GGuest UserVery nice hotel, good services . Great location right on the old port. Beautiful view. Close to tourist office for buying tourist package card. Very good location for travelling by buses metrols and tramps. The during stay , there was christmas market right next to Hotel. That was the bonus

GGuest UserThe hotel staff is very friendly. The balcony of the room you stay in has a view of the Old Port of Marseille. What's rare is that slippers are provided. Supermarkets and restaurants are a few minutes' walk from the hotel. The market in the Old Port on weekend mornings is particularly good.

GGuest UserThe location is very good, it is convenient to go everywhere, in the downtown area, but the waiter is a bit sloppy in cleaning the room. Our rooftop terrace had bird droppings on the floor that were not swept clean, and the lounge chairs were also quite dirty, so we couldn't lie down. On the last day, no one came to clean the room. Ctrip contacted the front desk and they said they would come between 3-5 pm, but no one came after waiting for a long time, wasting a lot of my time. Then they told me that no one would come today, so I had to clean up by myself. After repeatedly telling me that there were no towels to use at night, the temperature was over 30 degrees, and the garbage was not cleaned up and it smelled. At 7/8 o'clock, someone reluctantly came to change the garbage bag and give towels. The actual condition of the terrace floor and lounge chairs is shown in the pictures

GGuest UserThe staff was very friendly. I think this was the most positive thing; the receptionist was always very kind and helpful, easily finding the best amenities for us. The room was well-arranged and comfortable. The cleanliness, especially in the bathroom and one of the bed sheets, wasn't entirely satisfactory; the lack of cleanliness may have been due to early check-in. The location is perfect, just a few minutes from the port and the city center. Everything was beautiful and hassle-free.

GGuest UserMuch better than expected! The early flight arrived at 9 o'clock, and the room was ready! Victoria, the front desk lady, was very enthusiastic and spoke good English. She answered all kinds of questions carefully, including various matters about chartering a car to Nice. But the hotel's charter and taxi reservation are a bit expensive (50%+ premium vs. market, I chartered a car for 400 yuan, the hotel quoted 600 yuan; Uber 15 to the train station, the hotel charged 25 yuan...) This may be the only point that is not so ok, but this is an additional service outside of accommodation, so it is not included in this rating.
The room facilities are very new, and the inner courtyard is very quiet, I like it very much.

The bed was very confortable and the shits were soft.
The kitchen amenities made my stay even more convenient.
There are a few kitchen utensils
There's a metro station near by
There are shower gel and towels
Downside:
The hitter was barely working
The deposit had to be made through card, no cash.
Don't expect to get your deposit back the same day as different banks have different policies, the transfer may be delayed a few days from what I understood.
There's no toothpaste or toothbrushes

GGuest UserThe hotel is very comfortable and the bathroom is very large and the rooms are very comfortable and the bathroom is very large.
The hotel is very beautiful and quite atypical with its different buildings and the great garden in the middle. The clean parking is a real more! And to finish the breakfast was perfect! I hope I can come back quickly!

GGuest UserThe hotel is very well located, just in front of the Périer station and not far from the round-point of the Prado, which you can even reach by foot. From that side, nothing to reiterate. The welcome was correct, with a rather smiled staff.
The first room that was given to us had a defect refrigerator. After two days we changed the room, but it was not really clean.
We were also charged twice for the room, when we had been confirmed the order as soon as we arrived. The error was acknowledged, but I find it quite serious: if we hadn't checked, what would have happened?
The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable.
All these disturbances make me not recommend this hotel, despite its advantageous location.
