3-Star Hotels in Sanming

Before commenting, considering not to bring too much personal emotions, I decided to stay again two months after leaving the hotel. Facilities: The hotel facilities are remarkable, but don't compare them with the requirements of first-tier cities. I personally feel that they are still okay. Hygiene: Very clean, the aunt who cleans the room is friendly, thumbs up! Environment: Downtown area, convenient. Yong'an is where I was born. It can be said that I left my hometown, took root, and returned to my hometown. The surrounding environment is also friendly. Service: The service of the hotel's housekeeping department is great. I like all the room service including the front desk staff👍 The most ”exciting” part is here, and the key point is: it is not recommended to dine in the restaurant on the 2nd/3rd floor of the hotel. The service attitude of the catering department is really bad (note⚠️ I mean the dinner restaurant catering. The aunts who provide breakfast and cook flat meat rice noodles and noodles are super enthusiastic)! The story started when the hotel front desk informed that the restaurant was full that night (during the Spring Festival), but you can go to the restaurant to order dishes and have them delivered to the room. The waiter took us to the director of the catering department to order food. The director's reaction to the guests was to sit in his office chair and say, ”I'm busy and don't have time” (she can't even stand up in front of the guests, and can't do the most basic etiquette. How did she become this director? A relative?!) We didn't care much, and the waiter could only go to their manager. The manager gave us a menu. After looking at the menu, I found it a bit difficult (personal taste is used to authentic Cantonese cuisine, after seeing the mixed dishes on the pad). After the manager of the catering department heard me and my father say something, she suggested that if we feel that it is not suitable, we can go to the restaurant on the corner of the first floor. We immediately asked if the restaurant downstairs was of the same level of food, and the answer we got was: ”It's almost the same, our employees eat there.” But when we got downstairs, we were dumbfounded 🙄 a dimly lit small stall with worrying hygiene conditions. I really can't understand that a so-called four-star hotel catering manager still has such a poor understanding of customer needs when repeatedly asking guests to confirm whether the food is of the same level. We can only go back to the restaurant again and ask if we can introduce a nearby restaurant of the same level. The attitude of the waiter in the catering department was cold and impatient: ”Everywhere is full now, there are no seats, such as the old Yong'an in the street, Xi Xiangfeng, which are of the same level, but there should be no seats.” At that time, I was really angry. I thought, how could a four-star hotel have such a poor service in the catering department, especially during the Chinese New Year. The family had not been back to Yong'an for more than ten years. They went back happily to visit their relatives, but encountered such a bad thing. Afterwards, we also reported this situation to the hotel front desk, and the director of the housekeeping department also apologized to us (again, this matter has nothing to do with the housekeeping department), and proposed to send yogurt as compensation (I don't know if there is a tradition in domestic hotels to send yogurt to settle the matter, but we strongly refused), sister, I really don't need it. As guests, we are more inclined to believe that if this kind of catering service is not improved, it is equivalent to directly smashing the hotel's signboard, and a good housekeeping department will be implicated. Finally, we went to ”Xin Xiangfeng” for dinner. There is no harm without comparison. The catering service is enthusiastic and the dishes are well cooked. Next time I go to Yong'an, I will probably consider other four-star or above hotels. But I still want to say sincerely that apart from the issue with the food and beverage department, the entire stay experience was still good, and I would like to thank the housekeeping department and the front desk staff in particular. This was my first time staying here for a business trip, and it offered great value for money, perfect for business travelers like me. Invoicing was quick and communication was very smooth. The room itself was quite spacious. The only minor downside is that they don't serve breakfast, but given the price point, that's understandable. Plus, there are plenty of breakfast places right outside the hotel, which is super convenient. The laundry room is a nice touch, with separate washers and dryers, making it feel much cleaner. Room hygiene was also quite satisfactory. This new hotel is good and definitely worth recommending. I just booked another extension for my stay!

The hotel pictures are authentic and reliable, and I will add a few more. Deluxe rooms are larger than standard rooms and have an extra wardrobe. The hotel is pet-friendly and has easy parking. There are many places to eat, drink and have fun around, and it is also convenient to the Confucian Temple and the pedestrian street in the city center. There is a bus at the door. The room is big, clean and has no odor. The central air conditioning is powerful and the bed is comfortable. There are sofas and coffee tables, which is very thoughtful. The front desk service attitude was very good, the service was gentle and drizzling like a spring breeze, and they even gave me a flower on Women's Day. The cleaning ladies are very dedicated. The breakfast was also satisfying, with freshly cooked rice noodles! There are also porridge, soy milk, milk, eggs, fried dishes, staple foods and fruits. The hotel is very cost-effective, buy it with your eyes closed.

Very satisfied, the literary and artistic decoration style is particularly tasteful. There are four details I like: First, there are a lot of hangers, and the clothes and socks that have not been dried a few days ago can continue to dry. Second, many hotels have shampoo and shower gel. The hair is very dry after washing, but this one has conditioner, which is still very fragrant and comfortable. The third is breakfast, especially praise, although there is a row, but it is carefully spread, very rich. I ate fried noodles and hot pots, fragrant red bean porridge, and tea eggs were also delicious. The fourth is to send warm snacks, tea or cinnamon I like to drink, very happy fate before New Year's Eve. By the way, the residence is very close to Shangshudi, just 5 minutes walk. Next time you bring your parents, you will choose your home.

Overall, the place met my expectations. It was a bit worn down, visible water damage in the shower, but nothing that looked gross or nasty to me. Overall, for what I paid, I was satisfied with it. Breakfast was VERY underwhelming though. Don't expect much. It is very bare bones. Food is almost all gone around 8am and not replenished, so arrive by 7am-730am if you want anything to eat. But I'd recommend just getting food elsewhere. Location is quite central to SanYuan District and is only a few minutes walk away from the riverside walkway/park.

The hotel is located opposite Wanda Plaza, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. The hotel is relatively new, the room hygiene is very good, the air conditioning is also very powerful, and the bathroom has a smart toilet lid, which is great!

A pretty good place if you want to be central to Ninghua County sights. Just one point I would like to make: we asked the front desk for a suggestion for a decent place for dinner. The woman on duty said she knew nothing about the area—so left us completely on our own to find a place. I view that as poor service by the hotel—failing to realize how much it helps customers who are new to a city if you can give them a few suggestions for where to eat.

Absolutely fantastic choice for Taining. Centrally located and a much more personable than nearby larger hotels. Rooms are great and well-appointed. Be sure and book the king bed scenic river view room!!!! Staff are excellent and make you feel at home.

I like it so much. By the clear river, the wind and rain covered bridge crosses the river. The environment is quiet and convenient. It is not far from the ancient town of the scenic spot and Dajin Bridge. The little girl is very thoughtful, contact us in advance, and provide location, pointing out parking and charging locations. The room was clean and tidy. The utensils are very new. The breakfast is small and beautiful, and the tableware is exquisite. For our questions, the little sister is tireless, there are questions and answers, which makes people feel warm. Next time a friend comes to Taining, I will recommend this store

It's really good to have such a hotel in Taining. The hotel is in a good location, and there is its own parking lot. It is just a bridge to cross the ancient city of Taining. The morning downstairs is a temporary vegetable market very lively. Good service attitude, free upgraded room. The facilities are complete and the room is large. Breakfast is quite rich. Overall evaluation: 5 points.
