NNaichaxiaojingwei128Service: All the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially the owner who was very warm and welcoming 👍. The guesthouse even offers a pick-up and drop-off service to Emeishan Station. Ambiance: The room was clean and tidy, and the decor had a lot of style – I loved it! Breakfast: For a guesthouse, the breakfast here was quite plentiful and tasted great! Overall: We were in a bit of a rush on this trip to Emeishan with our child, but finding this guesthouse made our experience truly wonderful! I'd definitely choose this place again if I come back.

JJiekehadunThis hotel boasts an excellent location, right near Jiaxing Road Food Street, just a few minutes' walk away. It's also incredibly convenient for getting around, not far from the Leshan Giant Buddha and Suji Ancient Town, both about a 20-minute drive – really not too far at all. The hotel is quiet, and the front desk staff were so thoughtful; they upgraded our room when they saw we had a child with us. It was a fantastic experience 👍. I'd definitely choose this hotel again if I'm back in the area.

HHannauroraStaying at PureCloud was a really good experience. The staff were warm and welcoming. The hotel also provided a pickup and drop-off service. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff were kind and helpful, even recommending and arranging visits to several places for us. The hotel's restaurant also served delicious meals, which were quite spicy, but they could adjust the spice level to our preference, so don't worry—just ask the chef. Overall, everyone here was really helpful, and I highly recommend this place to others.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located relatively near to Emeishan High Speed Rail Station and the hotel conveniently provides pick up and drop off service upon guests' request, though Mandarin communication skills may be required. It is however possible to contact the hotel through the Trip.com message portal to arrange the pick up service. The room was very pleasant and well furnished with amenities. My only gripe is the toiletries provided (soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion) are limited in small bottles and had to be carefully rationed. They also provide free breakfast which I found to be quite satisfactory, though don't expect a Western continental breakfast. Got to try chaoshou wontons and corn leaf wrapped Baba for the first time, so that was good. You can ask to copy Buddhist scripture in the dining hall or they can send the kit to your room at your leisure. The public hot spring was under maintenance, but it was satisfactory enough to use the private hot spring in my room. Overall a very lovely stay. Staff are also very helpful in recommending the sites, attractions, food and how to get around, though Mandarin again required.

BBernicetjmXiao Zhou and his colleagues provided us with exceptional service during our one-night stay at the hotel! They were very nice and friendly, attentive to our needs and requests, and chatted with us in an open and welcoming manner whenever we inquired about aspects of the local environment, Mt Emei, etc. We had dinner at the hotel during our stay and ordered the chef's recommendations. The food was AMAZING and so fresh. The fish and chicken dishes that we had came from live fish and chicken that they reared within the hotel compound. If they were a local restaurant back in my country, I would frequent them without a doubt, and would love to bring my friends to try their cuisine. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, Xiao Zhou even brought us to take a look at the hotel's chicken coop and fish pond. When we had to leave for our hike to Mt Emei's summit, Xiao Zhou and his colleague kindly drove us to the nearest bus station so that it would be easier for us to access Mt Emei's public transportation, a gesture which we appreciated a lot! All in all, their attentiveness to us, good manners, and warm and friendly dispositions all contributed to a memorable stay. Of course, the rooms themselves were spotless and comfortable. Would love to come back here in the future!!

GGuest UserExtremely satisfied with my stay! The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in/check-out was very efficient. The hotel environment is quiet, the soundproofing is excellent, and the bedding is comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I'll definitely choose this place again next time! Also, a special shout-out to the hotel's shuttle driver! I accidentally left my insulated water bottle in the car, and after discovering it, the driver, without a moment's hesitation, took time out of his busy schedule to personally deliver it to me at the high-speed rail station. Such service attitude and kindness are truly rare! Big praise for the driver's positive energy – I'd feel 100% at ease riding with him!

WWai Peng ChanLove this hotel. The hotel is very clean, spacious, and very nice, very instagrammable :). It is near to the tourist attractions. There are also chinese costumes for you to dress up and move around the hotel for photo taking. The lady at the reception named Xiao Wang is very kind and helpful.

SSvitataThe stay in this hotel is comfortable and rooms are relatively quiet. Most of the noise comes from other guests talking loudly along the hallway, but fortunately, not excessively. The room size is very spacious with a huge bathtub in the room. It would be great if there was a hook or hanger to hang the bath towel near the tub and also an extra bath mat for the tub. I liked having a washlet in the toilet and the shower has good water pressure as well. The only issue is that the room I had seems to be a smoking room (although I had booked a non-smoking room) as I could smell lingering cigarette smoke and there was also an ashtray on the table. The most commendable part was the staff. Extremely helpful service when we had to check in and drop our luggage in a hurry to meet our guide, and the lady staff walked us out onto the street to catch a taxi and communicated to the driver where we were supposed to go. Sorry I forgot to ask for her name but I really appreciate her helpfulness!! Breakfast was included in the room and it was mostly local Sichuan dishes. Plus point on staying here is also the proximity to the train station and there's plenty of food options around.

SSelinabaoThe view is absolutely stunning, with a four-story-tall pine tree right outside the window. Although the room was small, it was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly. They even provided complimentary welcome fruit, and the apples were truly delicious—crispy on the outside and sweet on the inside. The breakfast was a Chinese-style spread, and the organic cauliflower, fried dough sticks, and tea eggs were all excellent. They also offer thoughtful services like free Hanfu try-ons and sutra copying. In the evening, there's unlimited coffee and 'laoying tea' (eagle tea). To top it all off, they gave us a box of laoying tea as a farewell gift, which was both beautiful and tasty. Next time I'm looking to watch the sunrise, Jinding Xinxin Hotel will be my first choice.

The environment is very Southeast Asian, and the interior decoration is very simple. It would be better if the TV could face the bed. It is tilted when lying down. It would be great if there is a projector. The house price will definitely rise. The water in the bathroom shower room is not good. The shower water leaks too slowly and overflows the partition.
