Great
GGuest UserThe hotel is very new, just forgot to take photos. When I checked in, I saw a pilot staying. It seems that this hotel has been recognized by everyone. The room is very clean and quiet, 1 km from the Central Railway Station, suitable for city walk
Ssalvalasilvia The only positive thing about this hotel were the room, big and spacious, and the location, super central. Although the moquette is unhygienic.
I always appreciate a luggage rack but one in a room for 2 people is ridiculous.
We also got unlucky with the bathroom as the shower curtain was mounted wrong so taking a shower meant creating a lake in the bathroom.
The hotel is not very well organised, we had to wait a lot to check-in and when it was finally our turn, even though the room was ready, we would have had to pay to check in earlier for mere 50 minutes. Embarrassing.
We left the luggages and came back later and had to queue again with all the guests that had just arrived, for more than half an hour. We only needed the key cards, we already did all the paperwork.
They preauthorised 50€ per night on our cards, in case we wanted to use the room service or the restaurant, which we explained we didn’t. And if you looked at the room service menu, you wouldn’t want to as well..
I would expect a famous chain like the Hilton to know that “Taglietelle Carbonara” doesn’t exist, it’s “Spaghetti carbonara” or “Rigatoni alla carbonara”.
Furthermore “Spaghetti bolognese” doesn’t exist as well, it’s “tagliatelle bolognese”.
There’s a pool but it’s unclear if it’s available to every guest. The staff is not keen on divulging information.
It would be nice if more of the staff would be able to speak English (and maybe a third language) as a lot of the guests are tourists from other countries.
AAH TAWe changed the room with the Frauenkirche view to a bigger room 300(39 m2). However the bathroom door is shared with the cupboards. That disturb the other when one goes to toilet in the night. The door makes noise and lights from the bathroom wakes up the other. These for 3 nights we didn’t sleep well. The elegant Grand cafe close by is wonderful in the evening for drinks.
TThorntonVery nice hotel close to all the attractions with a tram stop nearby and many shops and restaurants close to the Frauenkirche, Green Room etc. Clean hotel with friendly staff. I didn’t try the breakfast. Recommended.
GGuest UserThe stay was very nice.
Breakfast was plentiful.
Staff was friendly.
The only minor drawback was that the steam room didn't work, even after we spoke to the front desk.
EEskeifWe were given a room with one double bed although my reservation was two single beds. The lady on front desk was impolite. They said we don’t have room only one. That one was for people with disabilities the toilet was too high and there was no bathtub. My reservation was with street view and you can see in the photo the view we got.
GGuest UserAlthough the hygiene will come to clean every day, I feel more patient on the first day and I didn't be so meticulous. And it seems that there is a reptile in the room, my classmates and I have been bitten, not a mosquito bag. There is also a more curious thing that is that for 8 days, two people actually have a bottle of water. . . The hotel I stayed in Germany from the five-star hotel to the school entrance will have new water every day. Then I will have new water every day every day. .
XXiaolongThere are ants in the room on the first floor of the villa. The environment is beautiful, the breakfast is good, the swimming fee is 5 euros per person, and the children are half price. Parking is charged. Don't be together like a stranger
GGuest UserClose to Dresden Airport, the bus station is at the door, and there is a supermarket opposite for replenishment. A little old but clean and tidy. There is a billiard room downstairs. It was late when we arrived, but the waiter still opened the door for us. Let us remember to turn off the lights and close the door when we leave.
