SStrongzhongLocated in an alley right in front of the Cosmed store on Kenting Street, it's quite good. It's right next to a parking lot, which is convenient if you're driving. The room was clean and well-equipped, not feeling cramped at all. We arrived after 7 PM, and an elderly gentleman handled our check-in and explained everything. Thumbs up! There's also a water dispenser in the hallway.

YYUEQINGI want to like this hotel. First of all, people who are bad reviews are definitely middle-aged people who have no free ability. This homestay is far from Kenting Main Street, but public transportation is very fast. Because it is a bit far away, the neighborhood is very quiet. The hotel facilities are relatively new, the service attitude and breakfast are ok, suitable for young people who stay in Kenting for a short time. If you come to Kenting to see the sea, don’t decide this.

GGuest UserThis time I stayed in a sea view room. It was great to have an unbeatable sea view in the room. The hotel staff was also very friendly to the children. They called in advance to ask for a bed guard, bathtub, and sterilizer, and they also helped to reserve and prepare them in advance. I would like to stay here again next time I come to Kenting. It's a pity that it is a little far from Kenting Street and the city.

I have a major concern regarding my two-night booking at Kenting Yoho Beach Resort for April 19-20, 115/4/18. When I booked through Trip.com, the hotel description stated that there were indoor and outdoor swimming pools. However, upon check-in, I found out that the ocean view pool was closed, and apparently, it has been closed for several months. My husband and I had planned to go swimming, but we couldn't because it wasn't open.
I'm not blaming the hotel at all. My point is, when I book a hotel room on a platform like Trip.com, I expect to receive accurate information before making a reservation. It's frustrating to see a facility listed on the platform, only to discover upon arrival that it's been closed for months.
Overall, I found the room prices at Yoho Beach Resort to be excellent value for money, despite a few issues:
1. The staff were all very friendly and pleasant, though their professional skills were average.
2. The paid SPA massage service was fantastic, with a Thai-style approach. You won't find a better service like this in Hengchun.
3. It's very close to diving spots; you can just walk there.
4. Yoho's beachfront is beautiful and easily accessible on foot.
5. The price might even be cheaper than some B&Bs, yet it offers so many complimentary services.
6. There's a functional coffee shop.
However, many areas in the rooms and public spaces haven't been renovated. The bathroom and overall cleanliness of the room were quite average. If decor and pristine room cleanliness are high priorities for you, then Yoho might not be the best choice. Nevertheless, it definitely has its unique strengths.

Breakfast is mostly Chinese style. I think breakfast is very nutritious.
Cream and jam are individually packaged which is a plus
There is no parking space in the basement, so you need to park in the special parking lot in the next alley.
Only inconvenient when it rains
The hotel has a swimming pool, billiards and billiards in the basement.
It's quite nice. It won't be boring if it rains.
The hotel is of an old style, so the room and toilet should not be too demanding.
The air conditioner in the room is very cold
The hot water heats up quickly and the water flow is strong, making it easy to wash.
Unfortunately, the hair dryer is nailed to the wall.
Long hair takes a long time to blow dry

GGuest UserThe owner was welcoming, even though I had to wait a few minutes before someone approached me at the desk. The only problem I encountered was with the room. The floor looked like a carpet on grass, and I guess because of that there were lots of ants crawling onto the beds.

TTina chang 5111The service attitude is very good, the CP value is high and breakfast is included, the room is clean, there is a swimming pool, children love it, it is a bit away from Kenting Street, but our itinerary is snorkeling in Houbi Lake, so the location is very good for us, overall They are great!
