The hotel's service team is professional and enthusiastic. Whether it is the front desk reception or the room attendants, they are all very satisfying. They always provide services with a smile, warm and thoughtful, which is pleasant. I would like to especially thank Xiao Ma at the front desk for his professionalism. I haven't had such a great accommodation experience for a long time!

Objectively speaking, the hotel is pretty good overall, except that it was the first time that we were charged for the toilet seat in the room. The other thing is that they didn't tell us that they charged for the toilet seat when we checked out, and they didn't tell us until we asked about it. Therefore, the timeliness of the service was not satisfactory. We used toilet seats in every hotel during our trip, and your hotel was the only one that charged for it. The amount was not much, but it gave us a bad impression.

The hotel room is large, with complete supporting facilities, and free bottled water is provided on the floor. It's a pity that the quilt fabric is a bit hard, so it makes a squeaky sound when turning over, which affects sleep. In addition, the room is not air-conditioned, and the quilt is hot when covered, and cold when not covered. There are not many breakfast options, no bread, and it stops at around 9:20, which is relatively early.

The Layout of the hotel was quite confusing at the beginning, but you get the hang out of it very quick. Beatiful infinety Pool and big gym and workoutspace. We had a great experiance with everithing. One negative point is, that we had to figure out eating times, location and menue of the food our own. With multiple trips to the reseption to ask. We could've been told when we checked in or even on a flyer with the different options and the times when food will be served. Appart from the food confusion, we were very happy with this hotel.

The room was spacious with a window, and came with a desk and chair, which was convenient for getting work done. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The dishes had a nice balance of meat and vegetables. I highly recommend the chicken noodle soup and chicken wonton soup.

Hygienic: The sanitation is good and tidy, and the cleaning is very clean. Environment: The surrounding environment is very good, the supporting facilities are complete, and the eating square is nearby, which is convenient for parking. Facilities: fully equipped.

It is worthy of being the number one high-end hotel in Wei County. For a county town, the environment and service are quite good. The breakfast variety is also very rich. Overall it is great!

The service was very friendly and the room was very comfortable. The room was modern with a beautiful view from the window. It was clean. There was parking, a gym and washing machines.
