"I had a wonderful stay at Osmanli Cappadocia Hotel and I am very happy with my experience. The food was delicious and well prepared, and the location is excellent, making it very convenient to explore Cappadocia.
The hotel is comfortable, clean, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I would especially like to mention the receptionist, Bahar, who was extremely helpful. She explained everything clearly, was very friendly, and made us feel truly welcomed throughout our stay..

In Uchissar, near Pigeon Valley and Uchissar Castle.
It is the best hotel in the room in Turkey. Super big. There is already a big terrace.
The family-run boss and the family are very good. They smiled and gave a small gift when they left.
Less than 1,000 yuan during May 1st, much cheaper than the hotel in Goreme
Ctrip chose 2 big and 1 small when placing the order, but the hotel received the ２ big, but the bed is big enough for us to stay smoothly.

The facilities are good, but only one person (seems to be the old man's son) can speak English. The old man, the old lady, and the daughter-in-law do not speak English. When checking out, I gave the key to my daughter-in-law, but she was busy with the kitchen, so she left the key somewhere at the main desk. The old man couldn't find it, and blamed us for only giving us the keys to 2 of the 3 rooms. He couldn't communicate in language, and kept gesturing. He didn't let us leave until he could find the key. Later, he found the key somewhere in the room at the main desk, and then we left. He couldn't even say ”sorry” (because he didn't speak English), which was a bit regretful! Overall, it felt good, and parking was also very convenient.

WWoaixiangcaobingjilingThe room was quite unique, a cave room. We were four people, so we booked a suite with two bathrooms. The owner was very friendly and even spoke a little Chinese and had WeChat. Surprisingly, there were even Kang师傅 instant noodles in the room! The lighting felt a bit dim, and one of the bathrooms was quite small, but otherwise everything was great. It was also very quiet, and the staff were all very enthusiastic. The location is right in the center of the town.

This cave hotel is a hidden gem in Goreme and one of the newest cave hotels. We had booked the Superior Cave Queen Room with jacuzzi that was very clean, and easily fit 3 of us.! It was such a lovely experience in the cave and has to be one of my favourite places that l have ever stayed.
We had breakfast included which had a spectacular view of Gerome as well as the hot air balloons. The lovely girls at breakfast were very kind and always cooked us lovely eggs in the morning.
Perfect location which was walking distance to many restaurants and cafes. Our favourite place was Quick China which was a short walk. There were stunning carpet shops and we ended up buying a pretty carpet from Dowry Carpets.
The staff have a lot of experience and knowledge of the area and have a variety of tours and experiences to explore. We booked the hot air balloon with the hotel which I would recommend to all. It was an unforgettable experience and was our highlight of the trip. Truly magical!
Finally I would like to extend a huge thank you to the amazing staff - Mehmet, Mehmet (Junior), Mehdi and Noor.
Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating to all our needs. They always ensured we were comfortable and messaged throughout the day to see if we needed anything.
Mehmet made a huge effort for my sister's birthday and it was a lovely surprise.
I would definitely recommend this cave hotel to whoever wants to have a memorable experience in Cappadocia. Oh and the most cutest cat of Hira Hotel - Duman. We miss him!

GGuest UserThe hotel is very nice. The room and toilet are large and warm all the time. The services not good. I booked the hot balloon riding in the morning I came inside the lobby for waiting but a man who is reception told me you can wait outside (Hello is so cold why I come inside). I don't understand I pay for the hotel just my room not for the lobby ? anyway when the rider pick up a person for balloon riding in the list that not my name but he say this is your guide tour must go with him but I say no this is not my guide coz I don't have a name in the list , He ask for my room no. and confirm that your tour guide go with him . Finally I go with the wrong tour the rider must to pick me up to the hotel and waiting for my tour guide again . wasting time ..I give only 0 point with the guy reception in the morning if you wanna who is your staff going to check the CCTV in the lobby on 2 Dec 2025 time 6.20-6.45.

AAnonymous UserThe room is ready when we arrived at 5pm. The room is clean, there are 1 queen bed and 2 single beds which able to accomodate the 5 of us. The hotel is beautiful. They served you many options of food for breakfast. The most important thing, they allowed us to leave our luggages while we completing the tour and wait for the airport transfer to come and fetch us.

