"The best hotel in Marseille!
I was beyond satisfied! The bedding and kitchen were spotless, and they even offered luggage storage. The storage area is usually locked with a key, so your bags are kept very secure. I loved that they assigned us a quiet, smoke-free room with elevator access. No need to worry about the language barrier, as the staff are friendly and speak English. The toilet and shower are in separate rooms and kept impeccably clean, which was a huge plus. It’s also very convenient to be able to order room service via the web. The hotel's location in Marseille is fantastic as well!"

Especially for those who will only going to stay for a short trip because you will not waste your time going to the point of interest of Marseille because it is at the heart of the tourist area. The view from the room is gorgeous and worth the money. Restaurants and souvenir shops are lining up the area. Based on my limited stay I learn that Marseilles can give up different vibes only in a few block so the location of the hotel made me more comfortable. The AC works properly and there is an elevator. I believe there is also a car parking service but I don’t use it. The receptionists are professionals and helpful.

The location is super convenient, right in the heart of the Old Port. There's a subway station right outside that takes you to the train station, and plenty of restaurants nearby. It's also within walking distance to the Museum of Mediterranean Archaeology, the starting point for the sightseeing train, and the graffiti street. We were upgraded to a room with a view, which was lovely. The downside is that it's really noisy facing the street at night; you can hear all sorts of sounds even past midnight, and the windows aren't soundproof. Light sleepers might have a hard time. The front desk and room service were both good.
The breakfast... well, aside from the view, there's really nothing else worth mentioning.

AaYayaThe check-in process at this hotel was a hassle, and I'm not sure if it was discrimination. Furthermore, the housekeeping staff, especially one individual, was very cold; she completely ignored me when I greeted her. To top it off, she entered my room midway through my stay without any apology.

The room was cleaned and the location was excellent, just in the old port. The house has a history of more than 200 years.
The soundproofing of the room is average, breakfast is 14 euros, not bad. Except that, it is great.
The front desk and customer service are very good and will help with luggage.
There is water, orange juice and snacks at the front desk for free.

The room was extremely spacious, and the bathroom was also very large. It was very comfortable to stay here. The location is excellent — just a few minutes’ walk to the old port. The only downside was the hot water situation: after one person showered in the evening, there was no hot water left, so the second person could not shower. This might be due to a limited hot water tank or the system stopping at a certain time. There were no staff on duty in the evening, so it was not possible to get assistance, and this issue was not mentioned before check-in.

The port view room was noisy from people and music on the busy streets in front, even though you pay extra for that room.
Also there must have been a sewage problem as we had a terrible smell coming into our room via the bathroom.

AspieDuring this trip, I was fortunate enough to choose this hotel as my resting place, and it certainly gave me an unforgettable stay.
First of all, the check-in process is extremely convenient. I arrived at the hotel a full two hours ahead of the expected check-in time, but the front desk staff did not the slightest inconvenience or evasion, but in a very warm attitude for me to check in quickly. Secondly, the room itself is large and comfortable to live in, and offers a wide variety of kitchenware and cutlery.
All in all, convenient check-in, warm service, comfortable room, a perfect experience beyond expectations!

Guest UserThe location is excellent, just steps from the old port, in an area full of cafes and bars, and we could see the theater from the window. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The cleanliness was good, but the walls were marked in several places. The building needs maintenance: the door closer was broken and prevented the door from fully opening between the bathroom and the bedroom; the walls and fixtures could use a repaint; the windows could use a clean; the bathroom could use some touch-ups and a new sink stopper; the toilet was difficult to flush. It was okay for a few nights, without high expectations. Complimentary toiletries and two towels per person plus a shower mat are provided, but there is no hair dryer.
