GGuest UserI haven't been back to Yuncheng for several years. I didn't expect to build such a good hotel. The environment and service are very good. There are many varieties of breakfast, especially highlighting the local characteristics. I can eat Zhuangmo, porridge, and mutton soup without going out. Very good stay experience, Yuncheng, Nanhu, come on, I will patronize it next time I come and hope it will get better and better.

Environment: close to the intersection, convenient parking, shopping is also very convenient

The arranged room has good lighting. Great view, park and church from the room. Excellent service attitude 👍 Gentle tone and professional skills. The room was also very clean. No odor. Fully equipped with disposable supplies. The bedding is also comfortable. The internet speed is good and there is no lag when playing games. Parking at the hotel is also very convenient. The parking lot is large and free. I paid for breakfast and the special breakfast was very satisfying. The taste is good. Next time I come to Yuncheng, I will choose Taizhou Hotel

The location is convenient, the room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water. The front desk staff were friendly, check-in was quick, and it was great value for money, suitable for both business and leisure travel. The only downside was that the front desk staff were too attractive, especially the manager [celebration].

AAnonymous UserVery satisfied, booked for a friend, visited late at night, and there is someone on duty 24 hours a day. The front desk lady Cui was very attentive. Seeing that my friend was drunk, she took the initiative to ask if he was still feeling uncomfortable and offered to give him honey water for hangover relief. It was very sweet, and she also used a wheelchair to help send him to the room. The housekeeping sister Du was also very enthusiastic. Clothes and shoes were vomited everywhere, and she took the initiative to ask if the dirty clothes needed to be washed. There is not only a washing machine, but also a free dryer and ironing machine. It was so troublesome for the two of them to help take care of my friend. I definitely give a five-star rating, otherwise I really don't know how I would have carried my friend upstairs to rest. GGuest UserThe air conditioner in my room was not cooled. I slept until 2:30 in the middle of the night and woke up sweating. I called the front desk and the response was too hot. The front desk asked the project to answer the air conditioner. The front desk still changed me to a room north, opened the window and opened the air conditioner, and fell asleep in a daze. Wake up in the morning and find that the air conditioner is still cooling, it should be that the air conditioner in the room I live in is broken.
The front desk service gave a compliment. The level of the engineering department is not good, shouldn't the room air conditioner be monitored daily? It can only be found after the tenants check in. What is this?
