"The environment and hygiene were great, and parking was quite convenient. During my stay, food deliveries couldn't come up to the room, so they had to be sent by a robot. However, it took an hour and the food still didn't arrive. I called the front desk four times during that time. The last time, I went downstairs myself and saw that the front desk was indeed very busy. I'm not sure if they forgot or if, as they claimed, the robot knocked and no one answered (the doorbell and phone didn't ring). Later, the manager apologized and offered a room upgrade, but I didn't need it or a suite from them. I just accepted their apology and hope this kind of thing doesn't happen again. It was a very unpleasant experience!"

"The hotel is not demanding, but the soundproofing of this apartment is really not average (I asked to clean the opposite room in the morning, each room is separated by plates), and people outside can hear it when they walk, it seems that there is no door, and they are awakened by the sound of the new door opening in the middle of the night. By the way, the sea view room basically can't see the sea, because the tree outside the window is too high, you can see the street and the road. "I was originally going to have morning tea, but I didn't expect to see that the hotel was not bad. I asked the front desk to take a look at the room. I was very surprised. The hardware facilities were very complete. The materials used were the best. The bedding was also very comfortable. The service staff made me feel very comfortable. When I left, I also made an appointment to send me to the station. The experience was very good. This is a veritable 5-star hotel in Zhanjiang. The design is old-school and luxurious. "I really love this hotel, it's definitely one of the top ones in Zhanjiang. The high-floor indoor and outdoor swimming pools are amazing, especially the outdoor one with its incredible sea views. The sea view rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are huge too. The hotel's buffet ingredients are decent, though the food isn't kept warm very well, and the taste is generally just average. However, the cheong fun at breakfast is excellent. It's super convenient to step out of the hotel and take a stroll across the street; the scenery there is lovely."

"The room was spacious, and while the furniture was a bit minimalist, the bedding was incredibly comfortable – I slept like a baby! The highlight was definitely the 'cinema king bed' which truly lived up to its name. The five-channel surround sound made watching movies from bed an absolute blast, with sound quality I rarely find in hotels. Plus, it's super convenient with a Wanda Plaza right downstairs for food, drinks, and entertainment. The value for money is excellent, and the room's features exceeded my expectations. "The room met expectations for its price point and offered a good selection of pillows. Breakfast was decent, though I wish there were more varieties of meat and fruit. There was a book in the room detailing the hotel's history and local attractions. However, it's a pity that historically significant buildings like buildings 7, 8, and 9 are not open to the public. This is particularly disappointing as building 8 is described as the hotel's historical exhibition hall and building 9 as a special exhibition called 'Forever Memories'. As a part of a 4A-rated scenic area, I believe these should be accessible to visitors. It would be even better if all buildings with special status or significance, such as building 7, could be opened for public viewing on weekdays, provided it doesn't disrupt their operations. The hot springs were a highlight, offering a rich variety including unique volcanic and basalt pools, various herbal pools, as well as wet and dry saunas, a fish spa, and massage pools. Resorts at similar price points elsewhere rarely offer such comprehensive facilities, which is definitely a plus!"

GGuest UserThe room was very clean, and the location was great with plenty of restaurants nearby. On our second day, a typhoon hit, causing a five-day work stoppage in Zhanjiang, with all businesses and services shut down, including takeout. The hotel provided food for guests on the second floor. The hot, freshly cooked beef brisket noodles by the sea were delicious, and the staff comforted us while cooking them, soothing our anxieties about the typhoon disrupting our plans. The service was warm and thoughtful, excellent overall, a fantastic experience.

GGuest UserThis trip with kids was truly heartwarming! We arrived late, exhausted, and worried about our children getting enough rest. Unexpectedly, the front desk staff was incredibly thoughtful. Seeing I was traveling with my child, they proactively upgraded us to a family twin room!
The room was incredibly playful, with colorful cartoon-themed decor and a small tent and toys for the kids. The kids were thrilled the moment they walked in, completely forgetting their travel fatigue and having a blast. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and there were even slippers specifically for the kids—so many thoughtful details.
From this stay, I could tell you the hotel's exceptional service and thoughtful consideration for every guest. Not only did they alleviate our worries, but they also gave our children an unexpected treat. I highly recommend this hotel to parents traveling with kids—it's a surefire choice! I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip!

Environment: The main entrance is the door of the restaurant. It is reported that the hotel front desk has no location. It has to be walked for a while, which is inconvenient.

Hygiene: Not good. There are many stains on the table and no one has wiped them. The sheets are not very clean. There is a strong smell in the bathroom. The bedside table and wardrobe smell of urine. I don’t know if I encountered unqualified guests. It’s terrible.
Others: Breakfast is only available until 9:30, and basically all room types require breakfast. It’s too early to get up, and it’s noisy at night so I can’t sleep well. And because of the lack of breakfast, I have to go and have tea by myself.

The store took the initiative to ask us about the time of arrival in the afternoon, and told us the room number and password. The positioning given is also very accurate. Our family of four, the older child is already an adult, so we need 2 rooms. During the Spring Festival, their price is still very reasonable. The store gave a washing machine, a room without a washing machine, all told by WeChat in advance. During the Spring Festival, all the gourmet shops downstairs are open, and there is no need to take a taxi to eat. This location is convenient to Hongzui Cruise or Old Street. Go to Zhanjiang
The North Station also takes 19 minutes.
Special thanks, we left in the morning to catch the high-speed rail. The child's headset fell in the room, and the store quickly found it for us and helped me express it home.

Mmamamia123This is the most cost-effective hotel I have ever stayed in, but everyone treats it as a ”hotel”, after all, the price is really cheap.
As soon as I entered the room, I felt well maintained, but some corners and more hidden positions had more dust (pictured).
The room is not very big, but it is enough, the bathroom and bathroom are surprisingly wide, and the rain shower is very comfortable.
The only bad thing is that there is no chair in the room, only a high stool. 2 people buy some takeaway back to the room to eat, one person has to be fined, or eat at the corner of the bed. If you change to 2 chairs (with backrest), it will be more comfortable.
The location is the biggest advantage, not far from the pedestrian street, the old street and the main attractions, there are many places to eat
