YYee11A pleasant stay experience with courtyard @ Marriott Long Beach. The room is cozy. Front desk, Stephanie was really helpful and friendly. The hotel is also equipped with self guest laundry which is payable but morning coffee provided at the lobby is free. The location of the hotel was also pretty good, surrounded with nice cafes and restaurants. Overall, great place to stay in!

QQINGLIThere are two family hotels in Long Beach. This one is located by the sea. The other one is next to the airport. I have stayed at both hotels. It was the first one I lived in. The one close to the airport was not comfortable and the cost performance was not high. The parking fee plus the room charge added up to nearly 1800. My room can't see the sea yet, I booked a double bed, but gave me a double bed, and I was too lazy to change ~ The room was still clean, the cooking utensils were very complete, and the check-in staff was very enthusiastic But the air conditioner was too noisy, basically I couldn't sleep well all night! For breakfast at 9:30, there is no more food, the waiters can't wait to pack up and go home. Go early if you have breakfast.

The midnight check-in guy was friendly and helpful, and disclosed their $25 ”Service Fee” which states $20 on their sign pictured here and then itemized $22+tax on my receipt; the front desk manager was arrogantly defensive and unhelpful telling me to call Expedia when questioned upon check-out and failed to find their fine print on my Trip.com receipts that clearly state all taxes and fees are included in the stated total, bad business practices.

BBassvolThe hotel has been renovated and feels relatively new. It is more than a kilometer walk from the beach and commercial street. The rooms are spacious and there are free drinks and refreshments on the first floor.

YYigebuxianghuijiaderenExcept for the online self-service check-in, which is a bit troublesome, everything else is good. All kinds of daily necessities are available, all the windows can be opened, and the scenery outside the window is peaceful and elegant. The room is a 10-minute walk from the beach. There is a marina and a beach on the beach. There is a large supermarket 50 meters away, and there are Japanese and Thai restaurants nearby. The antique building is very interesting. Ctrip's service is so good. I'm worried that the self-service check-in will not be successful. Ctrip's customer service has been helping to follow up.
