OowengqNear Patan, the service is very good, there is air conditioning, the surrounding is very convenient, there are big shopping malls and small supermarkets, there is a small bookstore nearby, there are many restaurants around. The top floor of the hotel is a terrace bar, the scenery is beautiful, you can walk to Patan Palace. The price is slightly higher than the surrounding area, but it is worth it.

GGuest UserIt was a lovely stay at The Terraces. The view to the Kathmandu valley was stunning and the mountain view during the clearer skies were worth it. The service was tiptop and everyone was so kind and helpful. The FnB Manger Suman has very friendly and do not hesitate to go extra miles to provide the best service. We will certainly be back to The Terraces when we are travelling to Nepal again.

我我的暱稱是什麼？The location of Hotel Patan House is just a few minutes walk from many places in Patan, and within easy reach of all my cafés and restaurants on my traveling list. No matter whether I was off exploring the city by day or catching a quick drink, I could always be back at my room without any problems.
All staff in Hotel Patan House are hospitable, especially Steve. During my stay, they made me feel cared for.
Hotel Patan House delivered more outstanding value than I expected. As someone who loves diving deep into local culture yet still needs a quiet spot, I couldn’t have asked for a better home base in Patan. I definitely will choose Hotel Patan House as my first option for my next trip to Patan!

The room was spotless, well-furnished, and offered a beautiful valley view that made the experience feel peaceful and refreshing.The highlight of my stay was enjoying a yummy breakfast on the terrace, overlooking the stunning scenery — such a perfect way to start the day! The food was fresh, tasty, and served with warm hospitality.
The staff were friendly and efficient, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Even for just one night, it felt like a mini getaway. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends!

GGuest UserThe most wonderful hotel! Very attentive staff, wonderful, calm, even peaceful place. From the point of view of visiting for a couple of days, Lalitpur is an ideal location, next to Durbar Square, but not noisy and - importantly - not dusty.
Be careful - this is a heritage hotel - a low ceiling right in the room according to the best traditions of Newar architecture. Delicious food in the restaurant (both breakfast and dinner).

For breakfast, they brought it to the hotel from an affiliated restaurant.

GGuest UserIt is a lovely resort, and the scenery is nice. Unfortunately, my stay was not as pleasant as I expected it to be. I arrived at 3 AM on my first night; luckily, there was a staff to help us check-in. However, when we went inside our room, we had no hot water for the shower, and the toilet smelled really bad. It must have been an ongoing issue, as I see a scented diffuser inside the toilet. The following day, my other friends shared that they had very hot water in their rooms, and it was so hot that they had difficulties showering. To my surprise, the hot water issue was fixed in the afternoon, but the smelly toilet remained the same. We had to check out three nights earlier as the smell was unbearable.
The spa has not opened, and the gym looks like it hasn't been touched for years.
It's a great place if you don't expect to use the spa and the gym.
