The space
This unit can accommodate a maximum capacity of 6 persons. 1 double sized bunkbed is provided at the bedroom for 4 persons and 1 day bed with pullout at the living room for 2 persons.
Guests can cook their meals while enjoying their stay since basic kitchen utensils are also provided.
Guest access
The standard CHECK IN TIME IS 2PM and CHECK OUT @ 11am.
- You are required to register and present your valid IDs (all adult guests and for guests who are still students, school ID's are accepted).
- Please manage your expectation that check-in may take up to 15 minutes, Brenthill management needs to validate guest list upon registration for security purposes.
- Only REGISTERED GUESTS listed during booking are allowed to enter the unit. Guest is NOT ALLOWED TO ACCEPT VISITORS.
- Pease take note that basement parking/pay parking will only be accommodated at 2pm onwards and not earlier than 2pm.
- For LATE CHECK IN/ SELF CHECK IN: upon arrival at brenthill condominium kindly approach the guard on duty for assistance please mention your unit number and present your IDs. After registration you can now proceed to your unit.
NOTE: For Late/self check in, the keycard for elevator is located at (L1) mailbox numberLG318. Please ask assistance from the guard on duty 😊

Hi there! Yes pets are allowed however , P2000 security deposit will be collected upon check in. The amount collected will be refunded if;
1. There are no damages( by your pet) occurred inside the unit upon check out.
2. No other tenants complained regarding pet's noise.
3. Security Deposit will be refunded at 1pm on your check out day.

CoachintaVery affordable and clean transient in Baguio City!
Super sulit ng stay namin dito. Maraming rooms at kumpleto ang amenities—from the living room, bedrooms, hanggang kitchen. Highly recommended lalo na para sa mga big families or groups na naghahanap ng affordable pero spacious na matutuluyan.
Napakabait at accommodating din ng owner at housekeeper, kaya mas naging comfortable ang stay namin. May parking space rin para sa mga may private vehicles, which is very convenient. Accessible din ang location dahil karamihan ng tourist attractions ay nasa 10-15 minutes drive lang.
Overall, sobrang satisfied kami sa stay namin. Clean, budget-friendly, and worth it. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

- medyo di lang sila nakareply kasi mag late check in kami sana kami. Owner lives in Makati i think. Pero they have a caretaker and naibilin na nila sa caretaker that we are checking in.

JoyAiyannaWe had an amazing stay. Though one thing I think they shpuld consider is to include a free slipper in the room (as per the front desk receptionist, there's a charge pf 40pesos for a pair of slippers upon request). Location is great, a 14mins walk to SM Baguio and/or Baguio Cathedral. There is a cafe (Xtremely Xpresso) beside the front desk. Parking space is infront. We went back late at night but you can still feel safe since there is a security guard on duty.

Quite a nice place and good for families to stay together in one property with 2 rooms. The living room and kitchen are quite big and can cook you own dinner if you want. The location is a bit hard to find and be careful not to mix up with other properties also called Prestige Vacation Apartments - with diff condo name.

12MariaThis is our second stay at the log cabin, with the first one being a delightful experience in Q4 of 2017. This time, we booked the Pine Suite, which impressed us with its amenities and a terrace overlooking the Botanical Garden.
While the log cabin itself seemed a bit older, I appreciate the exclusive parking at the front lobby.
The free breakfast buffet was a bit of a letdown, so we opted out after the first try.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would likely return, but might skip the breakfast buffet again unless there are improvements.

One recommendation is to install a curtain or glass partition in the shower area to prevent water from splashing onto the bathroom floor. This will help keep the bathroom dry, safer, and more comfortable for guests.

The place was quiet but any noise can be easily heard from the hallway or other rooms. The staff was nice, friendly and very helpful. By foot, the property is just minutes away from SM, bus stations and other major attractions. The bathrooms could be renovated. I love that they actually have a small restaurant on the first floor serving a good variety of local dishes at very affordable prices.

Room was supposed to be 30 sq meters, but was 15 sq meters...including bathroom.
The sink drain pipe had just been put in the bigger wall pipe...meaning it was not sealed at all and seawage smell was coming into the bathroom. We could smell it too in the room during the night.
