GGuest UserVery nice hotel, good services . Great location right on the old port. Beautiful view. Close to tourist office for buying tourist package card. Very good location for travelling by buses metrols and tramps. The during stay , there was christmas market right next to Hotel. That was the bonus

GGuest UserThe hotel staff is very friendly. The balcony of the room you stay in has a view of the Old Port of Marseille. What's rare is that slippers are provided. Supermarkets and restaurants are a few minutes' walk from the hotel. The market in the Old Port on weekend mornings is particularly good.

SShuijinshuijinThe hotel is in a very good location, opposite the boat ticket booth at the old port. Other than that, it is very average. The breakfast pick-up area is in a small kitchen. The waiter tells you to choose a seat first, and then take the plate on the seat to pick up the food. Even so, the kitchen is crowded and there are few food choices. I hope the room has warm air conditioning at night, but I was told that the hotel currently only has cooling, and I can move to other hotels if I feel cold. But the front desk clearly wrote that the temperature that day was 12 degrees at night. The sound insulation on the first floor is poor. I spent the money for a sea view room to live in a noisy room with street view. Ctrip helped to change the room the next day. In addition, the wooden table in the room may cause allergies. I sneezed dozens of times when I looked at the computer for 30 minutes at the wooden table, but there was no problem with the metal table. In short, I don’t recommend staying in this hotel.

TTRAN LE THUYThe hotel is located in the heart of old town and next to Metro Station that is only two stops next to Marceille St. Chart.
The room is very big, and equiped with all necessary items. What I like the most in the hotel room are L’Occitane bath gel, shampoo, lotion with very charming smell.

GGuest UserThe staff was very friendly. I think this was the most positive thing; the receptionist was always very kind and helpful, easily finding the best amenities for us. The room was well-arranged and comfortable. The cleanliness, especially in the bathroom and one of the bed sheets, wasn't entirely satisfactory; the lack of cleanliness may have been due to early check-in. The location is perfect, just a few minutes from the port and the city center. Everything was beautiful and hassle-free.

The bed was very confortable and the shits were soft.
The kitchen amenities made my stay even more convenient.
There are a few kitchen utensils
There's a metro station near by
There are shower gel and towels
Downside:
The hitter was barely working
The deposit had to be made through card, no cash.
Don't expect to get your deposit back the same day as different banks have different policies, the transfer may be delayed a few days from what I understood.
There's no toothpaste or toothbrushes

GGuest UserThe hotel is very comfortable and the bathroom is very large and the rooms are very comfortable and the bathroom is very large.
The hotel is very beautiful and quite atypical with its different buildings and the great garden in the middle. The clean parking is a real more! And to finish the breakfast was perfect! I hope I can come back quickly!

SSamantha ShamoonStayed here for 3 nights. The room is clean and quite new. It’s also very spacious for a solo traveller. The location is very close to the metro station and there are bus stops just outside. The hotel is also very close to the beach, restaurants, shops, bars and banks. Staff are friendly and helpful 👍🏻

NNo_return_dateThis place is very basic and I feel like I overpaid given my experience. First it is close enough to a dance club that you can hear the music and patrons. In my case that was until 5:15 am when I got up for an early morning train. The shower is handheld and not mounted to the wall so it is a bit like bathing with a hose. No working elevator and the stairs were not built evenly so walking up and down them risks a fall or turned ankle. The thing this place has going for it is it’s proximity to the marina and it is a reasonable walk from the train station.
