GGuest UserA family of three lived very comfortable, the room was on the 23rd floor, the window was a sea view, the room decoration was very user-friendly, it was the most convenient and comfortable hotel apartment I had ever stayed in. Every day, people replace disposable bath towel sets and replenish bottled water every day. The laundry and drying machine is greatly convenient for us. Shopping in the supermarket downstairs is extremely convenient. Going downstairs and crossing the road is the beach, and there are big partners to eat oysters. In addition, free parking spaces are provided for us to park our rented car. It was a great experience and I have already recommended it to my colleagues.

XXinjingrushuibeifanglvrenI lived once a few years ago. This is the second time I have stayed. On the 26th floor, the sea view outside the window is very good. Unfortunately, the color reduction after the mobile phone is taken. There is a washing machine in the room, which is convenient for people on business trips to wash clothes for many days. The customer service is patient and friendly, contacting to clean every day and replenishing pure water. The password lock is very good, eliminating the inconvenience of bringing the door card every time you go out. The location is excellent, the commercial center, there are many choices to eat around, close to the Jinshawan Beach, you can take a walk to the beach at any time.

艾艾域同學I was heading north from Hong Kong to Hainan Island and needed to stay overnight at Xuwen Port beforehand, so I found this hotel. It's less than a 10-minute drive from the pier. The decor is new and stylish, the rooms are spacious, and the most pleasant surprise was the voice control system, ”Xiaodu,” which can control the lights, curtains, report the weather, play music, and so on. Even my Hong Kong-accented Mandarin was understood by it – a real thumbs up!
Overall, the accommodation experience was excellent. For this price, it's definitely great value, and I would choose this hotel again next time.

GGuest UserThe room was quite new, with a great sea view. You can walk straight out to the beach from the basement, which my kids absolutely loved! The owner was really nice; she gave us recommendations for food and entertainment nearby and told us exactly where the free parking was. She also happily agreed to a two-hour late check-out when we asked. It's really suitable for families with kids who want to go crabbing.

GGuest UserThe hotel is not bad, the room is actually pretty good, you get your own mini swimming pool, however there are 2 things I was very unhappy with. First, the swimming pool floor and walls felt slimy, so the feeling while swimming we wasn't very pleasant. The natural pool the room is connected to my stairs is not really clean and you are recommended to not swim in there, so if you're thinking you'll get some sort of private beach, you won't, it's dirty. Everything else was fine. Breakfast is what they give you, so you have no choices and you better drive a car because other food options are not close. Your dog is allowed to be with you, that's a big pro and the room had a little yard which made conviennent for us having a dog with us.

GGuest UserThis hotel offers an unbeatable 180-degree sea view, perfect for unwinding. With rain across the country during the Dragon Boat Festival, Wuchuan was a pleasant surprise. The hotel itself is great, with excellent facilities and amenities. The staff are all very professional and friendly, always trying their best to meet guests' needs. The location is super close to the beach, just a few minutes' walk. If you don't feel like walking, you can just relax on the balcony and listen to the waves. The only issue is that the hotel needs to work on improving the room's dampness problem. Even without opening the balcony door, if the AC isn't on a high enough fan speed, it gets very humid, just like during the spring dampness, which affects comfort and could lead to hardware issues in the long run. Despite this, I'm still giving it a full five stars.

HHuohuohuohuoIt was already two o'clock in the morning when we drove here from Haikou City. I hurriedly went through the formalities and slept for an hour. There was a very noisy knock on the door at the opposite side in the middle of the night. It sounded like a few people from a nightclub looking for someone. I called the front desk and said it, and then improved it. ;There is something wrong with the management of this hotel. The elevator does not swipe the card and outsiders can enter the housekeeping department casually. The security management is very poor.

The newly renovated room is relatively large, and there is a large table for more than two people to use at the same time. The decoration is stylish and the color is simple and elegant. The hotel's Chinese restaurant can drink morning tea, there are more people during the Spring Festival, but the taste and price are not bad.
