Its location is one of its biggest strengths, with Burnham Park, Session Road, SM Baguio, the public market, and numerous restaurants and cafés all within walking distance. It is a very convenient base for exploring the city without relying on transportation. One area that could be improved is the complimentary breakfast at Beans Talk Bistro. Since the restaurant has limited seating, it tends to get crowded during peak breakfast hours, and guests may have to wait for a table. It would be a great improvement if the hotel provided a dedicated breakfast area or offered room service as an alternative. Overall, City Center Hotel offers excellent value, especially for its unbeatable location, and is highly recommended for travelers looking for a convenient place to stay in Baguio."

"This was my first time staying at Baguio Capsutel 🏚️. It's located on the third floor of the traditional market 🪜, so it's inevitable to catch some unpleasant odors from the market ⚖️. However, the owner was friendly and the place was kept clean 🧹."

From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly and were consistently friendly, respectful, and accommodating throughout our stay. "Ambiance: The environment has a very Swiss feel. Service: I was able to check in early when I arrived. Cleanliness: No issues with cleanliness. Facilities: I checked in after Christmas, but the decorations hadn't been taken down yet, so it felt like the atmosphere would have been amazing if I had come during Christmas."

"The rooms at Uphill Baguio are great. There's no air conditioning, just one fan, but you can really feel Baguio's cool air, especially in the morning. The windows even fog up as if the air has ice in it. It's clean and bright everywhere, from the lobby and canteen, and especially the room where my family and I stayed. They also have complete amenities, the staff are cheerful, and of course, they offer FREE breakfast every morning. Their brewed coffee is unlimited, which you'll definitely keep coming back for, especially if you're a coffee lover like me. "The service was satisfactory, and the breakfast was enjoyable. The location is conveniently close to tourist attractions, particularly Burnham Park, and our room offered a beautiful view of SM Baguio, especially when framed by the fog. One minor downside is that without transportation or mobile service, the uphill walk can be quite steep and physically demanding, especially in the cold weather, though it certainly makes for a good workout. Overall, it was a pleasant stay."
