A lot of thought has been put into the decoration with modern popular elements + youthful and intelligent design. It should be the best guest room in Lianjiang at present. However, the hotel as a whole lacks the detail management of professionals. Lack of daily professional hotel maintenance. In addition, the items in the guest room are not perfect, such as free capsule coffee machine and free tea. It is recommended to refer to Lianjiang H Hotel for study.
Regarding the breakfast purchased with the room, I stayed for three days and it came with a simple set meal. It was not full and there were few varieties. The first day was on the 17th floor, the view was good, but the food was poor; the second day was on the 14th floor, and the meal was poor. Even worse; on the third day, the buffet breakfast on the 14th floor had few varieties and small portions. The supply exceeded demand. I heard the people next to me complaining that they would not stay here in the future. The breakfast for the guests was not good, which would seriously affect the future. of customers. It is recommended that you also learn about Lianjiang H Hotel.
If you stay for several days in a row, why do you have to go to the front desk to enter your license plate every day when parking? Strange, the parking system can input a number of days to be valid.

I opened the door and saw the little girl at the front desk carrying a cup of brown sugar water and holding warm baby and night feminine supplies. I whispered that I saw that my face was not very good when I checked in. I also noticed that I accidentally stained a little on my pants, so I quickly prepared these things that may be used, and took the initiative to let me add her WeChat, saying that I can find her at any time if I need it. Seeing that the little girl has a good attitude, I immediately added WeChat thinking that there may be problems to contact. I originally planned to deal with dirty clothes the next day, but the little girl paid attention to the pants problem and told them intimately. The clothes can be handed over to them to help clean and dry. I said that I can knock on the door to inform. Because I drank brown sugar water and put the warm baby on the whole person, I was a lot more comfortable. I quickly fell asleep in a faint, and I didn't hear any movement at all. I woke up the next day and opened WeChat, only to see the news sent by the little girl. I was afraid of disturbing my rest, so I put the sorted things at the door. As soon as I opened the door I saw my clothes washed and ironed and folded neatly at the door; At this time, I felt very warm. From the emergency items sent in time late at night, to taking care of my emotions to avoid embarrassment, to silently helping with laundry and drying, the whole process of whispering does not disturb the rest, every detail is impeccable. A big thank you to Xiaoyu at the front desk and another lady who preferred not to be named for helping us upgrade our room! 🥰 Both during check-in and check-out, they thoughtfully asked if we were driving and if we needed to register our license plate. On the second evening, when I went to get breakfast vouchers, the front desk attendant proactively asked if I needed to extend my stay. 😝 The attention to detail and service awareness were fantastic!
I was worried about noise since the hotel is located above a shopping mall, but my worries were completely unfounded! I slept very well both nights! It was incredibly quiet!! There was no low-frequency noise from KTV or bars, nor any noise from equipment rooms! My mother, who is extremely sensitive to sound, also said she slept very well!
The staff on our floor and in the restaurant were also very nice, and their service attitude was excellent! The breakfast selection was also decent.
The only minor drawback is that there are only two elevators, so if you're in a hurry, you might have to wait a bit longer. You'll often see delivery drivers rushing by. 😂
One suggestion: the in-room Wi-Fi needs improvement. Perhaps IT could set up a dedicated password for each room. With many users, it tends to get 'congested' and slow down, making screen mirroring impossible. 😁

GGuest UserThis trip with kids was truly heartwarming! We arrived late, exhausted, and worried about our children getting enough rest. Unexpectedly, the front desk staff was incredibly thoughtful. Seeing I was traveling with my child, they proactively upgraded us to a family twin room!
The room was incredibly playful, with colorful cartoon-themed decor and a small tent and toys for the kids. The kids were thrilled the moment they walked in, completely forgetting their travel fatigue and having a blast. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and there were even slippers specifically for the kids—so many thoughtful details.
From this stay, I could tell you the hotel's exceptional service and thoughtful consideration for every guest. Not only did they alleviate our worries, but they also gave our children an unexpected treat. I highly recommend this hotel to parents traveling with kids—it's a surefire choice! I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip!

The hotel service and room environment were excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, I was misled by the location:
1. There is no proper drop-off area at the main entrance, which makes access a bit inconvenient.
2. Although the hotel is named after Wanda Plaza, it actually takes about 10 minutes to walk there, so it’s not as close as expected.
That said, I want to give special thanks to the hotel staff. My daughter accidentally left behind her stuffed toy, and the staff promptly called us and arranged to have it mailed back. We are truly grateful for their thoughtfulness and care.

XXiaoguiChuchuWe stayed for two nights during the May Day holiday. The mineral water in the refrigerator was already used, the room wasn't cleaned properly, there were hairs in the bathroom, the trash can wasn't emptied, and the toilet paper was used. Because of the holiday, the hotel was extremely short on food and clothing. With only twelve rooms, it wouldn't have been difficult to stock up on ingredients, right?! There were only three staff members, even in the kitchen, and they were overwhelmed. The environment wasn't as nice as the pictures. The water was extremely dirty, making it impossible to swim. The parking lot was used as an RV campsite, with very little privacy. There was a construction site nearby, making it very noisy. It was absolutely not worth the price.
