Extremely satisfied! The front desk service was excellent, and they even offered snacks and drinks while we waited. The hotel also provided slippers, and all the snacks and drinks in the minibar were complimentary, plus we got a voucher for a free drink! The breakfast spread was fantastic! Truly memorable and overflowing with delights!

I was very satisfied with this stay. It was my first time in Kenting, and I chose the Caesar Park Hotel. I pre-booked the shuttle from Zuoying, Kaohsiung, and everything went smoothly from the start. We arrived at the hotel in over two hours. Although it's 40 years old, the hotel is very well-maintained, the decor is modern, and the service attitude was excellent. Upon check-in, the front desk gave us dining vouchers for the Little Bay Bar and the hotel lobby bar. Sitting on Little Bay Beach opposite the hotel in the evening was very pleasant. The food at the lobby bar was also delicious! The room came with new flip-flops, which were quite comfortable. All the facilities are new, there's a coffee machine, water dispensers on every floor, and self-service washing machines and dryers. The room also had complimentary drinks and snacks, and the soundproofing was excellent! Even with a garden view, it was still very beautiful, and you could see the mountain scenery. The hotel's location is superb, within walking distance of Kenting Main Street. The lobby has bicycles available for rent, and there are also Ubikes outside. Taxis are also quite convenient! You need a ********* ID to rent a car. Breakfast was also good and quite varied. Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience!

The overall design style of the homestay looks like it has taken a lot of thought. Solar panels are installed on the roof, parking areas are planned in front of the door, and charging piles for electric vehicles are also set up. The owner also lives on one of the first floors here. There are water dispensers on the first and third floors. Tea bags are provided for drinks, but unfortunately there is no coffee bag. The location of the accommodation is a short distance from the city. Since booking on a third-party platform does not include breakfast (unless additional charges are paid), it is close to the surrounding area of the neighbouring Lieutenant Campus. The normal living function is still complete. The warm swimming pool next to it occupies the land. There is a post on the bathroom wall that reads ”Because the hot water pipeline is relatively long, it takes 2-3 minutes to have hot water”, which is no big deal. The interior of the room is slightly different from the website photo. Unfortunately, there is a little regret in the details. After all, it is not a hotel. It can only be soaked in the bathtub and look out the window of the road scenery in the development, temporarily relieve work fatigue: This business trip lives in Room 501 on the top floor. There is a similar exclusive platform space outside (no opening to the outside), but the back door of the room can be directly accessed and overlooked the surrounding environment. The price of the house on weekdays exceeds 2,600 yuan a night, and later it is found that the price of ordering directly on the official website is more favorable! At night, the air conditioner obviously smelled of paint. The boss said that it may be related to waterproofing projects recently. This is really, um 😐, I am not lucky 👎⋯⋯

For this price, this hotel is really good! Overall, it's very comfortable. There's plenty of space, and the basic amenities are sufficient. The location is also excellent – it's just a 10-second walk into one of the alleys off Kenting Main Street, making it quiet but safe. However, the only minor downside is that the bathtub doesn't have a shower curtain. When you shower, water splashes everywhere and gets the entire bathroom wet. Also, if you leave the bathroom exhaust fan on for too long, a strange odor comes from the toilet, so you can't keep it running continuously. Everything else was great though!

On the way to Kenting, I thought I'd see some really high-end hotels. I'd heard they didn't offer online booking before, but now they do, which is great for families with kids. I thought weekdays were fine, but because of traffic, I booked online. Comparing prices, $3009 for two people on weekdays was acceptable, that's typical for domestic travel. I probably wouldn't book on weekends. The room was okay, a bit dated. What surprised me was the price in Kenting – less than 1000 RMB on weekdays, but $3330 on weekends! It made me want to swear. The only downside was the lack of indoor slippers. The maintenance was okay, though. I often pass by, but I've never dared to stay because the price is outrageous. The room should have at least four pillows. I think they should keep the indoor slippers; they're not disposable, it makes a difference to the guests' experience. There are many other reviews, so I'll just list them all and see what I think! I didn't have breakfast, got up early to head back!

What can you say? It’s the only hotel in Kenting that’s directly on the beach. The facilities are a bit dated, but if you run out of food options at the hotel, there’s always a night market within walking distance.

This stay included an upgrade to a Chocolate Room. The front desk and other staff at the resort were generally very friendly and welcoming. I suspect that due to a higher number of guests this time or a lack of staff for a while, breakfast was extended to the second-floor restaurant on Sunday. Guests dining after 8 am had to wait a bit. However, the most concerning experience was my dinner on Saturday evening. I'm unsure if it was due to uneven staff allocation or a lack of support measures, but it seems there were many more guests not on the reservation list. While there wasn't a shortage of front-of-house staff, I don't understand why one person at the counter had to run around so much. Shouldn't there be at least two people on duty at the counter to seat guests? Waiting for a table for dinner took over 15 minutes. Each group of guests just stood at the door waiting, with piles of empty tables. There were no walkie-talkies in the kitchen or back, and the flow of people and guests was chaotic. As for the dinner buffet, I don't think it's worth the resort's price. Think twice before eating at the resort's buffet; the selection wasn't very diverse, and the barbecue wasn't as good as expected. The white shrimp was fresh, though. I hope senior management sees this feedback. The duplex room was incredibly stuffy and had a damp smell when we first checked in. We recommend setting the air conditioner to dehumidify to remove the smell and cool it down faster. The bathroom had plenty of water, but the temperature control was inconsistent depending on the number of guests and the time of day. The elevator was very slow, and the layout of the basement wasn't great. The water facilities were maintained daily, and there were shows to enjoy in the evenings. Overall, it was a pretty good hotel for its age.

Swan lake villa is a very nice n beautiful place to stay. Staffs are friendly and patients. The room are big and we have a lake view room. Many amenities are free to use for hotel guests. There are free boat ride and little animals to see. Suitable for family with kids as well. The pool is big but need maintenance. You can even park your car just outside the lot of your room. Night time is quite n cozy environment.Overall we enjoyed our stay for 2D1N. Best part is you can find Merlion here!!😘🥰😍

The service attitude is very good, the CP value is high and breakfast is included, the room is clean, there is a swimming pool, children love it, it is a bit away from Kenting Street, but our itinerary is snorkeling in Houbi Lake, so the location is very good for us, overall They are great!

Only inconvenient when it rains The hotel has a swimming pool, billiards and billiards in the basement. It's quite nice. It won't be boring if it rains. The hotel is of an old style, so the room and toilet should not be too demanding.
