Room: The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable.
There are great blackout curtains on both sides of the bed that can charge the device.
Staff: On our first night, a gentleman checked in for us, his service and attitude was the best and very welcoming.
The staff wanted to work here and I felt very welcome and valued as a guest.
Even if you donât have activities to attend in Long Beach, I will stay here and travel further afield to participate in what youâre going to do!
We will definitely be back :)

A nice hotel with a smooth and hassle-free check-in process. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the arrival experience pleasant. The facilities are all very new and well-maintained, giving the hotel a modern and comfortable atmosphere.

Very nice but donât plan on walking anywhere. You can take the bridge but questionable people around the staircases.

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the Queen Mary. We were there for Dark Harbor and wanted to stay somewhere within walking distance. The room was updated and clean. The reception staff were very friendly. We enjoyed the firepit area and the pretty harbor view. I was a bit disappointed to see that the hotel did not provide any drinking water. I would like to recommend at least a water dispenser in the lobby if theyâre opposed to leaving a couple of bottles in the room. Â Overall though, it was a lovely stay and I would definitely recommend.

The location is good, very close to the beach, the price is reasonable for a motel. There are many restaurants nearby, and there is a Vons supermarket next to it. Room cleaning service is not provided if you do not request it.
