Great
Ggodlya****The location is quite convenient, right by the old port. But it's also a bit scary. Marseille's Old Town is practically ruled by black people.
The service was pretty average, rather indifferent. They claim to offer hot chocolate and milk refills daily, but when you ask for it, you either get hot chocolate and water or milk and water.
The pool is terribly small! And what's with needing a reservation?
But for under 3000 a night, it's manageable, I guess.
I won't be coming back to Marseille in the future. It feels dangerous. I even hired a local driver, and he was terrified, not daring to leave his car parked in the Old Town for fear of his windows being smashed.

SSarah0405The location is not far from the center, and it was good because it had a variety of kitchen utensils. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was also spacious. The balcony had a factory view in front, but I also saw trees and it was nice because it was wide open. It was within 10 minutes by Bolt taxi to the airport limousine bus terminal, which cost less than 10 euros, so I was able to safely catch an early morning flight.

AAspieDuring this trip, I was fortunate enough to choose this hotel as my resting place, and it certainly gave me an unforgettable stay.
First of all, the check-in process is extremely convenient. I arrived at the hotel a full two hours ahead of the expected check-in time, but the front desk staff did not the slightest inconvenience or evasion, but in a very warm attitude for me to check in quickly. Secondly, the room itself is large and comfortable to live in, and offers a wide variety of kitchenware and cutlery.
All in all, convenient check-in, warm service, comfortable room, a perfect experience beyond expectations!
GGuest UserHotel ideally located, near the bus lines, the metro and the St. Charles Station, as well as near the Prado.
The room has everything necessary for a comfortable stay.
The staff is very kind: all the people met were absolutely adorable.
Only small bemols: a lack of luminosity in the room and perfect cleanliness.
For the price quality ratio I recommend 100%.
MMrs_TravelGreat hotel at a nice location. It is always a 15 mins walk to the city center. Parking was ok, though 32 euro a night which is at the higher end. Breakfast was 33 euro for a person, it was good but it didn’t worth its high price. We went for a brunch the other morning and it was perfect - the place is right next to the opera, amazing vibe. It is called Deïa Coffee & Kitchen. It is good service overall, thanks for having us.

CCharitha HeendeniyaIt's a pretty OK place to stay for one night. I just needed to crash one night before taking the flight the next day. The staff at the counter don't communicate well unless you speak French. The location is a bit further away from the main station, but there's a metro within walking distance. The neighborhood is a bit chaotic.

AangelaThe hotel is not far from the port. From the airport the bus dropped us off 1 km from the hotel and at night it is better to avoid walking in that area. Better to use a taxi. The reception is always open, even if you have already paid the entire bill before your trip, at check in they will still ask you to register your card.
My room was on the first floor, the door opens with a code.
Spacious, airy with a nice and large window, equipped with a TV, there is no mini fridge, several correct sockets and also USB. The bed was comfortable, I slept well. The bathroom with a fairly large shower.
The only thing they left us was just two shower towels and nothing more. Usually they leave more towels. Also there was no hairdryer (absurd and never happened in any hotel). To have it you have to ask at reception, leaving a €20 deposit or your passport.
The sweet and savory breakfast is served in a room. For savory you will find: sausage, bacon and scrambled eggs (these were not the best), for sweet: cereals, yogurt, brioches, bread, with jams. Find several coffee machines.
GGuest User1. one centered whole room lighting is annoying, separate small independent light are needed
2. more drawers and wardrobe needed then staying long thing too messy due to lack of drawer and wardrobe
3. vending machines don't give product on the first try, need to pay 2 times I bought water and my money is deducted from my bank account but no product and the reception girl doesn't give **** about vending machine malfunction
