GGuest UserI haven't been back to Yuncheng for several years. I didn't expect to build such a good hotel. The environment and service are very good. There are many varieties of breakfast, especially highlighting the local characteristics. I can eat Zhuangmo, porridge, and mutton soup without going out. Very good stay experience, Yuncheng, Nanhu, come on, I will patronize it next time I come and hope it will get better and better.

JJinhuoniaoThis was my first time in this area, and I'm so glad I chose this hotel – it was a fantastic find! The overall decor is simple yet elegant, and the hallways are spotless. The room itself was very spacious, the air conditioning heated up quickly, and hot water was instant. The Wi-Fi speed was also excellent. Housekeeping did a thorough job; even the corners were clean. The staff were always available and incredibly friendly. All the amenities provided by the hotel were top-notch. The toiletries were high-quality, which made me feel very comfortable using them. Plus, there were complimentary bottled water and tea bags in the room, which was a really thoughtful touch. The quality of the amenities made my stay very comfortable and convenient. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Overall, I highly recommend it. I feel like they've changed management teams or housekeeping staff, because the cleanliness is much better than before!

The room was clean, tidy, comfortable, and fully equipped. The most important thing is that this hotel is also very pet-friendly. As soon as I entered the hall, I was amazed. The atmosphere was warm and the details were warm. The front desk lady was warm and thoughtful. GGuest UserThe air conditioner in my room was not cooled. I slept until 2:30 in the middle of the night and woke up sweating. I called the front desk and the response was too hot. The front desk asked the project to answer the air conditioner. The front desk still changed me to a room north, opened the window and opened the air conditioner, and fell asleep in a daze. Wake up in the morning and find that the air conditioner is still cooling, it should be that the air conditioner in the room I live in is broken.
The front desk service gave a compliment. The level of the engineering department is not good, shouldn't the room air conditioner be monitored daily? It can only be found after the tenants check in. What is this?
