"I chose this hotel because I was visiting relatives. The only downside is that each room only had soft pillows. Typically, hotels should provide at least two types of pillows in the room. When I asked the front desk for a latex pillow, they said they had run out, which means they don't have enough pillows for their guests. They should definitely stock more in the future. The hotel did apologize, which was quite prompt. On the positive side, the front desk called us in the evening to let us know that our car's back window was open, which was a very timely discovery. Overall, it's a great hotel. The room was clean and had a smart toilet. The surrounding area has plenty of amenities, making it convenient for getting around, and parking is free for hotel guests."

This place truly delivers. The only suggestion I have: the hallway carpets and walls are looking a bit worn. If they were regularly maintained, the overall ambiance would be elevated even further."
