The architecture blends seamlessly with the surrounding mountains and wilderness. The hotel offers a comprehensive range of amenities, including courtyards, guest rooms, a swimming pool, a restaurant, and a cafe. Facilities: The facilities are well-equipped and excellently maintained. Cleanliness: The indoor areas are spotless. Despite being in a mountainous area, there wasn't a single mosquito. Environment: The environment is beautiful, with stunning views at every turn. Service: The service, from the front desk to the restaurant, was incredibly thoughtful. They helped with luggage and were especially attentive to our children.

The hotel is located relatively near to Emeishan High Speed Rail Station and the hotel conveniently provides pick up and drop off service upon guests' request, though Mandarin communication skills may be required. It is however possible to contact the hotel through the Trip.com message portal to arrange the pick up service. The room was very pleasant and well furnished with amenities. My only gripe is the toiletries provided (soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion) are limited in small bottles and had to be carefully rationed. They also provide free breakfast which I found to be quite satisfactory, though don't expect a Western continental breakfast. Got to try chaoshou wontons and corn leaf wrapped Baba for the first time, so that was good. You can ask to copy Buddhist scripture in the dining hall or they can send the kit to your room at your leisure. The public hot spring was under maintenance, but it was satisfactory enough to use the private hot spring in my room. Overall a very lovely stay. Staff are also very helpful in recommending the sites, attractions, food and how to get around, though Mandarin again required.

Everything was amazing from start to end. Our host picked us up from the train station and took us directly to the accomodation. He waited while we got changed to quickly shuttle us to the pickup area for the bus to the Golden Summit. At the end of the day, he was waiting for us to shuttle us back to the hotel. The hotel’s location is spectacular and our room was beautiful with an amazing view of the mountains. We ate dinner at the hotel and the food was delicious. Breakfast, likewise, was really tasty. The staff really made us feel comfortable and were available to answer questions and provide suggestions at any time. Felt like a very luxurious stay.

We booked a family room, and it was great. Lynn was super helpful, immediately recommending local restaurants and hiking trails. However, due to the hot weather, we ended up staying at the hotel for two days. The hotel facilities are a bit old, but the service is absolutely fantastic. When we had some bugs in our room, they promptly moved us to another room and even provided iodine swabs. At the hotel restaurant, they even brought out scrambled eggs with tomatoes for our child. The service truly is excellent!

The location is convenient, which is a huge plus when arranging travel for parents in their 60s, saving them a lot of energy. The service was exceptional—the staff were attentive, polite, and took great care of them throughout their stay. The facilities were well-maintained, and they really enjoyed the food as well. My parents are highly satisfied with the entire stay. I hope to have the chance to visit with them again in the future. Highly recommended!

A summer trip to Emei Mountain was made even better by this hot spring resort's ”Summer Adventure” experience – a perfect choice for families with kids! The moment you step into the hotel, you're captivated by its forest-like environment – ​​the windows offer panoramic views of rolling green hills, and every breath is filled with the fresh scent of nature. Just a 10-minute walk from the scenic area entrance, you can easily return to the hotel for a relaxing soak in the cool spring pools after exploring the area with your kids, offering privacy and convenience. The biggest surprise was coinciding with the ”Summer Adventure” event! Saturday's hot spring fun was a paradise for the kids: water battles with splashing water, kayaking races for the whole family, and a ”South-to-North Water Diversion” game testing teamwork – the children were soaking wet from head to toe, yet still clamoring for ”one more round!” The butler service was impeccable: they proactively contacted us during booking, sending scenic area guides via WeChat; upon check-in, they provided children's slippers and mosquito repellent patches; and upon check-out, simply leave your room key in the room – completely freeing up your hands. The room has its own private hot spring bath. My skin felt so smooth after soaking in it. The butler told me that the hot spring water is radon from 3,000 meters underground, rich in 24 kinds of minerals. Even my fatigue was washed away.

This hotel has incredible facilities! There are three indoor hot springs, a huge swimming pool, and both dry and wet saunas. It has everything you need for relaxation. The room is spacious and bright, making for a super comfortable stay. The staff are warm, attentive, and have a fantastic attitude. The best part is its proximity to the Maluqiao Food Street; you can just step outside and start exploring and eating. It's so convenient for finding food and getting around. If you're heading into the city center, I recommend taking a taxi – it's only a few dollars for a short ride, so you don't have to worry about parking.

I checked in quite late that night, and the front desk upgraded my room type. The room was very clean and spacious, with excellent facilities, including a mini-fridge. The only minor issue was the somewhat confusing layout of the light switches. The room came with a butler service, and they were very prompt in responding to any requests. When I accidentally left something behind, the butler thoughtfully mailed it to my home. The room rate included breakfast and access to the hot springs. There were many hot spring pools, all very clean, and the entire bathhouse was quite large. However, after about two hours, I felt too warm to continue soaking. There was also a complimentary late-night snack in the evening. Overall, it was a great experience and excellent value for money.

The Emei River is right outside, and when you open the window, you're greeted by lush green mountains and clear water. The air is so fresh, like a natural oxygen bar; every deep breath brings the scent of plants and trees. They offer a free shuttle from the high-speed train station, and parking is spacious and hassle-free if you're driving. The entire trip was smooth, and it really felt like a perfect getaway.
