MMichelleXu_YuanThe location is excellent, very close to Baoguo Temple, just a 5-minute walk. If you're traveling with seniors, I'd highly recommend this hotel. It's also very convenient for visiting Mount Emei. The hotel facilities are comprehensive and clean, but the highlight is the front desk staff's warm and attentive service. They handle issues promptly and efficiently, making for a really great travel experience.

GGuest UserThe private hot spring in the room is an absolute gem! Soaking in the tub while gazing at the greenery outside, all my fatigue just melted away. The 7 different types of pillows are such a thoughtful touch – no matter your sleeping position, you'll find one that's perfect, ensuring a great night's sleep until morning. The butler service was warm and courteous, covering everything from check-in guidance to itinerary planning, always ready to assist with any request. The room was spotless and tidy, with exquisite attention to detail everywhere. You can also enjoy the lakeside scenery while taking a stroll. The shuttle service within the resort was always available on call, making getting around super convenient. Plus, I got to participate in a free calligraphy activity, and the instructor's explanation was detailed and engaging, offering an immersive experience of traditional culture. Every staff member was incredibly polite, from the doorman to the cleaning staff, all greeting guests with a smile. This stay was an absolutely fantastic experience!

GGuest UserThe Lotus Leaf Cloud Hot Spring B&B, nestled midway up the mountain, is truly magnificent! The private hot spring overlooks the mountains, allowing you to soak in the warm water while watching the clouds swirl around. It's incredibly private! The room is fully equipped with smart home technology, the bedding is comfortable, and the projection screen is a relaxing experience. In the morning, you can listen to the chirping of birds and insects while practicing Ba Duan Jin. At night, you can gaze at the stars while enjoying a cup of organic Yunwu Baihao tea. During the day, you can even play table tennis and badminton in the lobby. The owner thoughtfully arranged a free shuttle to and from the high-speed rail station, saving us the worry of transportation. Relaxing in the mountains and forests was a wonderful and cozy vacation!
I highly recommend this B&B to anyone seeking a quality life! The environment, facilities, and service are all top-notch. I believe you'll find your own sense of tranquility and happiness here.

BBernicetjmXiao Zhou and his colleagues provided us with exceptional service during our one-night stay at the hotel! They were very nice and friendly, attentive to our needs and requests, and chatted with us in an open and welcoming manner whenever we inquired about aspects of the local environment, Mt Emei, etc. We had dinner at the hotel during our stay and ordered the chef's recommendations. The food was AMAZING and so fresh. The fish and chicken dishes that we had came from live fish and chicken that they reared within the hotel compound. If they were a local restaurant back in my country, I would frequent them without a doubt, and would love to bring my friends to try their cuisine. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, Xiao Zhou even brought us to take a look at the hotel's chicken coop and fish pond. When we had to leave for our hike to Mt Emei's summit, Xiao Zhou and his colleague kindly drove us to the nearest bus station so that it would be easier for us to access Mt Emei's public transportation, a gesture which we appreciated a lot! All in all, their attentiveness to us, good manners, and warm and friendly dispositions all contributed to a memorable stay. Of course, the rooms themselves were spotless and comfortable. Would love to come back here in the future!!

MmR.Nic_I've already reviewed this, but I have to emphasize it again! My original booking was for check-in on the 13th and check-out on the 15th. However, on the day of check-in, the 13th, I made a last-minute decision to extend my stay from the 15th to the 16th. At that time, there was an international martial arts competition, and all the foreign guests were staying at this hotel, which meant our original room type was unavailable for the 15th to the 16th. Just as we were getting frustrated, ta-da! Our lovely and sweet account manager, Ms. Zhang Hui, helped us promptly resolve the issue and adjust the room! She managed to secure our original room for the 13th-15th, saving us the trouble and hassle of having to pack our bags and switch rooms on the 15th. We are truly grateful and thankful! I want to specifically mention and thank Manager Zhang Hui again! She's amazing!

GGuest UserThis is my first time leaving a bad review, and I'm truly speechless! I booked a family room, a FAMILY ROOM! Do you guys even know the difference between a family room and a couple's room? There's only a transparent sheer curtain separating the two bedrooms, which is bad enough, especially since the walls are also openwork. But then, there's no screen or anything separating the bedroom from the bathtub – isn't that a bit much? How am I supposed to take a bath? My wife and kids were considerate and didn't stay in for long, otherwise I would've suffocated under the covers just to look at my phone. I couldn't even use the bathtub! So I opted for a shower, but when I went in, there wasn't even a hook to hang my clothes. Where am I supposed to put my clean clothes? Am I supposed to walk out naked in front of my kids to grab them? I had to drape my clothes over the partition separating the shower from the toilet. Compared to this, issues like the dim room, no bathrobes in the bedroom (you have to get them from the front desk), and red oil stains left by the previous guest on the shower slippers are all minor problems. (Did you guys even consider the guest's perspective when designing this place?)

GGuest UserGreat service from all the staff here, who took good care of our needs during our stay. The free transfer from train station to the hotel is convenient. Special mention to Mr Li, the manager of the hotel, who was easy to deal with, and he tried his best to resolve issues during our stay.
The hotel is renovated within last few years, looks good, is clean, but the functionality of the rooms is not as well designed as it could have been. Having said that, it was overall a pleasant stay.
Location of the hotel is within a short walking distance to the Tourist Centre to enter Emeishan, and is situated right next to the river. Restaurant options nearby are limited however, and many not opened, perhaps due to current low season for tourists. Hotel breakfast is descent with reasonable range of food to choose from.

The area is just 5 min walking from the Bauguo temple. The room was super clean and nice. Michal received us, he was super kind and helpful in understanding the area and the connection needed to explore the Emei mountain. Also the breakfast was delicious, served in a cozy courtyard. Super raccomanded!
