"The first time I booked an accommodation in Pingtung City, I was very satisfied! Convenient location, you can walk to the night market and the art museum. The room is spacious and beautiful 🤩 The bathroom equipment is clean and novel, and the bed is very good to sleep! I like the changing space in the room the most. I can store medium-sized suitcases. I can also store clothes and supplies well, just like at home. There is also a chance to come to Pingdong, I will want to live again 😍"

LLucasXu6834Rarely write a review. But this time the service worths it. The Typhoon brought a lot of inconvenience in the suburban area. It’s hard to get to anywhere due to the heavy rain. While the host is very kind and warm-hearted. She asked my request and gave a hand without any hesitation. She drove me to the bus station, made early checked in for me. I’m really appreciative of these. Although the trip was bothered by the weather, it’s still a very nice experience. Thank you so much.

GGuest UserThe hygiene of the room needs to be improved, the sheets had blood stains and the quilt was a bit dirty. However, the service staff's attitude was very good and the replacement was immediate. And the most important point is that the transparent door between the room and the bathroom is so obscure that my son’s girlfriend bumped into it twice. And I learned from the service staff that many people hit their heads, but the ointment to reduce swelling was very effective. There are so many people who have hit their heads and why there is still no improvement. It is worth pondering. Overall, the service is perfect and the room environment and facilities are also ok. Hygiene needs to be improved.

GGuest UserI was canceled because I didn’t see the email and I almost missed the boutique B&B. Fortunately, I booked it again in time. It has its own independent swimming pool and unicorn, as well as skylights to see the stars. The upper and lower floors have a lot of space and the owner is very nice. Oh, breakfast at a coffee shop not far away

GGuest UserThe hotel is ideal for relaxing away from the hustle and bustle. It is in a beautiful spot, surrounded by sea and nature. The sound of birds is relaxing, and the views are gorgeous. We had to leave early on the day of departure and the hotel staff went the extra mile to assist us, which was truly appreicated.

GGuest UserWe arrived at 3 o'clock to check in and were told that the room was not ready yet. We were asked to wait a little longer. There was still no notification until 4 o'clock, so we had to go to the counter to ask. They gave 2 people welcome drinks as compensation, but I would rather the hotel should contact us proactively.
There aren't many shops near the hotel, so most activities are done in the hotel. The room doesn't feel too old, and the sauna facilities are well maintained. I'm quite satisfied with it overall. There's a park opposite the hotel where you can park for free. The overall experience is good, and I'd like to stay there again next time.

Had to close. The quilt is too thin and not thick, so it is a bit cold to sleep in low temperature weather. The breakfast is quite satisfactory with not many styles, but it is clean and hygienic. There are many restaurants nearby so you won’t feel hungry.

RRuthQTSwan lake villa is a very nice n beautiful place to stay. Staffs are friendly and patients. The room are big and we have a lake view room. Many amenities are free to use for hotel guests. There are free boat ride and little animals to see. Suitable for family with kids as well. The pool is big but need maintenance. You can even park your car just outside the lot of your room. Night time is quite n cozy environment.Overall we enjoyed our stay for 2D1N. Best part is you can find Merlion here!!😘🥰😍

Disadvantages: We were given the first room, but the bed was not used yet. When we went into the room to wash our hands, we found that the sink was blocked and the water was slow to drain. After we reported it to the front desk, the housekeeping said that they had to dismantle the sink for cleaning. We requested to change rooms because we had other plans to go on, but they communicated twice before they were willing to change.
After we moved to a new room, the sink was fine, but the TV remote control didn't work, so we asked the front desk to check it and found out that the battery was dead. By the time it was fixed, our trip was delayed!
The air conditioner is very cold, but after the temperature is raised to the set temperature, a stuffy and sour smell will come out when the air conditioner starts to supply air. The air conditioner temperature must be lowered to eliminate the smell! It is recommended to clean the air conditioner frequently.
In addition, there was a very loud sound of a machine running in the room. I originally thought it was the bathroom exhaust fan, but finally found out that it was the sound of a small refrigerator running (the scale in the refrigerator was in the middle and had not been adjusted yet). The volume was so loud that it was a bit disturbing.
