GGuest UserThe room has a small balcony with a mountain view, and the air is fresh. The breakfast selection is extensive. The owner is very helpful and even offers pickups and drop-offs at the high-speed rail station, which is super convenient.

The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure comfort and satisfaction. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with luxurious bedding, modern amenities, and a breathtaking view of the city/ocean. Housekeeping was prompt and discreet, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. Dining was a highlight—each meal at the on-site restaurants was an experience in itself. The breakfast buffet offered an incredible variety of fresh, high-quality options, while the dinner menu showcased a fine balance of local flavors and international cuisine. The hotel’s amenities were equally outstanding. The spa provided a serene escape with world-class treatments, and the pool area was a peaceful oasis complete with attentive service. The fitness center was also well-equipped and clean. What truly set this hotel apart was its ability to combine elegance with genuine hospitality. Whether you’re traveling for business, a romantic getaway, or a relaxing vacation, I can’t recommend Sfeel highly enough. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

GGuest UserThe hotel was very comfortable, and the service and amenities was excellent. We had an issue with our Didi driver, but the hotel staff were very helpful to resolve the problem for us. The private hot spring bath in our room was so lovely to relax in after a long day of hiking, and the breakfast had a good selection to choose from. There was also a complimentary private shuttle service to transport us to and from the train station. The staff were always polite and friendly, and frequently checked in with us to make sure that we were enjoying our stay - definitely a place to return to in the future.

WWai Peng ChanLove this hotel. The hotel is very clean, spacious, and very nice, very instagrammable :). It is near to the tourist attractions. There are also chinese costumes for you to dress up and move around the hotel for photo taking. The lady at the reception named Xiao Wang is very kind and helpful.

HHannauroraStaying at PureCloud was a really good experience. The staff were warm and welcoming. The hotel also provided a pickup and drop-off service. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff were kind and helpful, even recommending and arranging visits to several places for us. The hotel's restaurant also served delicious meals, which were quite spicy, but they could adjust the spice level to our preference, so don't worry—just ask the chef. Overall, everyone here was really helpful, and I highly recommend this place to others.

BBernicetjmXiao Zhou and his colleagues provided us with exceptional service during our one-night stay at the hotel! They were very nice and friendly, attentive to our needs and requests, and chatted with us in an open and welcoming manner whenever we inquired about aspects of the local environment, Mt Emei, etc. We had dinner at the hotel during our stay and ordered the chef's recommendations. The food was AMAZING and so fresh. The fish and chicken dishes that we had came from live fish and chicken that they reared within the hotel compound. If they were a local restaurant back in my country, I would frequent them without a doubt, and would love to bring my friends to try their cuisine. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, Xiao Zhou even brought us to take a look at the hotel's chicken coop and fish pond. When we had to leave for our hike to Mt Emei's summit, Xiao Zhou and his colleague kindly drove us to the nearest bus station so that it would be easier for us to access Mt Emei's public transportation, a gesture which we appreciated a lot! All in all, their attentiveness to us, good manners, and warm and friendly dispositions all contributed to a memorable stay. Of course, the rooms themselves were spotless and comfortable. Would love to come back here in the future!!

GGuest UserThe most notable parts of our stay were the service and the hotel design. Firstly, the hotel is beautifully designed with such a peaceful atmosphere. Secondly, we experienced some issues with the amenities but the service by the front desk and other staff was excellent. Our issue with the amenities was a shower that did not drain the used water, and therefore prevented us from using the bath tub which was meant to be the defining point of our stay at the hotel. Once the water finally drained at midnight, the drain started emitting a stale, moldy smell that filled the room.  The front desk staff were quick to understand and apologize for the issue with the amenities and stated that they would resolve it ASAP for next guest.

QQyyunshangHoliday Inn Express Emeishan is located in Huangwan, near Baoguo Temple at the foot of Mount Emei. It's nestled at the very end of a cluster of hotels, surrounded by smaller private accommodations, yet it boasts the best riverside spot. It's a three-story building, and while the rooms aren't huge, they're well-designed and fully equipped. There are several outdoor hot spring pools, which are incredibly relaxing after a day of hiking. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the breakfast offers a wide variety and tastes great; the coffee is particularly good. The price is also very reasonable. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe service attitude at the front desk was super good. When we called to ask if we needed to extend our stay, we were told that the train ticket we bought was for 4 o'clock. We asked if we could delay check-out. The front desk said that it was very convenient to take a taxi to the high-speed rail and offered to help us to delay the check-out until 15 p.m. for free. :00, so you don’t have to wait too long in the waiting hall until you check out at the high-speed rail station. During this period, we were never disturbed again. The price is also reasonable. The breakfast is excellent. Don’t miss it when you stay at their home. Breakfast time

FFeishayanThis was my first time staying at Jinding, and I wasn't familiar with the hotels there. I saw a post about a sutra-copying activity that looked really interesting, and the hotel also had floor heating, so I chose Xinxin Hotel. After arriving at Jinding, I realized I made the right choice. Xinxin Hotel is currently the closest hotel to the 108 steps of Jinding. As soon as we checked in, the hotel manager gave us an overview of everything, including approximate times for sunset and sunrise. In the afternoon, there was a tea ceremony where guests could enjoy Old Eagle Tea and chat with each other. We actually just missed Zhang Jie coming up the mountain, which was a shame. After dinner, there was a voluntary sutra-copying activity, but you had to finish it. If you couldn't finish that night, you could come back the next morning. The manager also gave us a general introduction to Mount Emei. I originally thought coming to Emei was just about going up to Jinding and that was it, but I discovered there are also temples at the foot and halfway up the mountain, offering various insights. This kind of information is exactly what out-of-town tourists like us don't know but want to know. It was incredibly thoughtful.
