Let me talk about the good aspects first. The front desk service has a strong sense of service. When I first arrived, I handed over the hot towel service in time. I immediately eliminated the fatigue and improved the intimacy and goodwill of the hotel.
Then the room is big enough, clean and tidy, breakfast is OK, the parking lot next to it is large enough to stop at will.
However, there are two main shortcomings:
1. The angle of the slope passage at the entrance of the hotel is too steep. It is estimated that it is only 90 degrees after it, which is almost straight-drawn suitcases, which is not friendly to our older people. This can actually be improved.
2. The hotel belongs to the street room, knowing that there is a certain traffic noise, but I didn't expect it to be so serious, mainly because the windows are not double-layer soundproof glass. This was not expected.
The front desk lady reminded me, but because the quality of sleep was OK, we didn't listen to her suggestion that we need to increase the price to change to a twin room.
It is recommended that the hotel make it clear in the remarks of the reservation room: the big bed room is the noise room, and the twin room is the quiet room, so that others can choose.

The bad thing is that the water temperature of the water heater has not been adjusted well, and the boss can't get it. It will be cold water for a while and it will be super high temperature. There is no way to take a good bath. In addition, it may be too new, and the room still smells of decoration.

Environment: The room is soundproofed and the dog will not affect others.

GGuest UserThis is the best accommodation at the southernmost tip of mainland China. I stayed in Fangpo Village the day before, and the environment was not as beautiful as here. It is only 300 meters away from the lighthouse.
The facilities are very new, the smart devices are well received, and the bathroom supplies and bedding are very good. There is no TV in the room, but the sleep was quiet and comfortable. The food is also good and drinks are provided. The housekeeper worked very hard to prepare our dinner, thank you very much.
A small suggestion would be to have a cup of coffee in the room. Also, there are flies in the room in this season. I wonder if there is any way to improve it.

KKatiaJThe view from the balcony is great!!! The sofa and cushions on the sofa are dirty, decorated very simply, not at all like in the picture. The apartment is large, the lock with a code. The walls are dirty too. But the service is great! The administration immediately sent the code from the door, they came and formalised us. Very nice girl, responsive. There are no towels, only disposable thin ones. There are no toothbrushes. The sanitary units are not very good. But if you spend the night, it will do. The beds are new and clean. 😂

GGuest UserI stayed there for two nights before and thought that the kitchen could only be used to boil water with a kettle for instant noodles, tea and coffee. It was not until the third night that I discovered that there was a range hood in the kitchen, which meant that food could be cooked (there was a notice on the wall stating that high-power electrical appliances could not be used). As long as you can cook, it will be more suitable for a long stay vacation. The room is very comfortable and elegant. You can see the sea and the sunrise from the floor-to-ceiling windows. You can sit on the sofa, sip tea or drink coffee, and enjoy the leisurely time. It makes you reluctant to check out. oh! The boss is very considerate. There are many hangers in the kitchen cabinet and a washing machine on the balcony. Laundry detergent is provided, so you can wash your clothes after staying for a few days, which undoubtedly solves the worries of travelers.

幸幸運星2023The lady boss was very helpful and helped me carry my suitcases up and down the stairs. She even helped me change to a room on the second floor. Although the house is a bit old, it is very spacious and has 24-hour hot water. Transportation is convenient and there are many bus routes very close by.

GGuest UserThe choice of a temporary rest for one night before crossing the sea, the room itself is relatively spacious and hygienic, simple style, washing machine, water heater is electric, you need to take turns waiting for the water to be boiled. The door lock is a code lock that can be locked, and the TV is new. The community does not seem to have a property, it is very desolate, there is a small convenience store at the gate of the community. There are a lot of temporary residents, there are four elevators, but three are not open, so the next building will have to wait a long time. The underground garage is an epoxy floor, and you have to pay 15 yuan for one night.