Friendly staff, there would two person. The main person will be taken care at day time. One the day first day check in hotel, he will give you brief about cappadocia with the map explain about green,red, blue tour.
You dont need to book anything via online. Booking with hotel, its cheaper and safer as he will be giving you their recommended tour guide company will fetch you from hotel directly (payment can be done in cash or credit card).
Sharing one of my experience which i was asking about renting car to drive around in goreme. He personally advise not to rent car as anything happens more headaches better take the taxi go around which taxi stand 3 mins walking distance.
Overall.
Any activity you would like to do, can book through the hotel. They will arrange it for it. 100% reliable.!!

Staying top cave hotel will be difficult for you to walk around because it located hilly area. This hotel located ground level Surrounded with many restaurants, pharmacy, grocery shop.!!

GGuest UserOverall,I greatly enjoyed my time at the Rio Cappadocia Hotel. It is a very clean , new hotel with a modern cave feel. We had two rooms because I made two separate bookings. Both rooms were cozy and spacious, especially the second one(which was bigger in size). The rooms have beautiful carpets, the interior is simple yet attractive, and the beds were comfortable. The staff members greeted us warmly, and we were often provided with complimentary tea. The free breakfast was pretty good, including four different types of cheese, hardboiled and scrambled eggs, a few types of breads, olives,etc. Turkish tea and coffee are also provided. The hotel is conveniently located, and the room rates are reasonable.
The main issue I had was communication. Although there were no major problems, the following did not sit well with me.
Prior to traveling to Cappadocia, my initial question that I asked was what bus number to take to the hotel(upon arriving at the airport). The response was , ”For this we need to arrange a transfer for you. Give us your flight number, passport numbers, the number of people , and I will arrange it for you.” The staff member was talking about the pick up at the Gerome bus stop, and not the shuttle from the airport to the hotel.
This confused me. It became even more confusing when I was told we could get help with direct transportation from the airport to the hotel....and then the mentioning of a transfer pick up from the bus stop again. I simply wanted a direct, simple answer that provided an option for direct transport to the hotel. On top of that, the staff member was not talking about the correct airport(based on the flight number I had previously provided). When I asked for help to arrange a taxi to a restaurant, she gave the driver the wrong restaurant name(after I had said the correct one). There was also an instance in which I paid for both the green and blue tours with cash, and was asked if I had already paid. They checked their system and realized that I did. I should have asked for a receipt, but they should also check their records before asking this( it was confirmed that I had paid, so it wasn't a big issue)Additionally, I wanted to postpone the green and blue tours after a hectic traveling experience, as well as after a long day doing the red tour. I was told ”Don't worry...you will be in a VIP van..the tour will be great”, instead of just acknowledging the fact that we were exhausted. I didn't need to be sold on something I had already purchased(and that I still wanted to do). We just wanted some rest time before doing the other two tours. We were offered complimentary tea one last time at the end, but the staff member told us to write a review of our stay first. We refused, and I said I would do it later. She was friendly prior to our departure, but asked why I hadn't written a review. And, she asked if we could follow the hotel on Instagram. I understand the importance of advertizing a business within such a major tourist destination, but this was a bit too much. I hope the hotel can see this as constructive feedback.
Despite the previously mentioned verbal/written communication, it was a lovely hotel. I would definitely recommend this accomodation.

AAnastasia ZubenkoThe overall experience is good. We were worried that it would be cold in the cave. However, the temperature was comfortable, and you can control it. Also, there was really good wi-fi.
However, we had a few issues there:
1. The kettle is broken and should be changed
2. The hair dryer is old and bad quality.
3. When we checked in the owner said that tea is free and available any time, I think it.was misunderstood as on the last day host asked us to pay 400tl for the tea and coffee.
4. We booked a room with a fireplace but host said that it doesn't work. Later, we did clarify why it doesn't work and the problem was that the owner didn't have wood for it and it wasn't possible to buy it on our own anywhere (we did visit 4 different places).
