Great
GGuest UserNicely renovated modern and clean apartment on the 2nd floor - there is no lift and a narrow spiral staircase so pls be aware of that before booking. Small but has everyrhing needed. Secure and safe. Centrally located (because of its location there is street noise until late and garbage truck early morning). - easy walk to the old port and attractions. Paid parking nearby. Very clear instructions given plue communication was super good with the apartment manager.

DDakota PuiTo be honest, we were quite disappointed with how old the room is. The vibe is very dull and even the air-conditioner looks like it was from the 90s. But the good thing is they have their private parking (need to pay another €15 per day) so that we can park our car inside and feel safer. However, I dont think we will be back the next time. The pictures we seen online are totally different lol.
Hhang9zhouThis hotel in the Old Port actually provided slippers, and they were surprisingly good quality – we ended up taking them with us for our next hotel. Our triple room had a small balcony with a view of the Old Port, which was beautiful both at dusk and in the early morning. There's a pretty large Carrefour supermarket nearby. The hotel doesn't have its own parking, so you'll need to park in the Carrefour underground lot, which is just a two to three-minute walk to the hotel.

GGuest UserThe man with glasses at the reception is incompetent. Although I booked a room with a city view, he gave me a room with a courtyard view and didn't change it. I also emailed the hotel but they didn't respond. Other amenities are good, breakfast is good.

CCaiermateMy initial impression of Marseille as a city was quite negative. We faced two rejections from car services right outside the train station, and the streets seemed chaotic. However, a pleasant surprise awaited us at the hotel: the front desk staff spoke Chinese, which immediately made us feel welcome. The room itself was incredibly spacious, even featuring a small extra bed. It included a microwave, though no other cooking facilities. We ended up using the microwave to cook noodles for breakfast since we had an early train to catch and no time for the hotel's breakfast. Another nice surprise was the hotel's gym. While I don't plan on returning to Marseille, I would still highly recommend this hotel.

NNat 李凤临Cleaning ladies were demonstrating 53 days in front of the hotel when I arrived. The rotating door was covered with mud and confetti, while the black women danced to loud African beats. A complete shock! They continued during my stay…
The front desk was super helpful after I contacted their manager. My flight was delayed and I arrived a day late so they managed to modify my reservation without extra payment. My card didn’t work so I gave a cash deposit and they sent me an email when my suitcase that had been delayed arrived (so as not to wake me up).
The housekeeping was average- twice they didn’t restock the water. Once they forgot a cleaning chemical. Another time they didn’t restock the decaffeinated capsules. Also they could have been more generous with the toilet paper. It’s the very thin recycled one, that goes fast.
Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant spacious, with a garden overlooking the marina.
The room was large, modern and quiet, with an amazing view of the harbor, including both sunsets and sunrises! I even saw the incredible half an hour long fireworks for Bastille day right under my window!
The bed is big and comfortable, pillows a bit too soft, lighting is good but there are no toiletries (which was initially problematic due to the lost luggage).
Room service wasn’t available the only night that I wanted to order it - due to Bastille day celebrations.
The QR code don’t work on my phone so I had to call the reception to order. Also there was no alcoholic drinks listed, plus I had no fridge in the room, so I couldn’t fully relax and enjoy my holiday.
The hotel doesn’t have a spa, which is a shame. So I made a reservation online and got a massage in the Hammam spa a few minutes from the hotel)very expensive and not great). The closest one to the hotel was closed.
The pool is gorgeous but in another building which requires another elevator to be taken at the ground floor. A bit of a hassle…The gym is basic but good. Gets pretty busy and dirty at the end of the day.
There are many nice restaurants nearby and even a small Proxi shop. There is a bus stop 1min away, that goes to the Terrace du Port. And the taxi conveniently dropped me off right in front of the hotel.
The Mucem and Cosquer caves visible from the hotel, are a bit pleasant 25min walk away and the well worth the visit.
Overall, I was satisfied with my stay, and would come again if the above issues were resolved.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very comfortable and the bathroom is very large and the rooms are very comfortable and the bathroom is very large.
The hotel is very beautiful and quite atypical with its different buildings and the great garden in the middle. The clean parking is a real more! And to finish the breakfast was perfect! I hope I can come back quickly!

AAlen KCozy hotel, services and welcome on point. Room assigned: great disappointment due to the infernal noise. Disproportionate furniture in this otherwise charming little room. Well-kept common areas, tasteful decorative painting. Impeccable cleanliness

GGuest UserThe location is good, the balcony can see the sea. The style of the hotel is quite chic, the facilities are relatively complete, and a lot of snacks and drinks are prepared for the guests. For the price, the room area is relatively cramped; the cleanliness is acceptable, some corners will look old; many rooms have been rented out to individuals for a long time, and the homeowners often play loud music in them, and they will put them away after eating Plates and knives and forks are placed directly at the door of the room. Seeing these dirty tableware makes me feel uncomfortable, which is usually not done in China; there are few restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel, and they are far away.
