AAnonymous UserInitially booked a deluxe queen suite and Trip.com / hotel confirmed we could add a single bed. Upon arrival, hotel said they couldn't and changed us to a family suite even though they have rollaway beds available and the deluxe queen suite had ample space.
Room: Family suite is spacious but A/C took very long to warm up the room. Bathroom is open concept with clothing rack situated outside the shower closet which makes it inconvenient to dress/undress.
Breakfast buffet has a decent selection of Chinese dishes including a noodle station.
Location: Hotel is ＜10 min drive from train station and old town area which is quite convenient considering that most of the hotels that are walking distance from the old town are dated and undermaintained.

GGuest UserA four-star hotel has more than six-star environmental protection and high-quality services! ! The environment in the room is hygienic and the scenery outside is beautiful. The scent of flowers and the air are so good that it feels like living in an oxygen bar. In addition, before traveling, the hotel manager Zou has contacted me to inquire about my needs, such as hotel facilities, itinerary arrangements, and local area. Weather, traffic... etc. until I left Taining, she is indeed a very responsible and attentive employee who takes care of every guest. It is the most considerate service experience I have never encountered in all my years of traveling. When I left Still reluctant to leave! ! I hope to come back soon to rest and play. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

TTom FuzerNice hotel, right in the most attractive part of Taining town. It's a few minutes walk from the historic district, right on the river front. Easy access also to get to the natural scenic areas of the region. The hotel itself is nice, clean, well-maintained. The room is spacious and has modern features. The staff is very helpful, they do their best to accommodate a laowai customer. The only critique I have that is true for the vast majority of the hotels in China that the breakfast isn't exactly attractive for foreigners. One can of course eat Chinese breakfast with steamed buns and spicy soups and things like that most of the time, but occasionally I wouldn't mind to have a western style option available too. In a four star hotel I would expect this to be on the menu

It is 9 kilometers away from Dajin Lake and can be reached in 15 minutes by car. The ancient city is just a short walk away. The hotel service is proactive and enthusiastic, and they will suggest how to arrange the travel itinerary. The room is bright, hygienic and clean, and the breakfast is ok. The overall feeling is very convenient, and the price-performance ratio is ok, which is worth recommending.

GGuest User結束下午三場的客户會議，拖着微沉的步子推開酒店房門時，鼻尖先撞上一縷若有若無的淡香——不是濃烈的香氛，倒像是陽光曬過的棉織物混着檸檬草的清冽。房間裏的光線柔和不刺眼，淺灰牆面與原木傢俱泛着温潤的光，最直觀的踏實感來自床品：米白貢緞被單平展得沒有一絲褶皺，枕套邊角壓出的摺痕都帶着規整的儀式感。衞浴間的鏡面沒有水漬，瓷磚縫隙泛着剛擦過的亮澤，連淋浴區的地漏都乾乾淨淨，看不見一點毛髮。書桌上的礦泉水瓶身擦得能照見人影，充電線、便簽紙按功能分門別類擺成小方陣。出差最怕的“將就感”在這裏被揉碎了——乾淨不是刻意的整潔，而是讓人放下戒備的安心，彷彿這方空間早就在等你，把一路的風塵與疲憊，都輕輕接住。

TTaitaitaitaibaiThe sheets and pillows of the bed after entering the room for the first time have a lot of short hair. When cleaning comes to clean, I change the sheets. I found that there are very hairs on the bed under the sheets (really a lot). Cleaning is just picking up the hair and not cleaning the mattress surface more carefully. Really disappointed

GGuest UserFree upgrade room type, the room is large, the bed is comfortable, there is a large bathtub to take a bath, the shortcomings are very poor, all floc, but I am used to bringing my own disposable towels, so there is no impact. The location is just off the highway, parking is convenient, close to the snack city, the theme park is outside the window, it is very convenient to bring children. It is the theme park that has been singing during the day and there will be music. Breakfast can be praised, the variety is rich, mainly freshly cooked flat food and noodles, very nice. You can check in before noon and check out at 2 pm. This is also worthy of praise 👍. The overall feeling is not bad, and I will stay again in the future. The picture was taken outside the room.
