WWeilecaierlibixianA very special inn in a historic building. In the old town, it is an easy walk to the snack places. A feeling of peace and quiet in a bustling city. Because it is an ancient building, it can be a bit humid during the rainy season in summer. The housekeeper is very good and the environment is very good.

GGuest UserFirst off, a huge shout-out to the doorman! He helped me with my luggage both when I arrived and when I left, which was a real lifesaver because it was quite heavy. Out of all the hotels I stayed at this week, he was the only one who offered that kind of assistance. While facilities might be similar across hotels, it's the service that truly makes a difference. The hotel's location is fantastic too – super easy to catch a taxi anywhere, and there are tons of food options just a short walk from the entrance.

GGuest UserThe lady (staff member) was very enthusiastic and thoughtful. We have a two-year-old child, and she knew we might need more water, so she told us we could ask for more if the room ran out. She also gave us some tips on how to entertain a child during our trip. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience!

GGuest UserA very satisfying experience~ The store is quite new, the location is very good, the decoration is very nice, which is in line with my impression of the seasons. The room is very large, and the bed and bathroom are very clean. The TV is very large and can be projected. There is also a Xiao Ai classmate in the room. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and all the necessary items are available. The shower gel smells very good. The staff in the store are very nice, and they prepared water thoughtfully when checking in and checking out. Before checking in, they explained in detail the location of the laundry room and gym, the breakfast time, etc., and very friendly said that they could contact them at any time if they needed anything. It was very comfortable to communicate~ We used the laundry room at night. It was a large LG washing machine and dryer. It was washed in a short while and did not affect our itinerary the next day~ For takeout, you can order fried yingzi, sago, shaved ice, and several famous sweet ducks. You can eat what you want to eat during the day but didn't have time to eat. It's super convenient In short, it is highly recommended, full marks💯

GGuest UserExtremely satisfied with my stay! The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in/check-out was very efficient. The hotel environment is quiet, the soundproofing is excellent, and the bedding is comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I'll definitely choose this place again next time! Also, a special shout-out to the hotel's shuttle driver! I accidentally left my insulated water bottle in the car, and after discovering it, the driver, without a moment's hesitation, took time out of his busy schedule to personally deliver it to me at the high-speed rail station. Such service attitude and kindness are truly rare! Big praise for the driver's positive energy – I'd feel 100% at ease riding with him!

The hotel boasts an impressive design, with a grand spiral staircase in the lobby that's perfect for photos, and floor-to-ceiling windows offering direct views of the lake and mountains, creating an incredible atmosphere. The guest rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable bathrooms and good soundproofing. Strolling through the grounds is very pleasant, and both the swimming pool and hot tubs are ideal for relaxation. There's even a dedicated play area for kids. Dining options are plentiful and delicious, and the staff are polite and considerate, making check-in efficient. Parking is convenient for those driving, and getting to the scenic area is very easy. DDankeshellWhen I booked, it said 'king bed or tatami room', and we ended up with a tatami room. Going up and down was quite a hassle; good thing we didn't have any elderly people or children with us, as it wouldn't have been very accommodating for them. The tatami mat itself was honestly not very clean... the dirty marks were too obvious, which was a real turn-off visually. The service, however, was excellent – warm and thoughtful. They even thoughtfully provided laundry detergent and disposable face towels.

XxiaojingWe booked this hotel for our family trip to Chengdu to see the pandas and to Emei Mountain for the monkeys. It was a fantastic choice! The rooms are large, modern, and very clean. There's a convenient shuttle service that takes you between the lobby and the rooms. We even received complimentary milk tea and welcome fruits upon check-in. Our kids absolutely loved the loft room – it had cute panda and elephant stuffed animals, and having two bathrooms was incredibly practical. We got lucky on our Emei Mountain visit; it was raining on the way, but cleared up when we reached the summit, and we saw tons of monkeys, which made the children ecstatic! The hotel is also very close to the city center, making dining super easy.

There's so much to do there, and their service was excellent – they even replaced my wet towels. Breakfast was incredibly varied and delicious. This will definitely be my top choice for hot spring trips to Emei Mountain in the future!

XXiaofeilongThe location is excellent, just a stone's throw away from the food street. Although the room was small, it was well-equipped and clean, and the hot water temperature and pressure were both excellent. The main drawbacks are the lack of an elevator and a slightly confusing internal layout. The staircases connecting the 1st to 2nd floor, and then from the 2nd to the 3rd-5th floors, are not continuous; you have to walk across the entire second floor to reach the next flight. This makes it particularly challenging for guests with heavy luggage. Additionally, the inn doesn't have its own parking, so guests need to find nearby parking, but they do reimburse parking fees.
