Very Good
AAspieDuring this trip, I was fortunate enough to choose this hotel as my resting place, and it certainly gave me an unforgettable stay.
First of all, the check-in process is extremely convenient. I arrived at the hotel a full two hours ahead of the expected check-in time, but the front desk staff did not the slightest inconvenience or evasion, but in a very warm attitude for me to check in quickly. Secondly, the room itself is large and comfortable to live in, and offers a wide variety of kitchenware and cutlery.
All in all, convenient check-in, warm service, comfortable room, a perfect experience beyond expectations!
DDavinia CalvoThe hotel has an excellent location. The breakfast is quite complete: fruit, cold meats and pastries. The rooms lack bedside tables where you can leave things. The bathroom does not have a hand towel or a hair dryer. For the hair dryer you have to ask for it at the reception and return it immediately, if you want to keep it they ask you to leave your ID there. Our bed was quite noisy, very hard and the pillows quite soft and shapeless. If you don't sleep well, don't go on the weekend, there are pubs and restaurants below and having double windows you can hear EVERYTHING. The quality-price ratio is good but it is quite basic.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is not in the city center, but the surrounding area is very quiet. It is also a wealthy area. It is next to the shopping center and stadium. It will not be as noisy and unsafe as the city center. The room is also very clean and tidy
MMrs_TravelGreat hotel at a nice location. It is always a 15 mins walk to the city center. Parking was ok, though 32 euro a night which is at the higher end. Breakfast was 33 euro for a person, it was good but it didn’t worth its high price. We went for a brunch the other morning and it was perfect - the place is right next to the opera, amazing vibe. It is called Deïa Coffee & Kitchen. It is good service overall, thanks for having us.
GGuest UserHotel ideally located, near the bus lines, the metro and the St. Charles Station, as well as near the Prado.
The room has everything necessary for a comfortable stay.
The staff is very kind: all the people met were absolutely adorable.
Only small bemols: a lack of luminosity in the room and perfect cleanliness.
For the price quality ratio I recommend 100%.
CCharitha HeendeniyaIt's a pretty OK place to stay for one night. I just needed to crash one night before taking the flight the next day. The staff at the counter don't communicate well unless you speak French. The location is a bit further away from the main station, but there's a metro within walking distance. The neighborhood is a bit chaotic.

GGuest UserWe arrived an hour early, the staff were friendly and let us check in when we got there as our room was ready. The lady at reception was very thorough in making sure the room was up to standard prior to letting us in. The room was spacious and it was clean.
The only downside to the accomodation is there isn’t much around, however for the price it was easy enough to get on the tram which was a few minutes walk down the hill.
GGuest User1. one centered whole room lighting is annoying, separate small independent light are needed
2. more drawers and wardrobe needed then staying long thing too messy due to lack of drawer and wardrobe
3. vending machines don't give product on the first try, need to pay 2 times I bought water and my money is deducted from my bank account but no product and the reception girl doesn't give **** about vending machine malfunction
