Great
GGuest UserA nice hotel located away from the busy city centre. Nice garden with surrounding pine trees.
Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. However, floor was dirty.
Buffet breakfast was excellent with lots of choices every morning.
Staff were all charming and friendly.
I particularly liked all the freshly cut flowers displayed in restaurant and reception area
AAnonymous UserThis hotel is strategically located, with several attractions nearby. SM Baguio is 1.4km, about a 20-minute walk away—perfect if you enjoy a bit of exercise, especially with the cool December weather.
The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices, and we especially enjoyed their taho, which comes in different flavors.
112MariaThis is our second stay at the log cabin, with the first one being a delightful experience in Q4 of 2017. This time, we booked the Pine Suite, which impressed us with its amenities and a terrace overlooking the Botanical Garden.
While the log cabin itself seemed a bit older, I appreciate the exclusive parking at the front lobby.
The free breakfast buffet was a bit of a letdown, so we opted out after the first try.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would likely return, but might skip the breakfast buffet again unless there are improvements.
AAnonymous UserWe booked a quad room and the window view was advertised as a garden, but it was just a few potted plants, not a real garden. There was no scenery outside the window, just a view of the opposite building's windows, which felt quite oppressive, so we just kept the curtains closed. For a quad room, there was only one wardrobe and no fridge, so we couldn't store any food we bought. The breakfast in the morning was also just average, nothing amazing. However, the location is decent; although it's not in the city center, it's still relatively close. There's only space for 3-4 cars to park outside the hotel; once full, you have to park in the basement. Overall, the room was very basic, with insufficient amenities, and there wasn't even a hairdryer.
AAnonymous UserGood location. Just across Burnham. Back of the hotel is along Legarda where their extension parking area is located. Has good plated breakfast and room is very spacious and has an aircon for very hot summer days.
KKSD31We recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff who made our stay pleasant.
The room was also clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom it was spotless, with no signs of prior use or any foul smells. However, the lack of an exhaust fan meant that any odors stayed trapped inside. Additionally, the room had no windows that could be opened for fresh air circulation. While there was an air conditioner, it still felt like the air wasn’t circulating well.
Breakfast was just okay nothing special. The selection was quite limited, so you’re left with only what’s available. Compared to Elizabeth Hotel, which is more affordable and offers a more appetizing breakfast buffet with a wider variety, this was a bit of a letdown.
As for amenities, the hotel offers a jacuzzi and a heated pool, which is great in theory. However, their location in the middle of a restaurant makes it awkward to use since you’ll likely have an audience while swimming.
We also tried the Japanese restaurant on the mezzanine level. The food was good and affordable, but the sashimi was cut too thick about an inch which made it difficult to eat.
Despite these minor inconveniences, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional cleanliness. If cleanliness is a top priority for you, this hotel is a great choice!
JJeanne Marie LandinginThe view from the room is great. They upgraded my room with no extra charges because of room malfunction. The staffs have very nice personalities and easy to communicate with. You could also leave your baggage there even after checking out (no charge) and pick it up any time. Just a bit concerning there are 2-3 little bugs or cockroaches(?) coming in & out of the sink area but other than that I had a great experience with this hotel and it is also along Session Road which is near SM Baguio and restaurants/coffee shops as well.
GGuest UserNacharge kami ng 500 dahil someone na nanigarilyo daw eh hindi naman my mistake is hindi ako sumama para echeck yung room.may pinakita silang photo na may sign of cigarette. Pero hindi vinedeo yung pagpasok ng room what if dati na nilang picture yun. Or other room dna ako umangal dahil nagmamadali kmi.
GGuest User⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Clean Hotel, Room smells good, Easy to check in/out, Staffs were kind and welcoming. Wi-fi connection is good.
⭐️⭐️⭐️
Breakfast Buffet Masarap yung food pero konti lng ung selection pag ngkataon puro pa pork/ beef sana may veggies and seafoods din. And sana include n lng din yung egg wag na on the spot n lulutuin ksi humahaba ang pila
⭐️⭐️
Best location ito if may sarili kang car😊
Yun nga lng malayo sa mismong town. Wala msyadong Taxi kaya no choice magpapabook k tlga ng GRAB (200+ ang taxi fare pag grab pero pag regular nsa 100 or less) One thing nakakahilo yung paakyat s main lobby ng hotel, spiral ramp ksi tpos ang tarik pag di sanay un mgdrive mhhirapn tlga ska sana may nag aassist dun sa pag akyat at pagbaba ng sasakyan pra di nagkakasalubungan at maiwasan yung disgrasya.
GGuest UserEven thou the service was god and staff are courteous, sad to say, I think even if the building is old, they should replace their furniture most specially the bed as I wasn't able to sleep at night due to bed bugs bite that keeps me scraching the whole nights.
