seen better days. There is no restaurant and food is ordered through an outside hotel for which a menu is available in the room. This also means there is no way to order hot beverages like tea or coffee. A common kitchen is available if you feel like making your tea or coffee yourself. I didn't check for utensils though. A fair place with a few limitations.
SsakuunThe hotel staff were very kind!
It was also nice that the room was equipped with a kettle and tea and coffee sets☕
For breakfast, they brought it to the hotel from an affiliated restaurant.
The fruit and the hearty omelettes were delicious🍴😋
I'd love to stay at this hotel again when I visit Patan!
GGuest UserIt is a lovely resort, and the scenery is nice. Unfortunately, my stay was not as pleasant as I expected it to be. I arrived at 3 AM on my first night; luckily, there was a staff to help us check-in. However, when we went inside our room, we had no hot water for the shower, and the toilet smelled really bad. It must have been an ongoing issue, as I see a scented diffuser inside the toilet. The following day, my other friends shared that they had very hot water in their rooms, and it was so hot that they had difficulties showering. To my surprise, the hot water issue was fixed in the afternoon, but the smelly toilet remained the same. We had to check out three nights earlier as the smell was unbearable.
The spa has not opened, and the gym looks like it hasn't been touched for years.
It's a great place if you don't expect to use the spa and the gym.
