DDr.RoyThe room has a balcony and kitchen, making it ideal for long-term stays.
The toilet and shower (no bathtub) are separate, and the sink is also separate, which is convenient.
There's a simple gym where you can exercise.
There's a supermarket and the Arc de Triomphe in Marseille nearby.
I realized after booking that towel changes and room cleaning incur an additional charge. That was a bit disappointing.

GGuest UserI’ve stayed in this hotel chain before, in Dubai, this hotel was also lovely! My flight landed at 9am and I was very lucky that they allowed me to check into the room as soon as I arrived to the hotel!

GGuest UserThe bed is quite big, maybe not as big as a king, but two adult women won't feel crowded. The room is a bit old, but it's still quite clean. There is a shower and a bathtub, but the seal of the shower room is not well pasted or old, and it leaks. The balcony faces the port. The rooms with balconies are all on the lower floors and face a road to the port, not directly next to the port. The view is average, and Marseille is always windy in winter, which feels quite tasteless.
The breakfast is average. I don't know if there are not many varieties in the off-season, but the restaurant is high and you can see the whole Marseille. The popular seats on the terrace are not open in winter (and it's really cold). The hotel has a basement where you can pay for parking, 32 euros a day, and the entrance and exit are very narrow, so be careful. But this location is convenient for highways. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the center of the old port. The area around the hotel feels safe, and it's no problem to walk back after dinner in the evening.

GGuest UserThe service is very good. The environment is quiet and safe. There are McDonald's, Carrefour, pharmacies, etc. all around. I will choose this store next time I come here. It's a great experience. Both check-in and check-out are very smooth. I was worried before coming here. Regarding safety issues, I didn’t expect to choose a hotel with such good security.

Chambre : propre et de dimension correcte, idéale pour un court séjour (max 3 jours), mais manque de rangements.
Nourriture : rien d’exceptionnel — petit-déjeuner classique composé majoritairement de produits industriels, avec des jus de fruits à base de concentré.
Remarque : la salle du petit-déjeuner était complète, la météo étant trop froide pour profiter de la terrasse extérieure.

KkkcclauExcellent location apartment hotel, reception staff is very good, luggage storage. Value for money next to the station. The most bungalow is a comb bed, an elevator, not recommended for those who have difficulty walking stairs, and people who are afraid of noise at night (currently working 24 hours at St. Charles station opposite). Clean, bright, plenty of towels, spacious kitchen bathroom and beautifully designed, very pleasant place.

GGuest UserIt's a bit far from the subway station, but it's not too strenuous to walk there;
The road all the way to the hotel is full of ****☹️, the traffic environment is too bad;
The clear height of the house is not high and the public corridor is extremely narrow;
The bedroom was so small that the bedroom door couldn't be closed because it was stuck by the length of the bed. . .
There is no toilet paper bucket in the bathroom;
The countertop in the bathroom is relatively small, and the plug in the sink is not easy to use;
Likewise, the stopper in the shower bathtub doesn’t work well;
Overall very average.

The only thing is that they should regularly check if everything still works fine. Specifically, lamps and items in the bathroom.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the old town, the location is very convenient, the attractions are basically within walking distance, and there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The room is relatively small, but very distinctive, with a very Spanish balcony. The front desk is very kind and enthusiastic.
