GGuest UserImagine you would like to owe a 3-storey landed property for a few days. This is the place to go.
It is situated in 放城村, the village nearest to 南极村, the southern most tip of mainland China. The 3-storey residence is new and clean. Owner is friendly and helpful. He is a fishing enthusiast. So if you too are one, make prior arrangement.

Let me talk about the good aspects first. The front desk service has a strong sense of service. When I first arrived, I handed over the hot towel service in time. I immediately eliminated the fatigue and improved the intimacy and goodwill of the hotel.
Then the room is big enough, clean and tidy, breakfast is OK, the parking lot next to it is large enough to stop at will.
However, there are two main shortcomings:
1. The angle of the slope passage at the entrance of the hotel is too steep. It is estimated that it is only 90 degrees after it, which is almost straight-drawn suitcases, which is not friendly to our older people. This can actually be improved.
2. The hotel belongs to the street room, knowing that there is a certain traffic noise, but I didn't expect it to be so serious, mainly because the windows are not double-layer soundproof glass. This was not expected.
The front desk lady reminded me, but because the quality of sleep was OK, we didn't listen to her suggestion that we need to increase the price to change to a twin room.
It is recommended that the hotel make it clear in the remarks of the reservation room: the big bed room is the noise room, and the twin room is the quiet room, so that others can choose.

XXiaoguiChuchuWe stayed for two nights during the May Day holiday. The mineral water in the refrigerator was already used, the room wasn't cleaned properly, there were hairs in the bathroom, the trash can wasn't emptied, and the toilet paper was used. Because of the holiday, the hotel was extremely short on food and clothing. With only twelve rooms, it wouldn't have been difficult to stock up on ingredients, right?! There were only three staff members, even in the kitchen, and they were overwhelmed. The environment wasn't as nice as the pictures. The water was extremely dirty, making it impossible to swim. The parking lot was used as an RV campsite, with very little privacy. There was a construction site nearby, making it very noisy. It was absolutely not worth the price.

AAnonymous UserThe room is very clean, the most favorite is the large balcony, the intuitive sea view, and the photo rate is very high. There are many places to eat downstairs, and there is a food street next to it. It is especially convenient to eat and drink. The distance to the beach is also close. It takes about 8 minutes to walk. The scenic spot can also rent a battery car. It is a great experience. Finally, share, be sure to buy a bottle of Corona to take pictures on the beach, especially feeling.

GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy, relatively new, very close to the sea, and walked downstairs for five minutes to the beach. I checked out and realized that the village next to it was full of stalls, cheap and affordable. Parking is 30 per day, but you have to pay once when you come out of the resort. There is a stall that can pick you up by car to eat. It is really good. The water park next to it can be booked by the landlord. The price is very cheap. The resort has kfc.

EEcho____It's quite clean, the only drawback is that it's a bit damp. The main cause of this problem is that the balcony has no windows and the sliding door connected to the balcony cannot be opened. If it is opened, insects or other things will come in. I suggest that the store seal the balcony with a screen so that it can be ventilated. It is also good for indoor appliances (electronic products are most afraid of moisture).

CChakoozI had a great stay! The owner and his wife treated me very well and helped me with a lot of extra things. Wuchuan is a good coastal town, (better than Sanya in my opinion), and has lots to see. The couple was very warm and welcoming and was willing to take me around. The apartment was beautiful, with a good view! Thank you for the lovely stay!

幸幸運星2023The lady boss was very helpful and helped me carry my suitcases up and down the stairs. She even helped me change to a room on the second floor. Although the house is a bit old, it is very spacious and has 24-hour hot water. Transportation is convenient and there are many bus routes very close by.

GGuest UserCheap and convenient. Get out of the community to board the boat, let us queue for at least 3 hours. During the peak of the Spring Festival, it is recommended to stay here and board the boat in the morning.
