The hotel is ideally located. You can be in the city in 5 minutes. The parking garage next door was affordable and you can get to the hotel in no time The hotel itself is very nice. Staff attentive and friendly. Nice breakfast which you can also do outside when the weather is nice.

Super warm hotel, must be five-star praise! Hotel location is very good to go out is the castle, a few minutes walk to the attractions super convenient. The most impressive thing is the service of the staff. Especially a lady at the front desk (sorry, I didn't remember her name), asked her how to take the bus to The Hague. At that time, there were other guests waiting. We were not embarrassed to delay. The staff probably checked and we left first. As a result, when she returned to the hotel at night, she specially handed over three notes, which clearly wrote the address of the car, the time of each train, and even how long to get to the station in advance! This detail is really heartwarming! Location plus points, service is full marks, next time you come here!

Excellent hotel in a quiet neighborhood with excellent soya facility that can be booked privately for 1 hour. Furthermore we booked (and paid for) a room with balcony, but received a different room type on the street side, without balcony. It is a pity that this was not spontaneously compensated by the receipt (although it was clearly indicated that this was not in line with our booking). Breakfast in a kelder floor is always a little tight and was quite sober here, but it's all right. Egg and pancake preparations are made on order.

The room is spacious and comfortable, the bed is comfortable, the view is wide, the sleep is good, the staff is warm and thoughtful, the service is good, the hotel is in a good location, the transportation is convenient, the breakfast is rich and rich, the room is clean

The kitchen was well-equipped and spacious, and the air conditioning was nice and cold. The breakfast was plentiful, and overall, the place was quite clean. The only minor drawback was the rather expensive parking, but the front desk staff were incredibly friendly!

Rooms are not the same as shown on the website. Location is 100 meter walk from Hotel de Flandre, the opposite side. The receptionist said as friendly to walk us to the other hotel building called City Garden Hotel. It's more motel like hotel. Staircases are very slippery when it rains, if you choose not to use the lift. Rooms are not well maintained, light bulbs not working, safe not functional in one room, or low battery in the other room changed. We reported it to the reception, offered to changd one room, this time there is no toilet door??!!! And lots of diets and hair here n there... Honestly overall experience is a bit disappointing for what you paid, thus not good value for money.

Recommended points: 1) Very good location 2) The hotel has a parking lot (it is recommended to park directly in the hotel parking lot after arriving in Ghent) and it is convenient to go anywhere 3) The hotel has its own great restaurant and bar, young and fashionable 4) The decoration is relatively new

The hotel has come in the years. That was not great to see the actual condition what I had expected from the pictures. And very important, the room had no air conditioning, only a fan. This does not help if it is 30°C or warmer. I haven't seen that hotels have no climate today. The garage rents, it was also somewhat suspect that they don't give out the key alone. I don't want to ask when I want to go to my car and the reception has closed from 20:00. Overall, I cannot recommend the hotel. The situation was good, but the condition and the other kind of treatment I don't like. Do not misunderstood, the staff was friendly, but the approach is not hearty.
