MM41727****Hotel-style Chinese decoration, the room is clean and the items are sufficient, especially the bath towels, which are individually sterilized and packaged. The staff are welcoming.
It's quite close to Jiahe Shopping Mall, so it's very convenient for eating and shopping.
I will go to this hotel on my next business trip.

AAnonymous UserThe parking lot downstairs is relatively large, the parking space is tight in the afternoon and the evening is loose. The room is moderate in size, the sanitary conditions are excellent, the large TV, the central air conditioning/warm air, the temperature is comfortable, and the night is quiet. The mattress has strong support, two kinds of pillows, comfortable enough, and there are induction night lights by the bed and the toilet. Across the street, there is the first pot of Shanxian mutton soup, worth tasting, dinner is the first choice. There are many varieties of breakfast vegetables on the 20th floor, and the amount is large.

MM252515****I was very satisfied with my stay. The customer service was very polite. The security staff in the parking lot at the entrance were also helpful in delivering the suitcases to the lobby. The room was clean, tidy, comfortable, and fully equipped. The most important thing is that this hotel is also very pet-friendly. Next time I will choose this hotel again and recommend it to my friends.

MM582043****Service: I came to Yucheng on a business trip. This hotel is really good. The fat front desk lady has a very good service. I can't find the route for Seoul. Miss sister gives directions! Look at this hall is bright and atmospheric, the room is well lit, and it is very clean. The big sister in the room greets you when you see it. Yucheng is really a good country of men. In particular, the parking lot is really good. It is difficult to find parking spaces in other hotels. I have to stay at this hotel next time.

GGuest UserThe location is very good, downstairs is the largest comprehensive shopping mall in Heze, Jiahe City, eating and shopping are super convenient. Hotel facilities are relatively new and the room is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is rich, self-service, and robots. During the Spring Festival, I was fortunate to meet the general manager of the hotel Helen, manager Bob Wang, and sales director Kevin. They were all very sincere, warm, cordial and dedicated. The front desk lady sister and brother Iris, Amy, Linda, Tom, Jerry, etc. (haha Tom and Jerry, so cute name) and all other staff, including all restaurant staff, are also very warm, sincere, professional and efficient, the stay experience is first-rate, recommended stay

GGuest UserThe air conditioner in my room was not cooled. I slept until 2:30 in the middle of the night and woke up sweating. I called the front desk and the response was too hot. The front desk asked the project to answer the air conditioner. The front desk still changed me to a room north, opened the window and opened the air conditioner, and fell asleep in a daze. Wake up in the morning and find that the air conditioner is still cooling, it should be that the air conditioner in the room I live in is broken.
The front desk service gave a compliment. The level of the engineering department is not good, shouldn't the room air conditioner be monitored daily? It can only be found after the tenants check in. What is this?
