Sanming Hotels with Balcony

I stayed in the Zhuangyuanlou wing which is on a higher ground of the village. The view there is absolutely fabulous as it overlooked the village and the mountains, exactly as depicted in the property photos. The host was very friendly and helpful. The place is located inside the village and you have to buy the entry ticket, but it was very cheap. It will be difficult to locate the place within the village; it is better if you ask the security guard at the entrance to call the owner of Caiyuanli to fetch you. The room is well designed with a zen vibe, very apt for such a tranquil scenic village. The in-room amenities are modern and new. I would definitely stay here if I visit the village again.

The boss is a particular person. The single-family villa is very clean. The open-air sun room can be used for drying clothes according to the family's self-occupied decoration. The special restaurant introduced is delicious and not expensive. The family members who opened two rooms with their parents and children are satisfied. Initially booked a deluxe queen suite and Trip.com / hotel confirmed we could add a single bed. Upon arrival, hotel said they couldn't and changed us to a family suite even though they have rollaway beds available and the deluxe queen suite had ample space. Room: Family suite is spacious but A/C took very long to warm up the room. Bathroom is open concept with clothing rack situated outside the shower closet which makes it inconvenient to dress/undress. Breakfast buffet has a decent selection of Chinese dishes including a noodle station. Location: Hotel is ＜10 min drive from train station and old town area which is quite convenient considering that most of the hotels that are walking distance from the old town are dated and undermaintained.

A four-star hotel has more than six-star environmental protection and high-quality services! ! The environment in the room is hygienic and the scenery outside is beautiful. The scent of flowers and the air are so good that it feels like living in an oxygen bar. In addition, before traveling, the hotel manager Zou has contacted me to inquire about my needs, such as hotel facilities, itinerary arrangements, and local area. Weather, traffic... etc. until I left Taining, she is indeed a very responsible and attentive employee who takes care of every guest. I'd heard about the new five-star hotel in Taining and was really impressed upon arrival! The hotel is built into the mountainside, with the lobby and restaurant on the 7th floor. The guest rooms all overlook the lake, offering lake views that cascade down the hillside, somewhat reminiscent of the Shanghai Sheshan Wonderland Hotel – very unique. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, with a large bathtub in the bathroom – I loved it! The bathroom also features a separate shower and toilet. It was a wonderful vacation with my best friend. The hotel was clean and tidy, and the service was attentive. The air conditioning was pre-set for dinner, making it warm and cozy in the freezing Taining. For lunch, we ordered a simple meal at the restaurant. The food was delicious, especially the fried rice and the mixed fruit and pork belly – a perfect combination. The staff and chef even came to check on our preferences, which was very thoughtful. I forgot to take a picture of the afternoon's special 9.9 yuan coffee, but it was such a great deal! The coffee was authentic and incredibly fragrant, and it even came with a glutinous rice cake – such a high-value meal! I'm worried they might be losing money. 😘💪 In short, this trip to Bajian was totally worth it! 👍👍👍

We booked a 38-square-meter family room, but stayed in a 10-square-meter room. The inn didn't have an elevator, and climbing up was a bit of a struggle for us, a 70-year-old. The bathroom didn't have a toilet, just a squat toilet, and getting up after squatting was a struggle. Showering was done with the toilet lid on top, which was tiny. The shower head couldn't be adjusted, so we had to hold it up with our hands to wash. We had originally planned to stay and not move, but had no choice but to find another hotel. This one listed online as 25 square meters, but it was more than double the 38-square-meter size! I wish all businesses would operate with integrity.

What I loved most was the outdoor balcony, filled with so many flowers and plants—it was incredibly relaxing. The location is fantastic, super easy to find, and importantly, the hotel has parking. It's also incredibly close to all sorts of delicious restaurants, basically within walking distance! There are also plenty of late-night snacks nearby, and they're really tasty! 🥳
