3-Star Hotels in Loudoun County

From the moment we walked into the hotel, the concierge had a big, friendly smile and instantly took care of our check-in. The entire facility was clean and well taken-care-of. Our continental breakfast was perfect, and check-out was a breeze. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends, and would likely stay here again for future visits to Leesburg. Very close to the airport, the visa card had a problem on the first day, after zero Trip.com could not book a room (must pay attention!) The staff helped me check in in cash, very touched. Very old, the bathroom faucet dripped all night, there was a bunch of long hair stuck to the shower back, the gym water dispenser was piled with disassembled but unused disposable cups, the water dispenser must have been broken for a while

Returning to this holiday inn again, the environment is good, the health and service are very good, the room is very spacious, the fly in the ointment is that the air conditioner fan is too loud, every time it starts, it is like starting a large engineering car outside the window, but the price is still good!

Wonderful place to stay if you are leaving from dulles or have any other reason to be in the area. Clean, large room, very quiet. The staff was superb, and the breakfast was very good. Real food, not pre-packaged pastries. They are pet-friendly. When I come back into the country, I will be staying here again!

The hotel does not provide electric kettle to boil water & was not supplying bottled water to the guests as well. You had to pay for basic drinking water USD2.00 per 600mm bottle. Getting drinking water is a big problem from the hotel. The restaurant there is basis … there wasn’t much food available. The only bright point is that airport shuttle service was provided.

Reserved king bed. The hotel oversold rooms and could only offer us two separate beds. No compensatory offer Asked to speak with manager and did not get a call from manager after 2 days.. Won't be staying there again.
