GGuest UserTwo years ago, I stayed here for three days with my child when we visited Emei Mountain, and we absolutely loved it. We were so sad to leave. This time, I came to Chengdu for business and made sure to stay here for a day. Everything is still as thoughtful and welcoming as ever. The kind lady in the kitchen who always smiles, the young woman who handles transfers – they all treated us like family, making us feel right at home. I especially missed their chicken soup, and I got to enjoy it! Finishing the day with a hot spring bath was just perfect.

GGuest UserEverything was amazing from start to end. Our host picked us up from the train station and took us directly to the accomodation. He waited while we got changed to quickly shuttle us to the pickup area for the bus to the Golden Summit. At the end of the day, he was waiting for us to shuttle us back to the hotel. The hotel’s location is spectacular and our room was beautiful with an amazing view of the mountains. We ate dinner at the hotel and the food was delicious. Breakfast, likewise, was really tasty. The staff really made us feel comfortable and were available to answer questions and provide suggestions at any time. Felt like a very luxurious stay.

GGuest UserWe had a 3d2n stay at the 绿竹 guestroom and experience was very enjoyable. The room was comfy, clean, and the service was impeccable. Food (both breakfast and dinner) were extremely tasty. The hotel is located away from the hustle of the touristy area and provided a sense of serenity, an escape from the crowds, shrowded among mist and forest. Transport to-fro the 五显冈 bus station was provided and they were very responsive to messages on WeChat. Highly recommended 整体体验非常棒！ 服务周到、 食物好吃、客房舒服干净。 世外桃源。

GGuest User🥰 The perfect haven after conquering Golden Summit, a true retreat for mind and body! Just finished my trip to the Cloud-Kissed Golden Summit, and this hotel provided a comfort far beyond my expectations. The environment is elegant, surrounded by mountains and a lake. Waking up to the misty lake in the morning created a perfectly serene atmosphere. Dining: The breakfast offered a wide variety and was delicious. Saturday's buffet dinner, with its seafood and specialty dishes, felt very thoughtfully put together. Facilities: The private hot spring was a highlight. The water quality was excellent, and the privacy was superb – truly a godsend for relaxing tired muscles after a hike. Service: The staff were warm and attentive, handling every detail with great care. From its location and environment to the service, everything was impeccable. I had a very comfortable stay and highly recommend it!

Krystal helped us choose a room that our kids absolutely adored, and she even gave us fantastic recommendations for local Emei Mountain cuisine – it was truly amazing! 🎉 The breakfast spread was incredibly generous too. For this price, the amenities and service are just phenomenal – incredible value for money. We're already looking forward to bringing the kids back for another stay!

The front desk lady even thoughtfully suggested some local sightseeing routes. The room was spotless. This kind of attention to detail really left a deep impression, and my stay was incredibly comfortable. GGuest UserIt’s my first time here and the scenery is breathtaking, unexpectedly beautiful. We were so lucky to encounter a heavy snowfall. Then we saw calligraphy works everywhere in the Jingjing Building, especially the big Chinese red character ”Fu”. Everything was fresh 💐. The blooming wintersweet flowers had a faint fragrance, and the atmosphere of the Chinese New Year was full. The customer service was also very considerate. The room had air conditioning and heating. Looking out through the balcony viewing window of the room, the green mountains covered in silver were particularly charming. At night, I fell asleep accompanied by the heavy snow that made the little potato in the south very excited. What I liked most was his quilt, which was soft and clean. I could lie down and relax all night until dawn, and all the fatigue of the year would be put aside. I kept absorbing negative oxygen ions in the morning, and I will come again next time! By the way, their bamboo shoots are also a major feature. Of course, my favorite is the twice-cooked pork, which is very delicious when eaten with rice.

GGuest UserStaying at the Wyndham Emei Mountain was such a pleasant surprise! The location is absolutely fantastic, making travel incredibly convenient. The hotel, both inside and out, is impeccably clean, and the decor is stylish and modern. They've clearly paid attention to every detail, with even the hard-to-reach spots being spotless. The butler service was professional and incredibly thoughtful, responding quickly to all our needs. It truly enhanced both our sightseeing and our stay – a fantastic experience overall.

GGuest UserI arrived at 11 AM and they let me check in right away, which was great. However, even though I arrived at 11 AM, the front desk girl assigned me to Building 2! This was the most unsatisfactory part of my stay, so much so that I almost complained about her. I booked a room with a terrace specifically for the view, and instead, I got a view that looked like a cemetery. Thankfully, Little Liu later helped me change rooms, and that was much better. During my stay, both the security guards and the cleaning staff had excellent attitudes. The hot spring was also quite good.

XxiaojingWe booked this hotel for our family trip to Chengdu to see the pandas and to Emei Mountain for the monkeys. It was a fantastic choice! The rooms are large, modern, and very clean. There's a convenient shuttle service that takes you between the lobby and the rooms. We even received complimentary milk tea and welcome fruits upon check-in. Our kids absolutely loved the loft room – it had cute panda and elephant stuffed animals, and having two bathrooms was incredibly practical. We got lucky on our Emei Mountain visit; it was raining on the way, but cleared up when we reached the summit, and we saw tons of monkeys, which made the children ecstatic! The hotel is also very close to the city center, making dining super easy.
